Is this case resolved already? As I can see its been more than 7 days since the OP posted his complaint.
Previously there was similar issue as well, came from a user TheChin0s but both you and the sure give no update about the issue.
If you have resolved all (hopefully), better to give an update in this thread as it can be seen as unresolved issues that may affect your business.
Coming up to the possible exploits that you have experienced in the past and you are still worrying about it, dont you think that it is better for your dev to check all your games to minimize the risk of exploits?

If I'm not mistaken, the user canceled the cashout and started playing again, and then lost all that money.
Regarding the exploits, our devs have checked our games multiple times, but new exploits could always be discovered, so we are just being careful in these special cases
Again, if we find nothing weird, we always send the money, but the user canceled the cashout before we were able to check and process it.

If you submit a complaint about a problem, at least provide some more accurate evidence, friend, so that we, the users here, also know that it is true that you are having problems with payments.
If until later the problem cannot be resolved and there is no response, try sending them a message via email so that the team can immediately provide a response and resolution.
Here, I don't know who is right and who is wrong, but it is very concerning to hear about cases like this.

Update it's been 72 hours and I don't receive any news nor do I retire You mentioned in Telegram that verification can take up to 7 days. It's rare, because other casinos only take up to 3 days to verify.
Is it due to the fact that your withdrawal amount is exceeding the max cashout amount allowed by the casino ($1,000 as per FAQ). That's why your withdrawal need to to be checked first and it takes longer than usual. However I have to agree that taking too long time for checking is a bit annoying for players but you cant do nothing except waiting for it. Hopefully you'll get it soon without waiting for more days up to 7 days. @Playbitcoingames, I think this "up to 7 days" for special cases need to be added on your FAQ page or if it is because the withdrawal is exceeding your max cashout rule, it is better if you reject the withdrawal on the request time and inform players to withdraw less.
