What's the scam? Price continues to go down, but these guys continue to work on the new wallet, or even give time to this coin. If they release a new wallet, it will bring long term stability to the coin. So the scam, is the misinformation from ppl who set up accounts days ago, to push the price down.

Not a firm one, but the moment we're ready we're going to notify the community and give everyone as much time as possible to update. I'm in constant contact with the dev/test team and we are definitely coming up on the finish line.
