I have had a ransom with someone claiming they are doing a DDOS attack on the site and will stop for 2 BTC.
First to make clear, I will never, ever give in to any kind of ransom.
Second, people may say get cloudflare, well I already have DDOS protection (which clearly isn't working) which is why I never got cloudflare.
Will look into other solutions now if the current provider does not solve this asap.
Again, this is bad timing due to the scams that have went on recently but please be assured that your coins are not at risk at all and are stored in cold wallets offline.
Will post updates as I have information.

Originally it was about the affiliate system. People like to get rewarded for bringing people to the site. So if PRC offers 10% of their own 10% commission of 1% of wagered (so basically 0,01%), that would be at least something. It could be perhaps more, especially if more people play.
What BAC just said is that the policy should be flexible so people could potentially use it as a rakeback - even if it's not much. I personally do agree with that, I hate these strict affiliate policies sometimes (hard to really check anyway.)
PD btw would be able to always offer more in the current models because they earn 100% of the expected profit instead of only 10%. (On PRC obviously the "investors" earn most of it.)

Unless it was a tiered rakeback system based on amount bet, people would probably appreciate just lowering the house edge over giving rakeback. Like oh woo I lost 100btc but I got .2 back... Yay?

The site charges commission on every bet. The amount they pay in rakeback is necessarily less than the amount they charge in commission since the rakeback comes out the commission that is charged.
