Wish for the rain? Then deal with the mud too.
Not trying to be biased here. But I think this match would be going to Anthony Joshua. Total record based Pulev is on the edge over Joshua, Pulev had more expeirience but having more than 5 matches isn't that far though as Anthony have more belts than Pulev, and more knockout counts on his record. Easy to say that Anthony has more punch/knocking out power over the challenger. Hence, Anthony are going to wreck Kulev here but I think Kulev aren't going to hold back either. Although it sounds pre-decided, surely, Kulev are going to give Anthony a hard time in this show. These two would put a bloody match up here since this ain't just a normal match.

This two, anthony joshua and kubrat pulev is both veteran when it comes on boxing industry but i think the one who will dominate on this match will be anthony joshua as i watch fred videos and highlights on anthony joshua defeated and dominate his own enemies via knockout and i think this will be also against kubrat pulev. so in this much i will just go on anthony joshua based on my statistical analysis when it comes to boxing.

I tell you, even if AJ would fight Wilder if Wilder would loss in the 3rd fight, I am still putting my bet on Wilder.

I also think that Wilder could beat AJ if they could clash right now and with the previous Deontay Wilder VS Tyson Fury match I never thought that Wilder could lose on Fury, but as the fight goes Tyson Fury really is aggressive on their match and pushing Wilder back, A busted ear and the throwing of a towel was the finale of the fight.

That's why the betting odds say so, Joshua to win by 1.07 only, nobody would take that bet.

I certainly also think that the fight will end up with Joshua winning this the odds really is speaking a majority for Anthony Joshua.

No choice though, he needs to face his mandatory otherwise he will be stripped on his belt.
And I'm sure that Joshua will get the lion share of the split. So still a win win situation and if he ever go and win against Pulev, then he can wait for the winner of Wilder vs Fury trilogy.

A rematch is given if Wilder would lose the match against Fury, I never thought that Deontay would lose to Fury but as I have seen the match Fury keeps on pushing Wilder back and even busted his ear in the process but I am excited in seeing an Anthony Joshua VS Deontay Wilder fright than an Anthony Joshua VS Tyson Fury, let's just say that I want Wilder to really win this.

Everything is good on paper for Pulev, but he hasn't face a fighter like Anthony Joshua.

Well, I really am not interested in Pulev cause, in my opinion, Joshua would surely win this, but I would still consider not let Joshua put his guard down on Pulev in my opinion every fighter should not underestimate his opponent, because Kubrat Pulev still has an error of near undefeated.

Anthony Joshua predicts the round in which he will knock out Kubrat Pulev

When pressed to give a prediction on the fight, Joshua simply said: "Round 11."

Many people here think that Anthony Joshua will win, but I don't think so, or at least it will be a very difficult victory  Cheesy I read a few news, they said that Bob Arum made a statement: Pulev will take down Joshua, then the British champion will retire  Smiley He will put pressure on Joshua and knockout Joshua completely  Cheesy I believe in the judgment of this long-time boss
Wow, Arum just trying to sell the fight or maybe wants bettors to put their bet on Pulev.
Anthony Joshua had a very good KO percentage of 91%, so let's see if he can knock a heavy puncher like AJ, maybe Pulev was thinking that he could imitate what Ruiz did to AJ, and retirement? I don't think so as there's more money in the rematch.
not unless there is something behind that Arum's word then things may change but if we will go a fair fight?even how we look at this match?it wasn't that match after all because AJ is more tougher and good record also Fit compared to Pulev.

and checking the record of two specially their recent fights?it is for sure Joshua will bring down Pulev even in the first 5 quarters.

I really feel that if it goes to a points decision things might get very controversial. Pulev has a history of getting points decisions in his favour, he is no walkover. Joshua should try to knock him out early on instead of letting the fight go on longer than it needs to.

Since Joshua lives in North London it would not be a problem for him to sell that many tickets. For any heavyweight title fight it should be easy to sell that many tickets in a city the size of London.

It is estimated around 65,000 spectators will pack in to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium (London) on 20th June 2020.
Anthony Joshua always had the skills to fill a stadium even if he faces journeyman fighters and hence it is not a big surprise that it will be another blockbuster show.

In my opinion it will not be a walkover for Joshua because Pulev has been the distance at least 13 times in his professional heavyweight career. Never seen Pulev fight but would be hard for anything to happen except a Joshua win either by points decision or TKO.
Kubrat Pulev is not known for his knockout power but he is a defensive boxer and has a really great jab and has an extensive amateur background and if Anthony Joshua tries the same game plan i am sure Kubrat Pulev will out point Joshua, he needs to be aggressive with his approach looking for a knockout rather than looking to win on points.

Tyson Fury Won against Deontay Wilder and put a record of lost in his career, Anthony Joshua should have taken Tyson Fury as his next opponent but Kubrat Pulev is a mandatory opponent for him, but if this goes well for Joshua I think that will be the next fight for him to take,

No choice though, he needs to face his mandatory otherwise he will be stripped on his belt.
And I'm sure that Joshua will get the lion share of the split. So still a win win situation and if he ever go and win against Pulev, then he can wait for the winner of Wilder vs Fury trilogy.

Apparently even though Kubrat Pulev had a good record in his career with only one lost to Wladimir Klitschko I think his 28 wins is nothing to Joshua's 23 wins over his career at the age of only 30, he is pulling out something like this, So I think their Age, in my opinion, may have an impact to Kubrat Pulev.

Everything is good on paper for Pulev, but he hasn't face a fighter like Anthony Joshua.

Not a good fight IMO, that's why I like Wilder and Fury as they are not afraid of taking big fights on opponent that as good as them.

Joshua now fighting a boxer that was a very low chance of beating him, this would not sell as expected, believe me.

Really?

Kubrat Pulev 29 fights: 28-0-1 isnt just a number for a boxer that can easily be achieve and you do tell that he do have low chance of beating him up? I dont think so.
Kubrat might not be popular as AJ but i do see this one can really match up.Those numbers arent lies for something to tell about on not being capable.

Kubrat Pulev  record is impressive but I would stick with my stand that AJ would win this easily.
It's not only me who think that AJ would win this easily, the betting odds tells clearly and that replicates of what majority thinks about this fight.

Pulev fully deserved, with his results, to wear the championship belt for a while, but also in my opinion, Joshua is unreachable for him.
Majority is not mistaken this time.

As usual where most bettors will simply choose up on whose the favorite but come to think that upset can happen anytime. Grin

Give Anthony Joshua the most upset boxer of 2019 - 2020 award if he loses hehehe. However, I reckon that he has certainly learned a good lesson versus Andy Ruiz 1.
Was suppose to say the same thing too, im sure that he's already aware and wont surely for that thing to happen. 2nd time upset would be already shameful. lol

Sure it is true Pulev is 38 years old and past his prime but he will be a danger and just might go through all 12 rounds. I think Joshua should be able to contain the threat though but a guarantee of a knock out cannot be given as a must.

@JollyGood there’s no doubt in my mind that Joshua will win this match because he’s younger and has the desire to build a name for himself, meanwhile on the other hand Pulev is way past his prime and I’ll be surprised if he can last the entire match.

What you say is probably correct but do you think Joshua will win by a points decision, TKO or knock out? I think Pulev will make things very difficult for Joshua.

AJ should win this match comfortably since he is better at everything, height, reach, age, technique, speed, etc. I just rewatched the Pulev vs Klitschko match and found that this boxer has a pretty weak right-hand defense. Nevertheless, I hope AJ won't make the same mistake when he fought Ruiz 1st time because Pulev can take many hits just like Ruiz. He would continue marching towards AJ.

Pulev has a glass chin he is not on the league of Joshua, Wilder or Fury he has a lot of wins via knock out, but these are low-level fighters, I don't think he has a chance, it will be another ordinary day in the office for Joshua, and Joshua has experienced how to get knocked out by an underdog, so he knocks how to move and how to get on, he is getting better disposing fighters like Pulev.

I think Anthony Joshua have big possibility to win againt Kubrat Pulev because of his speed and strength to is opponent. Also Joshua have advantage to win this battle because he win all his battle, and I think this time he will win again even Kubrat Pulev is also stronger and have ability in all aspect just to win.

Then you should see the Pulev Klitschko fight https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aPZrvNRi-ro, perhaps this video will change your mind because Pulev was exposed in this fight, has a glass chin, do not have a good boxing skills, with a very dominant fighter like Joshua he will not stand a chance but I will not rule out a possibility of a huge upset.

Joshua should not underrate Pulev,  the way he did during Andy Ruiz first match,  regardless of the odd being given by bookies,  I think this match will be somewhat tricky to bet on,  I hope Joshua wins and move on to face Tyson fury , looking at the record of Pulev,  he doesn't seem like an easy fight for Joshua

What makes you say Pulev isn't an easy fight for Joshua?

Pulev is about the same age now as Klitschko was when he fought Joshua a few ago, and look how that turned out.

Do you think a B-list heavyweight like Pulev can do what the longest reigning heavyweight champion of all time couldn't?

Joshua has also improved massively since then, I think it's a complete shutout for Pulev.

Bob Arum is snake oil sales man selling the fight as Kubrat Pulev is not known for his knockout style and Anthony Joshua got a surprise in the hands of Ruiz because he underestimated his boxing skills and his fast hands and he came back making changes in the rematch and won the fight and i am sure he will take Kubrat Pulev seriously and come up with a serious game plan, even if Kubrat Pulev wins he will win by points and not by knockout.

I think most people will say Joshua will win the fight easily but Pulev is no push over, he has a good record. The only problem for him is that is 38 years old and no longer in his prime so Joshua should play to his own strengths and not let Pulev think he can take it to a points decision.

Well, it is clear that Joshua has a more impressive record because of the knock out ratio.  I agree that this isn't a walk in the park for Joshua's fight considering Pulev is a boxing veteran and had much experience on the ring.  Pulev being on age 38, many might say that he is no longer on his prime but good conditioning can fix this.  I think this fight will give a lot of excitement to viewers and probably it won't go to a decision.
