Hey guys. I have an extremely low hash rate performance on my 6xRadeon RX570 4Gb cards rig. Around 3-4 Mh/s per card during ETH mining on nanopool.org.

Installed recommended AMD 20.11.1 version of drivers. Compute mode is on. Core clock 1150, Memory clock 1850.  Why it can be? Any suggestions?

change to linux, or OS like ethOS, hiveOS, .....

Seems like I am seeing Unable to get Temperature and Unable to get Fan Speed.

Happens on different cards....

Any ideas?

I'm having issues on my everyday computer. The phoenixminer runs fine for 25-65 minutes before the miner just pauses and says press any key to continue. I don't see an error message and I've checked the logs too. I've tried this with an AMD 480, Nvidia 1070, and now a 3090. No matter what I try, this happens to me. I've been monitoring temps and checking for errors with HwInfo and I see nothing. Thank you.

What is the sleep time on the computer?  Screen saver?  Sounds like something is occuring at a set interval that is causing he miner to stop.

No sleep timer. I've set everything to always on. No screen saver either. That's what I figured as well but can't seem to figure it out but would those things really cause the miner to pause? Also, when unpause the program just closes and I have to restart the miner.

Make sure you dont have any bios settings for idling the cpu or lowering usage....i always disable this but since it happens to all the different cards its most likey something at board level or OS level.  Also disable any virtualization in the cpu as this can also cause issues.

Was gonna suggest watching temps but sounds like you have eliminated that as well i wouldnt expect all 3 cards to suffer from it.

Why is it that PM (even with the latest version which is 5.5c) is always around 10Mh/s slower (on a Zotac 1060 6GB 6+7 card rig) than T-Rex's both with the same OC setups and straps on. I had been using PM all along and realized only a month ago that after all, it is NOT the fastest miner as it claims to be. Not to be a critic but I'm very curious why such a big difference?

You need to do the math on shares per minute...The way I've tested is to put 1/2 the cards on one miner and 1/2 on another in the same rig...I've found them all to be very close on my 2080s, 1080 tis and 5700 XT cards...I do use TR on my VII though.  I like the power and clock options in PM that aren't yet present in TR...Plus the fee is 1/2

I used PhoenixMiner on all of my rigs under linux but I was struggling to keep them stable. Continuous hangs. To make them stable I had to lower the closk quite a lot. Moved to the latest team red miner and all the problems are gone finally. I can overclock more and I have ZERO crashes. I reboot myself one time every 5/7days just because.

anyone encountered GPU fault detected: 146? got this after upgrading to the latest version from latest ISO([email protected]) version.
rig is still mining, even with that error, using Phoenixminer 5.5c, tried a backup USB drive with latest hive ISO and the error was gone.

also tried downgrading Phoenixminer from 5.5c to 5.4c and the error was gone.

Hi, the miner gives me the same problem for a couple of months now. Every several hours I have a bug that happens with many gigahashes to one of my cards and then the miner pauses. I have 7 Vega VII with 1550 clock and 1000MHz that was hashing very good for months at 850voltage. I am using the recommended good drivers 20.8.1 and the latest phoenix miner 5.5c. But my problem occurred past the update of 4.9c miner. Please help, thank you!

I use Phoenix for most of my miners but for my VII I use team red with core @ 1550 mem @ 1100 voltage @ 850  and get 84.7 on 145 watts with the card at between 60-65 degrees.  Driver:  20.9.2  I reboot about once a week for good measure but it has never hung in the 6 months I've been running it.

According to your post, your rig was up and running for about 2 to 3 seconds.

Take a snapshot after running your rig for 15 minutes.

Then, we will talk!

It was running for 3 minutes with 22% incorrect shares. Now this can be done with a command line, it looks like you have extra hash rate, but in reality it's not. 40Mhs/card with 22% incorrect shares are around 30-31 Mhs/card for an Rx 580.

Hi there, please someone to help me with this issue I have for a while on different AMD drivers and Phoenix miner versions. I have Radeon Vega VII and every several hours the miner gives me a lot of hashrates, like many gigahashes on one of the cards, not every single time is the same card, sometimes different. I have now the good drivers 20.8.1 and the latest phoenix miner. I never had this issue before it happened 1 month ago and it is not going away.
