The stated objectives of the project are very interesting. I hope that soon something will really be created than what this project wants to become, then the crypto-currencies will capture the world

I don`t see anything that costs money. You ought to try to create smth without donations first of all, then it can interest someone. Now - it costs nothing.

Looks promising; who knows, you might be the one DAG that becomes truly private by incorporating zksnarks, bulletproofs or any other non-pathetic means like routing through TOR.

The public faucet however, that is a lame distribution method. (you asked for feedback right?)

This is very interesting! I am wondering how exactly ZeroMQ is implemented in Sneak. You don't see many coins using a DAG nowadays unless it's a simple rehash. There's a lot of potential in using ZeroMQ. If you had the underlying structures involved you could develop a way for any and all communications made between applications so that they take advantage of ZeroMQ to ensure the privacy of those communications. I wonder what that would mean for a smart contract like system.
