I have done nothing wrong here and I will happily dox myself publicly to prove you are in the wrong.
It's just coincidence you bringing this problem after the recent problem has resolved, you created this account today and brought your problem. How did you know about this forum and just contact owl.games after Cryptostuneris's problem just solved yesterday? Too much coincidence IMO
It's too much coincidence indeed, but I think that's not what really matters right now, some people have this habit of using a platform and never engaging or finding ways to engage with other users of that same platform, not until they jam some kind of rock, then they start looking for how to reach out to the community of users of the same platform to complain..
So probably,  he started searching for other users of owl.games to engage with when owl customer care weren't replying him, and from his search, he found this forum.. I will give him this benefit of doubt..

@BazMF, I and maybe some other persons have told you what to do, I told you here - https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.61341572.

You've a reply from owlgames here already, look into the mentioned possible violations like, VPN usage, fake documents and the rest, if after all, you think you have a genuine case, then go ahead and create a scam accusation against owl.games and provide all the evidences you have to prove your case.
Good luck.

I have the same issue as cryptostuneris.

I was playing the dice game and won about $40,000. I couldn’t believe it and I was elated as I’ve never won that type of money before. I was so happy as that much money is life changing for me. I was able to make one withdrawal of $10,000 (their daily max) before i got suspended for “suspicious activities” and now I’m unable to log in.

I reached out to support and they flagged my account so I needed to kyc. It has been over 2 weeks since I submit my kyc and still no luck.

I have been contacting support via intercom and they read my messages but haven’t responded since they told me that they are waiting for the game provider to review my bets.

I don’t have anything against owl.games for doing their due diligence to ensure nobody is abusing their system but i would really like to get this resolved because I could really use the winnings for an important unexpected emergency and I am hopeful owl.games will see this so I can finally be able to withdraw money that I legitimately won.

Please provide proof e.g screenshot of your conversation with the support so that we can validate here if you really have an active case or just trying to ride the recent drama just attack the Owl reputation. You are experiencing this same problem for over 2 weeks and you just came up right after the recent drama solved? It’s odd af to be honest.

It’s odd too that multiple of new user on Owl experiencing tremendous luck and Owl is doing same pattern on handling this case. I’m starting to think that there’s something wrong on Owl already. It’s either that there security has a lot security failure or they just don’t have intention paying big on new user that display a peculiar luck playing on the casino.

@owlgame can you clarify what’s really happening?

Is the account related to the previous case? I’m holding a significant amount of Owl token in case somehow will wonder why I’m always concerned on issue like this here.

I just discovered this thread because I have been waiting patiently for the KYC to be approved. I am Lebanese/American and have dual citizenship and I provided them with my Lebanese Identification card since I live there 7 months out of the year. I figured it was taking them a while to verify given Lebanon being such a small country and I assume not that many Lebanese people submit documentation.

The fact that I saw this thread gave me hope that there was a chance I’d be able to resolve this whole debacle but apparently I’m being accused of submitting “fake” legitimate documents. I look forward to proving owl.games wrong so people can see what they are doing to people who deserve their winnings. Funny they happily keep the money when people lose with no questions asked but when you win suddenly there’s a problem. It’s shady and they need to be exposed for it.

I am on my mobile phone because I do not own a computer so I’m trying to figure out how to upload screenshots.

If you want to post your doc here it's your choice. We can't do it even we suspect it's fake or at least invalid.

Please also explain the multiple locations' VPN you have used and the several accounts you held with us.

Hint: Several of them has multiple bet histories and please note to be able to talk to owl.games support via our website, you do not need to own an account or to be logged in to do that.

ANOTHER HINT:

Our KYC system will track every doc you have submitted, and before that so-called illegible Lebanese doc was submitted, did you submit doc from another country but withdrawn it? Or you hold triple nationality now?

Nobody would publish their own ID in public. You are doing this because it's not yours.

You are free to open a scam thread or contact a lawer for your case.

The documents I submit to you are not fake. The fact that you can’t distinguish between a real document or fake document is concerning to me. And if you really have the legal right to take the money back I will see you in court because my documents are legitimate. I can’t believe this is even happening right now.

I made another account because I could not even contact support without making a new account. I didn’t make any deposits or withdrawals on the new account i created.

And as for invalid KYC doc, please have your risk department reply to my email specifying what documentation they specifically need so I can provide it.

I have done nothing wrong here and I will happily dox myself publicly to prove you are in the wrong.

Please don’t do this. You will just exposing your personal info or whoever ID you are using just to prove your point.

Let me ask you something, Do you manage to verify in other casino or exchange using the same documents? If you do then you can provide it here as a justification that your documents is valid. We can’t verify if you are telling the truth or not here without exposing your ID publicly which we don’t preferred method. Ask someone trusted here that can do a verification if your ID is valid or not in private if you are really willing to prove that your documents is authentic.

Agreed. This is what I’m thinking too the moment I saw his post but I want to give him the benefit of the doubt since Owl acknowledge once again that he already have an active case like my first look on @cryptostuneri case that I easily judge.

Let’s how Owl will react on the challenge of @BazFM for his documents authenticity.

Cryptostuneris' issue was resolved but yours is different because Owlgame consider a serious violation of their rules on your account, this is a discussion on Owltoken casino its better to open one in the scam accusation and upload everything that you think will strengthen your case, but based on Owlgames they have reasons why they disable your account and they claimed

My account is now disabled. It happened shortly after I made my previous post. Pretty upset right now.
I have an account on owl.games though its been a while I played there last, if you really think your win is legitimate and owl.games is trying to cheat you and disable you from accessing your money, then I suggest you should open a scam accusation against them, you are likely to get a fast response from them if indeed your accusation has all the required details and all the necessary proves.

You can open a scam accusation on Scam accusation
But before you do this, please read this thread to learn the format which your accusation should be so you can the community's support.
Thank you and Goodluck.

No, you are mistaken. You need to read all the previous replies or the other thread to understand what happened.
OP indeed won $85k but, unfortunately, lost most of it after owl.games reactivated his account as per his/the community request. Btw, he confirmed that he received more than the $8k he was supposed to receive.
Glad to see this issue got resolved quickly and both parties are satisfied with the final outcome.

It is good to hear that the issue got resolved but I wouldn't call it quickly lol. This also shows the power of this forum as it has helped probably in resolving this case as there is more attention to it and no casino wants bad publicity.

Hello,

I inform you that problem is solved. We made an agreement with OWL.games, I have no complaints.

Anyone waiting for proof from OWL.games about their bankroll, I can vouch that they have quite a lot of it, as I got much more than 8k USDt.

Thanks to the community and the OWL.games team, I hope we all learned from this situation.   Smiley

I don't really get it. Why you take $8k instead of $85k from your report before? Because you are afraid you won't get anything if you continue this, so you are ok with $8k?
I do remember you said their bankroll was only around $300k and it's small compared other casino, but now you said they have quite a lot of it, plot twist?

You will never know the truth because this maybe part of there agreement so that he can get his partial profit in exchange for erasing the damage done brought up by this user. This is a win win situation for both party since the victim lose his balance on his own while Owl offer him a better proposal that both party will be happy when they part ways.

We as the public viewer only doesn’t have any authority to question the result since the victim itself already satisfied on the outcome. Let’s just move on along with @cryptostuneris acceptance.

He said he got more than $8k but I suspect that $8k is the only initial pay that is offered with him because there are rumours that this casino is running out of balance but maybe they now refilled it and here it is, problem have been solved out and they are back in action again. $300k may look small compared to other casinos but maybe you are comparing it to the big casinos like stake, roobet and duelbits but this one here is only small.

$300k might be enough for now since they are just a web 3.0 casino and I think there is only less people who are interested with it but everyone is too busy playing on the standard crypto casino.

That's satisfying to see that both parties have come to an agreement and cleared each other's concerns and problems. Good job to the owl team and also to cryptostuneris for making a deal that's beneficial to both parties.

I hope we all learned from this situation.   Smiley
That's for sure, not just the gamblers but other casinos as well will get to learn from this situation.

Well I think this is just a misunderstanding between both parties but still good to see some settlement happen and the user is happy with the result also it show that Owl.games is good on settling some issues to their costumer.

Hopefully this issue or other one will not gonna happen again to anyone so I guess many learned a lesson from what the affected user encounter here.

Since both the player and the owl team have come to an agreement, and the winning amount has been received by the player, we are ok now and am glad that a balanced ground has been reached and everyone is happy.

I hope we will all learn from this situation going forward, and this is also a plus to the reputation of owl casino.

This is the second case I have seen the owl team resolving since I started following them in this space.
