Great, the topic is reopened! I am happy panda! It's sad that we had to start a new thread while we had this with 100 pages, and now we have to abbandon the one with 40, but hey! I'm still happy!

If he removes his sell orders... its almost an open road up in price...  and he could dump smaller amounts for a higher price...

Agreed. It looks like a cashout pure and simple. If someone intended to keep the market down, they'd have put their wall lower, methinks.

Because the market is stagnant and hasn't seen upward movement in a while, and those orders are right before the next satoshi increment for PND/BTC (which is a very logical place to put such a sell order).

400LTC worth of PND isn't very much, really...  Looks like someone cashing out.  But there's no buy interest right now to eat it (which is the real problem... not that there is a wall - nobody is buying PND).

The reason I don't believe it's manipulation, is that there is no buy activity.  If someone is holding the price down, they're almost always re-stocking their holdings a few % down the order book.
