Great to see SJ and wasserman are agree and moving toward to the same goal. In short, the plans will be fulfilled and we can finally see action here

Can I get a summary of what's going on? Project ideas looked great, linkin profiles looked good too... Would be cool to see their ideas come to light. But sad that it won't make it to Poloniex. Can someone fill me in
This is the point on which everyone got aggried. And the op is working on it.
So the plan for me has to look like this:
1) Define the 9% PoW before Friday.
2) On Friday communicating the decision to SJ.
3) Release the qt wallet before September 19th.
4) On September 19th the refund period will ends and no more refunds will be accepted.
5) Escrow Pays sig campaign.
6) On September 19-20th SJ will send us the info about the refunds to update our system.
7) Start the distribution
7 days after we start the distribution the funds will be released.9) Launch the beta during October.
As we said before, we fully agree with this plan.

exchanges is not precondition of fund release??? 
No, wasserman must show only wallet.
But I don't need wallet without exchanges. We can become holders of nobody unnecessary coins. 
Exchange or not has nothing to do with a refunds or not. You can only request your funds back if there is something wrong with the coin, there isn't any rule that applies that you need to have a exchange. There are so many ICO coins that are still not on a exchange after several weeks.

Listing on Bittrex and Poloniex would be great. Bitsquare is awesome as well, but I'm not sure how to contact them.
