Anyone see this?  Now this has got to be related to XPY right?  Coinfire seems to be the crypto news website that has been most vocal about GAW, Josh, and his band of thieves.

So looks like paycoin ignored Stripes TOS and went ahead anyways before being shutdown due to violating the contract:

https://coinfire.cf/2015/01/09/xpy-purchasing-by-credit-card-disabled-by-stripe-for-tos-violation/

Gross incompetence or willful ignoring TOS?

Stripe employee comment-
"We spent the better part of last night trying to figure out what this website was. We hadn’t heard about it until reports started flooding in regarding it and once we started evaluating what it was they were doing exactly we found it was most certainly in violation of our TOS. Several members of our team were discussing this.

The team behind this site had the audacity to even attempt to limit transactions so as to not set off our warning systems but after digging in a bit during the day we were able to determine exactly what they were doing. The post stating they would limit transactions (trying to hide what was going on from us) on the forums sealed the deal though."

The surprising part is that its still at $4. What are the holders waiting for, I would take these prices in a heartbeat and leave.
XPY would be lucky to trade at a few cents soon.

Paybase is buying back for above market price at 4.07. New floor? Whatever, I'm arbitraging the hell out of it right now. Maybe I'll make back my losses ...

If only cryptsy didn't take hours to confirm my bitcoin deposits. One good thing about paycoin, transfers take minutes.

So much for his claims he had the inside track to being "the first cryptocurrency the regulators will actually want to work with"...

I love how so many people are coming out of the dark to distance themselves from Garza - people don't do that unless something is up. He's been under investigation for a while now as far as GAW's questionable business practices; and now he's entered a whole new realm of deception.

The truth always shines,

The only reason they got the price as high as it went was because of this "floor".
A lot of people have lost at least 60% of their investments from a purchase price of 10-15 and current price of 4.

But this is why I built Coinshield, to protect people from scams like this  Wink

did anyone really believe in that $300 million figure?

A lot of Hashtalk members apparently did, judging by the gloating prior to Paybase release and the disappointment after - when the "floor" didn't happen. The coin traded up to $14-16 in anticipation for the "floor", now it's ~$4.

Yet they omit their 350% stake which is clearly in their code.

The lies continue,
