After he asked to get the 210€ back we had a further conversation and thereafter he wanted my further assistance without deadline! Smiley

Interesting, but how did you have a conversation with just one email, which was sent by you?
The conversation July 1st consists of at least 4 emails. Smiley
Feel free to link that... instead of just one email that comes from you.

Please feel free to share some in here.
May be we all need some to get hype like you.
Don't you know how to give up?

h4ns did not want the 210€ back after I informed him that there are some things in process and it makes sense to wait longer.

GP to h4ns July 1st: "However, there are some things in process and it makes sense to wait longer."

Please show us where h4ns said "I don't want the 210€ back".
Don't saying that he wants it back is saying that he does not want it back! Roll Eyes

Considering that he said many times that he wants it back and not once that he doesn't, there should be no doubt that he wants it back.

I don't see where he says "[I want] further assistance without deadline".

Why are you stretching in that. Just refund the money that paid. He already posted in several topic that he wants his money back. Sounds like you are really not into refunding.

The tag is very appropriate for you.

The published conversation confirms that h4ns wanted my further assistance without deadline. Smiley

No, it doesn't say that. And what they actually said was:

I just asked for a refund based on our agreement.

They clearly asked for a refund. You said you would give it to them. You lied. You, game-protect, or Game Protect of game-protect.com, are a scammer.

It meanwhile turned out that h4ns is lying!!!
I still do not see that. Am I blind 🤣

I'm leaning toward supporting the flag, but I'll keep my eye on what transpires in this thread before doing so.  I don't expect game-protect to come back here with a cogent argument--I can barely understand a word he writes even on his best days.
I see your support in the other flag but not in the red one. GP is a proven for his scamming. May be you missed to read this accusations: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/game-protectcom-did-not-refund-my-money-and-stopped-replying-to-my-emails-5183189

It didn't. At best it proves that you were lying about a new agreement. You just posted screenshots of your own e-mails where you're saying some random nonsense and you're not even offering any new deadlines or anything.

September 3rd he informed on SBR that Game Protect is likely a scam with reference to the extremely mentally brain wash nonsense shit posted on bitcointalk.org

If I would have scammed him July 2019, he would have informed on SBR that I scammed him for 210€ and would not have informed that I am likely a scammer in reference to the extremely mentally ill brain wash nonsense shit posted on bitcointalk.org!

h4ns further informs that until September 3rd he had only a suspicion that Game Protect is a scam and this suspicion was substantiated with asking him if he can lend me BTC worth 10€ the second time September 3rd!

My suspicion substantiated when he asked me to borrow him €10. For the second time.

Top Crypto Casino
I don't wanna take sides but nearly everyone going against Game protect is advertising a crypto casino in their signature.  They are really trying hard to protect the hand that feeds them.
I'm not, and I don't believe that just because someone has a casino advertised in their signature it means they necessarily endorse that casino personally--or game-protect for that matter.

he seems to be ignoring these questions so that he can save his 5 BTC
Jesus, that's a lot of money.

He will most likely be ignoring it anyway.

He's been aware of the accusation for about a week and AFAIK his only response was this, repeated today in some sort of delusional twist:

Asking to lend BTC worth 10€ is not proof of a scam based on real world laws and regulations! Cheesy

Asking to lend BTC worth 10€ is a serious crime in the real world! Cheesy
