I think that not all the alcoins will disappear. From what I see right now, approximately 90% of the alcoins seems to be a scam or does not have any platform. This means that they will not have a long life. The rest 10% of the coins can have a future, but this is a long ride.
Of course, all altcoins will not survive. But those that remain in the market will update their highest points. I can tell you that with 99% certainty.
I believe that only those altcoys that survive the competition will not survive. Ie, only strong coins that have been on the market for a long time will remain.
If there are no altcoins, then there will be no cryptocurrency market and this means that the creation of bitcoin was meaningless. It is very sad to see the market falling lower and lower, and if the recovery does not follow soon, most investors will go away forever.
Of course, all altcoins won't die, those which have strong tech and good team will survive. But as in previous years scam and weak projects will disappear.
I really do think that all the altcoins will die someday because Bitcoin will not last all eternity.
There are several altcoins that still survive at the bear market. The coin survives because of the strong community to hold the coin so that the value of the coin can be stable.

This is a market based on survival of the fittest . The only projects that will survive are the ones that have a meaningful structure , team and support so I believe any investor should DYOR and believe things will work out. Bad altcoins are not meant to make it past these market conditions.
Yes, it's possible because altcoins experience a large decline. everyone talks about the future of altcoin. but I'm sure the altcoin will be good in the future.
in my opinion altcoin will survive,but only those who have good quality can compete in this industry,and altcoin with bad quality won't survive this market condition
I trust my own judgements, and before investing I learn the project in detail by my own. Recommend everyone to do the same and not to trust others` oppinions.
I disagree to people who says altcoin wont survive. Cryptoworld still need the service of altcoin. What will happen to some investors who only want to invest is to altcoin and cant afford to invest in bitcoin?
Currencies are in the stage of correction and capitalization is in no hurry to increase, so the market is not so rapidly growing.
It is true that many altcoins would fail over the next few years, despite that no matter what people say, you can make a good amount of money by investing in these altcoins, all you have to do is to use proper strategy.
Better coins will easily survive and will make you millionaire easily in coming years if you keep investing every month even a small portion of your saving to the good coins now where the market is lower so that you can get easily lot of coins with small amount of money.
By the end of last year, almost all the coins showed a stable growth, thanks to this, most holders of cryptotices received a decent income. So I hope this end od the year will be the same and I will get great profit also!

Don't worry. Large investors came to the market, ready to invest huge amounts of money and earn on the difference in rates. They were followed by ordinary users who also want easy money.
I agree that there are quite a few in my list of alt coins that can and will survive, I can say. I still see and know that there are very promising coins and projects that are still out there in the middle of all those that are senseless and scam projects. We should take it on our selves that it is our duty and responsibility to know, understand and investigate the project before investing into it, it will save us a lot of hassle when we do that.

I would certainly agree with the second part, and would even claim that the proportion can be even higher. Because only a very few of the altcoins have their own unique purpose and a dedicated batch of developers.
Now that altcoin really takes a beating on bitcoin, people are transferring their ownership from the altcoin to bitcoin because of how much power it has shown compared to alts. This makes the problem even worse.
Well let's say altcoins is like a word use to describe new coin that it not on a blockchain so. using altcoin is like generalising all there are some good altcoin out there that will survive this while there are some that will not
Of course everyone is free to think and prejudice, I am sure that they only think that crypto has no future so say that crypto will not last long, I think the opposite is true, altcoins will continue to survive and immediately skyrocket.
