Your analysis is wrong. You did not lose anything! In fact, you actually gained something because you sold at a high. Meaning, you earned profit! Not as much if you waited 3 more days, but heck! How did you get so many tokens? You did a bounty campaign for IOTX? I do not think that you have lost something when you receive it for "nothing". So be thankful. Still it is a lot of money.

Last year 2017, I was in a hurry to sell one coin I had since I was broke financially. Because of this issue, I do not intend to sell any of my coins right now. Hodl is the key now.
