you have spoken well, you don't rush to gamble and expecting wining, gambling is just like something that have to do with luck and I know very well that in gambling you have to believe one or two ways in gambling, so therefore you have to know that their is no amount of pressure someone can use to gambling that will make the person to win gambling, and sometimes some people said if you calculate well is when you will win gambling, from my own way of understanding gambling I don't think that theirs something like that, so I believe that gambling is all about luck.

Controlling emotions is actually not something that is really easy to come by because a whole lot of discipline will have to be employed to keep ones emotions in check but then it's not easy with everyone to be that disciplined enough to get stable with their emotions and not get into issues with their finances and emotions too.

True about patience. When I stay near the roulette table counting the spins the impatience keeps me on the on tender-hooks and when I yield to the temptation to bet on zero I almost always loose.

Besides impatience make me enormously tired. Thus to cope with it I even take some pills made from the natural herb called Ashwaganda. It helps me to mitigate the stress caused by impatience at gambling.
