In my opinion, it's not good if we sell panic. because it can result in losses if you do not review and see the price chart movements in the crypto market.
Don't, because panic selling with the current market conditions that will make you lose unless you have already made a profit, it doesn't matter, hold the coins you have to get a better profit.

Definitely that is the best idea because the basic rule to make money here is to sell high and buy low. Regardless of the market condition, we should be discipline enough to follow that principle, otherwise, we will not become a successful trader.
