This site seems to be very calm and attractive. However, I can see that OP is active on this forum, but the users seem to be not there are very few comments by the users, whereas the OP is constantly posting about new promotions.
In the thread the op was very active in providing every update information but sadly not much feedback was given by the other members.
I like the performance of the op even though not many are interested but he is still passionate about providing information for the success of the casino and getting more gamblers from this forum.
I have visited their site several times and it is true that there are better updates every month.
But sadly they are in the forum for a few years but don't have a big community and traffic.
It's been almost 6 years they are here and doing all forms of promotion to get lots of subscribers from this bitcointalk forum.
It's true what you said their reps are very active in their ANN thread and always provide updates about the development and promotional bonuses that are given it's just that their thread had sunk and recently returned to the top.
In some of the previous feedbacks there were members who expressed their complaints and the OP had replied that the team was working on a resolution, even though the process was a little long but it was a responsibility that they wanted to solve the existing problems.
My advice to their team is to work even better in terms of service and solve every problem that occurs deftly so that no bad feedback is given here so that it can damage the trust of gamblers.
