Well, though I do agree with you that considering the current points and the gameplays of the teams, Lahore Qalanders and Multan Sultans seem to be able to lock the top two positions for themselves, I also believe that anything is possible in t20 cricket and history shows that as well. Especially due to the model of the fixtures in the playoffs where the loser of the qualifier gets another chance to reach the final while the winner of the eliminator will need another win to achieve the same.

But we have seen such things happen in the past, in PSL and in IPL too, where one of the top teams loses all two matches and gets out of the tournament while one of the teams from the eliminator plays the final. So anything can happen.

Lahore, Multan and Islamabad are almost through to next round. For forth slot the competition is still open for rest of three teams. Lets see if Quetta can make a come back or it will be last PSL for Sarfraz as Captain.

We had a few close matches in the beginning, but now the matches are increasingly getting one-sided. And I don't understand the point in asking Lahore Qalandars to play two consecutive matches, on 26th and 27th February. But they won both the matches thanks to stellar performance from David Wiese and Fakhar Zaman. Now they have 8 points (same as Multan). But Multan has played one extra match, so Lahore is at an advantage. And for Lahore, the next match is against the weakest team in the tournament (Quetta Gladiators).

Yes, Lahore Qalandars have performed really well. 200 runs is a big target. With the pressure the team have started to bat. The same had caused loss of wickets. There is no big partnership between players as the highest score coming from Islamabad United is 23 runs. The spin bowlers of Lahore Qalandars have made it their day with the low bowling economy and taking good number of wickets. Bad day for Islamabad United as they weren't unable to reach 100 runs.

Today lahore Qalandars were magical in their balling the way they whitewashed the batting line-up of Islamabad United was commendable. 90 runs all out and won by 110 runs this is some brilliant performance by them.
This season is the best one for lahore Qalandars so far as compared to previous ones.

Before this match, I was feeling Islamabad United is going to be best team in this season but back to back 200+ runs and impressive bowling from the Qalandars giving them good edge for the playoffs and with this performance most chances they could be able to defend their title as well things are looking favorable for them all batsmen giving their best and having targets like these with bowlers like Shaheen, Rauf and Rashid Khan mean they could be team to watch for this season, and they can thrash any bowling unit with their batsmen also can be done good job for them in any match.

Lahore won yesterday's match which was played in Lahore and today also they scored a big total of 200 runs. Playing back-to-back matches and scoring tons of runs shows the team is in the best form at the moment.
Yesterday they scored almost 240 runs and it seems that their batsmen are in supreme form.

Shaheen Afridi took 5 wickets yesterday and he is leading from the front. Look Like it is very hard to beat the Lahore Qalandar's team if the matches are played in their home city of Lahore.

Things are not favourable for babar azam, even in Peshawar Zalmi. 242 target is highest ever target given in PSL by any team. After Azam khan today Fakhar Zaman missed his hundred by 4 runs. You are right that Zalmi have a weak bowling lineup.
On the other side Lahore has best bowling lineup in the form of Shaheen Shah, haris Rauf and Wise.

No doubt it's a bad day for our skipper Baber Azam he can't perform well toh help his team in this huge target while Haris too. But I think the other batter like saim and TKC fill Thier gap by building 100+ partnership. But if you look at the score board you will find out that Peshawer bowler can't catch him during building this big target which put Peshawer in really big trouble. Peshawer has huge bowling option I don't know why they didn't give them chance , they have good pacer like Amir Jamal, Afghani bowler Azmatullah Omarzai while Australian bowler Peter hatzoglou which is good option to replace with current bowler while the huge mistake they did is giving chance to teen bowler who didn't even play first class matches. Such kind of mistake are main cause of Thier defeat. Hope they will fix it

Lahore qalandars really did an amazing job they gave huge score to peshawar Zalmi which they tried to chase and made 201 scores on 9 wickets . They really chased good but the target was really big to be chased in 20 overs.
Shaheen Shah Afridi 5 wickets were really amazing.

I enjoyed PSL14th Match Karachi Kings vs Multan Sultans but after starting the T20 final match i ignore 2nd match of that day. In the WC T20 South Africa lost by just 19 runs. I watched their batting from the beginning. They scored just 13 runs in 4 overs of the power play and 22 in 6 overs with the fall of one wicket. If they could have used these 6 overs, the South African team would have won the match. They tried but didn't get the runs that moment. Moreover, the South Africa women's team did not get much runs in the last game in the power play against England either. Where most teams are keen to score big in the first 6 overs.
