how will the coins be distributed once its complete? i have been kinda following this thread but i dont remember seeing anything about it, will we have to confirm our investment tx then supply an address for exo deposit?

since 0.6 we moved it to block 400, because we wanted to be sure that the chain async issues are not related to mining processes.
We do know now that mining did not caused any troubles, but we did not have adjusted the start back to 100.

We are planning to release a small hotfix in some hours, so we can asjust it to a faster start. The fix also will remove the need for entering the passphrase twice on new transactions.

as a sidenote: You can see when mining will start with the command "get block information"

I am offline for the next 10hours. Thereafter we will check the status of the network. If everything is ok then we will release a small hotfix.

Strange... I cannot do what you write here. Both times the passphrase must be valid on my computer. Can someone else reproduce this? Are you using Windows?

I can't do as well. Both times real passphrase is required

Nice to hear that, this one seems to be stable !

If everything goes smoothly, what would be the ETA for the launch ?

I´m not asking exact date just how the process will be scheduled for the next weeks ?

yep, in sometime , someone could have same problem and this problem exists from the begining client. You must restart, or else you should delete the chain folder and restart.

hopefully they will investigate this problem.

It's kind of slow. Each block will take minimum 2 seconds plus maybe more depending on internet connection and blok size. But we will improve that:

Glad you finally got in sync. With the tickets mentioned above, I hope that this process will get smoother.

So far so good. No real issues (like chain async, crashes) detected yet.
