I say that I already refunded h4ns

Can you post the transaction id ? I can't find it. Sad
h4ns to GP 20,000€ current compensation demand for damages caused by his defamation campaign - GP to h4ns 210€ = h4ns to GP 19,790€ Smiley

That is not a valid transaction.

Code:
https://www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/h4nstoGP20,000€currentcompensationdemandfordamagescausedbyhisdefamationcampaign-GPtoh4ns210€=h4nstoGP19,790€:)
This gives an error, so the transaction cannot be found on the blockchain.

h4ns sent you BTC. Where is the transaction where you gave h4ns the BTC back ?

Do you have a court order instructing h4ns to pay you back 20,000€ ?
This number comes from your extremely mentally ill or brain dead bitcointalk account  Cheesy

Despite of this, whether or not someone submitted the criminal offense of fraud is defined by the public criminal laws and not by personal and subjective opinions! Smiley

So you're basically saying that you will not refund h4ns unless he sues you, and you're probably hoping that 210 euro is not a large enough amount to get sued for.

Your business model is getting clearer. Scam small amounts, threaten customers victims, and try to bury any accusations under a mountain of bullshit.
Please quote where I threaten h4ns?

Your partner in crime marlboroza failed, but maybe you are able to deliver?

So stop threatening h4ns and send him his funds back.

How can I quote something what can't be found?   Cheesy

Please provide evidence of the defamation campaign. Specifically, outline where h4ns has written or said something that is both untrue and harms your reputation.
Game-Protect.com did not refund my money and stopped replying to my emails

h4ns alleges: game-protect violated a written contract, resulting in damages, in the specific act referenced here. game-protect did not make the victims of this act roughly whole, AND it is not the case that all of the victims forgave the act. It is not grossly inaccurate to say that the act occurred around July 2019. No previously-created flag covers this same act, unless the flag was created with inaccurate data preventing its acceptance.
I asked for specifics.

This harms your reputation though you still have not shown me where h4ns has written or said something that is untrue.

My suspicion substantiated when he asked me to borrow him €10. For the second time (September 3rd).
In the real world, the substantiation of a suspicion that something is a scam / show happens when the scam happens. Therefore, according to h4ns a scam happened September 3rd and not July 2019 as he false and misleading claims in his false and misleading scam accusation!

The 210€ are refunded with reducing it from the current 20,000€ compensation demand for damages caused by h4ns's defamation campaign:

Subjective statements, as long as there is no evidence that the speaker/writer is lying, are always true.

No, they won't. You can't even find a lawyer who wouldn't laugh at your bullshit defamation claim, let alone convince "authorities".

No one is gonna look at this thread and think "if GP keeps asking about it 300 more times maybe the scam will disappear?"
At what day and how did the scam happen?

The fact that some users occasionally respond to you just means that we're probably bored and can spare a few minutes to help bump your scam story up.
If you support a scam, then you should be at least able to tell at what day and how the scam happened!

None of the 80 extremely mentally ill and or brain dead bitcointalk accounts is able to say at what day and how the alleged scam happened! Cheesy

2) How do you know that h4ns did not receive the Betmaster claim? I never promised to solve the Betmaster claim! Roll Eyes
[...]
He donated for my assistance and my assistance includes email conversations! Roll Eyes

Bullshit. You promised to get money from Bestmaster for h4ns by June 30, otherwise you promised to refund the "donation".
Please quote where I promised to get money from Betmaster?

You didn't get money from Betmaster and you didn't refund.
Please publish the confirmation by Betmaster that h4ns did not receive its claim?

Whether you use e-mails or carrier pigeons in your "assistance" is irrelevant. You didn't do what you promised.
Please show us proof that I didn't do what I promised?

Do you know that h4ns received 450 Euro after 30.04.2019?

I know that he didn't receive 210 euro from you and didn't receive the ~4000 euro from Betmaster (the claim you promised to resolve). Everything else is irrelevant.
1) The 210€ are refunded with reducing it from the current 20,000€ compensation demand for damages caused by h4ns's defamation campaign:

h4ns to GP 20,000€ current compensation demand - GP to h4ns 210€ = h4ns to GP 19,790€ Smiley

But for functioning real world brains it is very important, because h4ns is 240 Euro up and did not suffer a damage as he false and misleading claims!

He paid you not for the e-mails.

Thank you for confirming that I did not scam h4ns, because ~1,5 Euro per email is not a scam in the real world! Cheesy

He paid you not for the e-mails. He paid you to handle the claim that you "forgot".

Those e-mails happened before you got the 210 euro, probably part of your attempt to con h4ns.
How do you know what happened after 30.04.2019?

I don't know how much you value your time but seeing how you're clinging to that 210 euro amount I guess 100 e-mails was worth it to you to run this scheme at ~2 euro per e-mail.

Over the time GP and I have sent each other more than 100 emails concerning several issues and scam cases of Curacao based books.

Those e-mails happened before you got the 210 euro, probably part of your attempt to con h4ns. After you got the money this happened:

So June 30 passed and he didn't give me any update on my case nor did he refund the money. I've sent him a BTC address and a request to refund the money. He replied: "I handled many claims in the past months (including your other claims) and forgot about this one. However, there are some things in process and it makes sence (sic) to wait longer."

Typical con artist lies.

I don't know how much you value your time but seeing how you're clinging to that 210 euro amount I guess 100 e-mails was worth it to you to run this scheme at ~2 euro per e-mail.

The extortion schemes that he's trying to run are probably a separate income source for him. I doubt that money (if he gets any) ever makes it to his clients.
My bad!!

You are right! There is no guarantee that GP will ever pay the extortion money back to h4ns!
I'll put a note on my work here.
