another immoral bunch of dev-wannabes...
in the beginning they seemed quite nice and pro-like with their money collection technique and all but in September when I was feeling like bailing out and thinking "it can't be a problem, right?" considering all the moral platitudes from the OP... well they just stopped responding to PMs and emails...
i guess one should never use anything else than escrow service while dealing with crypto investment as otherwise "the investment" can easily be turned into involuntary donation

so yes people who step out of IPO increase the ammount of EXO for the people who stay
50 000 000 are split this way
and 50 000 000 are avaiable for mining later on

If someone can arbitrary block other clients here we have anything but not decentralized p2p cryptocurrency
I'm assuming that the seed nodes are currently controlled by the devs, and they will not send data to clients that have older versions. I guess in the final version everyone will be able to run a seeding node.
