after 4 months of operation mate? did you gather enough Bitcoin paying costumer? because though your intention is good but this will depend on the people crypto users in your place, I'm afraid that there will be willing to pay coffee using their bitcoin in your country because they find this very valuable just to spend in a cup of coffee.

For a few years I have been looking for establishments that accept Bitcoin and talking to these entrepreneurs to understand the adoption. I was the first customer of most of these places, either years ago or today. The situation appears to be the same elsewhere in the world.

My day is to focus on building communities, establishing your coffee shop as a ''crypto hub'', maybe doing some events if there's room for co-working and all sorts of activities that make people who REALLY CARE/LIVE DE CRYPTO felt at home.

I think the only people who are willing to spend in Bitcoin are those who receive in cryptocurrencies and will need to settle at one time or another. Otherwise, the incentive to liquidate is too low.

So, my tip is: attract hard users by promoting value to them in some way (events, parties, reunions etc)

Allowing Bitcoin to pay for your coffee in my opinion is a good idea. Your intention to introduce Bitcoin to other people indirectly will also increase besides that you can still manage the business you are running. So both of them can keep running. Yes mate we can not stop promoting Bitcoin as an alternative to faint currency ?? if you check the statistics of global Bitcoin adoption a lot has happened in recent times as more people and companies are beginning to move to digital currency and blockchain adoption. Once the government is not an anti Bitcoin any business can easily drive to meet up with present global demands.
