It has been slow for a few days then it staryed again, this one is a safer bet than other because the owner has been paying and has done everything to keep it rolling and the backlog is very small

You can test the speed by depositing 0.02 and seeing how fast it pays out after that to older orders.
Usually it's only a few minutes unless the bitcoin protocol itself is being slow.
When deposits slow down I sometimes pay out of the 1% fee profit.
This may explain why it seems manual.

For the game to be successful long term there must be an exit strategy so we have a 48 hour timeout. If not enough deposits come in to cover a payout for 48 hours the game will be reset.
