Owl.Games admins, do you have any arrangements, or any plans to give out "first deposit" and/or "welcome back" deposit bonuses to encourage both new, and old users to play in the casino? I believe that would help bring more players to gamble in Owl.Games, and bring back those regular players which every casino should attract. Plus small achievable bonuses for plebs like me with little capital for gambling would be welcome. Haha.



Owl.games has a rakeback and bonus level available on there promotion in the casino which a normal play can enjoy. I agree that deposit bonus and welcome bonus is a good promotion but it depends on the requirements to claim it. Some casino requires an insane wagering requirements  that almost impossible to claim that makes this bonuses nonsense. If they can do a bonus that doesn't require insane wagering requirements like Winz.io free spin then this idea is good.

I preferred a daily/weekly tournament that reward multiple user so players will be motivated to play more to earn additional profit aside from the passive income coming from the other casino bonuses.

Owl promotion idea is very good since they have daily task, airdrop, rakeback and bonus bonanza. The only problem was the amount of reward they are giving back to the players with those rewards. The daily task rewards user 0.5 to 1 OWL per task completed which is only around 0.0065-0.013$ while the task requires to wager or win 1000$ just to get that penny.

Owl is spending huge amount on buy back, Why not allocate some part of the profit to RTP since the reward is still in OWL token aside from burning it all? Increasing the daily rewards might boost the interest in the casino in long term.

Okay, I can confirm that I received my withdrawal now. The excuse was that they claim they sent it with a too low fee and therefore it got stuck. A little questionable, but I will give them the benefit of the doubt because they always treated me well before. But I do hope they will not leave chat messages unread for days for me in the future, or for other customers.
Why questionable? I think that is reasonable as that's how a transaction works here in crypto unless if their withdrawal fees are high. What important here for now is that you already got your money and maybe they will now increase the transaction fee that they are putting or according to what they charge.

They shouldn't secure some of the fees because I think they are already earning with their games and that must be enough to sustain the casino. Else many other users will complain about the slow withdrawal time and this can affect their sales badly. We don't know if they unread your message intentionally to avoid repeated messages or they are only busy but let's hope they avoid it as it's also annoying for the players.

I called it questionable because up until yesterday they had the transcation status as "approving". This would not be the case if it had been sent already.

It seems that he didn't notice the content of screenshot that you provide above and he is relying on the report of the customer support handling your issue. This the common problem on casino that using intercom. They sometimes missed message if they know that user didn't reply immediately since anyone can message even without any account. There workload is very heavy that sometime result on issue like this.

This happened on other casino too. You should atleast post a daily update on there CS just to make sure that they are handling already your issue. In your case, You wait for there CS to read your message while the CS probably mark your chat as read already which cause this misunderstanding. Owl still claim that you didn’t provide your info as a response for your delay complaint but your screenshot tells that you gave your account ID. I don’t know what’s wrong here but the most important thing is you already get your money.

Now I understand and see the case here. Probably @megaAkker ticket got flooded by other message and the CS overlook the last message. Probably a full report of what happened is the best thing to do to explain your side since he just send a solid proof that deny your previous statement about him not leaving details of his account as reason for the delay on reply.

I heard that it was already being handle so I guess this case should be cool off now.

@owlgames wouldn’t it make more sense to implement login for support so the user’s messages could be easily be mapped out?, and timely replies could be provided to avoid issues like these?.

@owlgames first of all I’m glad that it’s settled for both the parties, and you have raised an important point too which as user’s we should strictly follow i.e. give full cooperation to the support and swiftly give the support team all the possible details they could need to resolve the issue’s.

Web 3.0 will give you access to different blockchain that connects with different tokens. Normal casino supports only few blockchain while Web 3.0 can easily add most the blockchain easily due to there web 3.0 feature. Some big casino already starting to adapt web 3.0 feature that let user  connect there non custodial wallet to the casino as there account. I believe this is just a proof that web 3.0 is the future direction for convenience of all the players that using non custodial wallets to hold there asset.

It’s simply casino is bridging the gap to its customers by letting the casino accessible for web 3.0 wallets that is widely use by most of the crypto users.

I believe that it matters since they do have integration with popular web3 wallets such as metamask, keplr, phantom and many more. They also have their own token that I believe can be used in their casino. If you don't care about that maybe you can compare it to other gambling platforms, but for others it could be one of the factors that made them switch into playing at owl games. I'm also speculating that they might have a plan for a casino metaverse since metaverse is somehow associated with web3.

I asked our customer support lead regarding any pending withdrawal cases inquires and he said they attend to every request.

So I asked for a login/password to check because you said you got no replies.

Then I saw multiple messages like this:

- I recently did a withdrawal and it dorsn't arrive
Support: (support sent info regarding withdrawal issues, which clearly stated that you should to provide relevant info for us to check)
- Thx, But the withdrawal was done a week ago

Does your live support feature doesn’t show the user details whenever they use your 24/7 chat? Because the support can check the account of the user even if he didn’t provide the details of his account if your chat support has this feature. I’m using CS of different casino and they didn’t ask me any details of my account to check my withdrawal history. In the user case, He doesn’t have reference number for his withdrawal which is why he can’t provide anything unless the cs will look into his account.

This is a clear misunderstanding on both parties and I hope it will be resolved. The complainant seems panicking which he didn’t notice that he didn’t answer the question clearly but atleast the support should answer again on user last pm.

Guys, to answer your questions:

On 17th October I requested a 119mbtc withdrawal to my Blockchain address. It did not arrive and all my chat messages remain unread up until today, very very weird. Before I never had any problems, the 2 previous withdrawals I did in August were for bigger amounts and were processed really quick within hours. And now this.....really flabbergasted about this. It feels like I am a ghost. I have sent a PM to the representative of Owl in here and I will keep you updated.

I contacted via livechat on your website....but messages simply show as "not read yet" even after days of waiting. 2 separate conversations. The only two things you said initalially were "hello, how may I help you?" in one converation and a copy paste of the FAQ without any further explanation in the other. But after my follow up questions days of waiting and nothing has been read on your end.
Now, couple hours ago, probably because of your intervention I am getting a "what is your username?" response so I hope things will be resolved from now on.

And by the way, please don't say I didn't provide any ID....I did tell you the whole story including withdrawal ID on October 19th and also that has not been read yet:



Hmmm. This is CS failure to check all pending messages. But since the situation is already being handle, It’s important to be cool now since they are already looking on it. Just give us an update if you received your withdrawal. This is just an isolated case and I knew other user that has huge balance than withdrawing on OWL many times before.

The image proof clearly tells that you really provide details which I’m questioning on my above post that CS can check it for himself.
