Guys, Did you see my message I am using Kalroth 3.7.3 and all I changed from Sgminer 4.1.0 is From -i 20   To --xintensity 500 < Just experiment I was just testing Xintensity And I thought since the miner has stopped ths is my chance to try new settings as It took me so long just to get the Sgminer stable with 7 x 290x  For some stupid reason all i was seeing is probing for alive pool, Yes I do have Failover set, not sure if the commands are like sgminer like I said the Batch file was exactly like cgminer I deleted the Config.cf as I was only using a Batch file... I have never used a config file... did I do something wrong here do I have to leave this file in the folder even though its not in use? It has default settings which came with the kalroth download and have nothing to do with my setup.. which is why I deleted it and trying to use a batch file.

So All I have is cgminer.exe -o stratum Bla bla bla -u afkhs;dfjhfg;ksfjghs -p x --xintensity 500 -g 1 -w 256 etc etc you get the point I hope....

I tried Middlecoin , Waffle, Multipool, Clevermining and they all said probing for alive pool.... And something interesting is I got AMD driver display crash after a few goes running the batch file with kalroth.. using the xintensity.. I am lost I am not at home now but some tips would be great, sorry for blabbing I  just thought id message so that by the time I get home someone may give me some ideas on why this is happening or what it "was" happening for all i know when I get home everything will be back to normal I hope... but i am curious to know why this was happening and posibly still may be happening when i get back

I ping now ny.clevermining and it works I am on my laptop at my g/f house but... my miner is switched off at home :\ Not happy!

us-west2.multipool.us (DDOS protected) still accepting shares and showing up on front page.

I rarely sleep more than an hour or so and have been battling this all night ... somebody tried to change my gmail password (caught this fortunately i was awake) the address traced to was in Romania.

Also passwords compromised on cryptotroll, caught this too and quickly changed before any damage done.

I currently see ny.clevermining as still running properly, as I failed over to it earlier during ddos attack.  This is an opportunity to discover something new.  Let's dig deeper.  If you ping ny.clevermining.com, what response do you get?

What the hell is going on ? Waffle is not working, Clever is not working, Multipool is not working, middlecoin is not working.... This is incredible?? What the hell?

That would be fairly dumb way to show disapproval of multipools, since most miners probably have another multipool as a backup

could the patch have anything to do with breaking quota switching of pools? just a thought as I am using quota + failover-only.

Indeed it DOES! I just reverted to 20140309 version and that brought quota back to working so you need to look deeper into the 'Fix' LOL

EDIT: woops I went back to cgminer cklovas 3.7.2 but 'quota" is again working ... instant fix for my particular problem but now am vulnerable to redirect again

EDIT: 20140309 was working fine with quota too.

cryptotroll.com pools also affected 0 shares accepted on my connection to moon.cryptotroll.com, dmd.cryptotroll.com.
restarted cgminer twice now and only 1 pool out of 4 accepting shares.

hackers SUCK ASS! LOL

at least I'm still showing shares on multipool but their 1.5% sucks when u are small time miner.

Interesting phenomena: when I restart miner I get exactly 1 share accepted to each cryptotroll pool and then nothing but my fallback (multipool) showing shares submitted.

I have changed nothing in my conf file yet
