In today's match of Liverpool vs Brighton two teams, Liverpool team won the match by scoring 2 goals. Brighton team player D. Welbeck scored the first goal in the first 2 minutes of the game. After that, Liverpool team player L. Díaz scored the first goal in 27 minutes and  M. Salah scored the 2nd goal in 65 minutes. If we look at the points table position of the two teams, Liverpool team is in 1st position and Brighton team is in 9th position.
Brighton has put up quite a tough fight, but Liverpool's quality is much better than Brighton's, so it is difficult for them to get points at Anfield stadium.
Liverpool played very well, they only conceded in the early minutes of the match so Welbeck was able to score a goal in the 2nd minute.

A very important win for Liverpool to stay on the winning track this season.
Liverpool are now at the top of the standings and they will wait for the results of the Arsenal vs Manchester City match and if the result of the match is a draw or Arsenal loses then this week Liverpool can return to the top of the Premier League standings.

For Manchester United, I'm locked in with Erik Ten Hag as the manager for them next season. If a big name like Sir Alex Ferguson would support and back Erik Ten Hag, then it's already noise and hullabaloo listening to the whatever sky sports and the media has to say.

It is even said that Sir Jim Ratcliffe will back up Erik ten Hag despite this poor season. If this is really true then I don't know what kind of a season is waiting for us next time. Maybe the new owner would be more helpful for Erik ten Hag to transfer the players he would like to build a good kind of a squad for his system. This can change everything.
There will be a new owner since Glazer will still own the majority of shares in Manchester United. Sir Hjim will only buy up to 35% of shares from Glazer, and he will also try to get his people to be a part of Manchester United in order to control the club's activities.
Ten hag's future will be fully determined from the result of sir jim's decision. That's why Ten Hag has been fully preparing himself when he must be leaving the club too. Ten hag needs to fully prepared when he will be fired from united.

Because normally Erik ten Hag isn't a bad manager. We all know what he did at Ajax before coming here. He had a quite successful time period there. I'm just curious about the new owner's future plans. I hope Manchester United start to use their money more efficiently instead of spending a lot on an unreasonable player.  Roll Eyes
How can you call that if he was not a bad manager? I would say that if he was  bad - average manager. I see nothing special from him. Sir jim probably has a serious plan to rebuild manchester united. The first thing that must be done to replace the coach first.
It's caused by coach is the only way to control your club. You need a very good coach to handle the big club like manchester united.

If I were Liverpool official, I would try to contact Diego simeone to replace Jurgen Klopp, because when I look at Simeone's coaching style is very suitable for Liverpool's atmosphere and players. He is also quite strict in training player discipline, so the players will remain in their starting position when they penetrate forward. This is quite a good thing, because Liverpool played quite offensively, and maybe this is the most appropriate solution. But, the problem is, is he willing to leave the Atletico where he coached for years?. as a coach, he must to try many things to hone his abilities to face football competition.

You think very vast because I just come to realize that Diego Simeone can be a good replacement for Jurgen Klopp due his ways of coaching and the pattern of Liverpool’s football; but don’t you think he will make Liverpool to be less competitive in terms of title challenge?
He is a defensive minded coach as we have seen how he has been in the Laliga several years without winning the Laliga title because of Barcelona and Madrid, where we know how competitive Premier League is as any team can torment you to delay your success. If there is no other option for Liverpool, he can be good replacement despite him been a defensive minded coach, and he is also an olden days coach that is yet upgrade to the modern way of coaching; but Premier League might change him.

Currently Ruben Amorim (Sporting), Thiago Motta (Bologna), Roberto Di Gerbi (Brighton), Une Emery (Aston Villa) and so far 12 clubs have been named by Video. . To replace Klopp next season, but from the existing name, of course I would personally take Liverpool as the club for the season as a Uniire club, because of the good experience of building the team so far,Yes, warning Aston Villa started to fall due to this inconsistency which is temporary, but I think a team like Unai Emerpu can lever where great, of course Unai Emer's lever can maintain the club glory.

Erik Ten Hag or Roberto De Zebri would do grand. But how good is Zebri if he handles a top club like Manchester United?

Yeah I have doubts about how capable De Zerbi would be about managing a much bigger team in the Premier League. He is shown as a candidate for Liverpool's next manager at the same time. However Brighton are the first team he is managing in this league now. Before this job the biggest team he managed was Shakhtar Donetsk.

Manchester United and Liverpool both had better be diligent about their next choices to not regret for that later on. There should definitely be better choices than De Zerbi for these teams as well.

For Manchester United, I'm locked in with Erik Ten Hag as the manager for them next season. If a big name like Sir Alex Ferguson would support and back Erik Ten Hag, then it's already noise and hullabaloo listening to the whatever sky sports and the media has to say. I'm so disappointed with the names tjrynhave mentioned to be in line for the job.
They're not good enough not to talk about what's they have achieved personally, individually and also in them managerial experience. They have nothing to showband prove.

Roberto De Zebri did a good job with Shakhtar Donetsk, Yes??
He won Real Madrid in the group stage of the Champions League Competition and I'm sure he would do well if he handles Liverpool but so much pressure comes with handling that club.

What happens if Liverpool wins europa, which is direct UCL, but also they are in top four as we know, so they are going to UCL anyway. I am not entirely sure if that spot goes away, like they just get one, or does that mean fifth of Premier league goes to UCL? Not really well versed in that regards.

In any case, there is no guarantee that Liverpool would win europa, there is a possibility that they could lose along the way. Yes they are the better team, but check the past five years and quarter finals till finals, you will see many good teams end up losing to unexpected teams (mostly to sevilla lol) so you will realize that Liverpool may not end up winning at all. That means nothing will change with the situation.
If Liverpool succeeds in winning the Europa League then they will qualify for the Champions League playoffs. However, if Liverpool manages to finish in 1st to 3rd in the Premier League, they will automatically qualify for the Champions League group phase. Liverpool may appear to have a better performance than their rivals in the Europa League but I think becoming the European League champion is not that easy because AC Milan, Roma, and Bayer Leverkusen are opponents who could become obstacles for Liverpool. But first, they have to get rid of Atalanta, which is also not an easy opponent to beat.

Currently the media continues to link Ruben Amorim (sporting), Thiago Motta (Bologna), Roberto De Zerbi (Brighton), Unai Emery (Aston Villa) and even so far there are 12 names of coaches who are predicted by the media to be able to replace Klopp next season, but from the names of the existing names, of course I will personally choose Unai Emery to be Liverpool coach next season,  Because after all, Unai Emery has good experience in building teams so far, yes, maybe Aston Villa is starting to fall at this time because of their inconsistency which contains makeshift players, but I think if Unai Emery can coach a team like Liverpool that contains great players, of course Unai Emery will be able to continue Klopp glory later in Liverpool.

I personally don't see Simeone as the right choice, indeed I admit that Simeone is a pretty good coach with Atletico Madrid but do you like the brutal style of play that Atletico Madrid has often demonstrated so far?
Indeed, there is nothing wrong with having a hard game and relying on physicality in football, but leaning towards it actually harms the team when they are hit by card penalties in the game, to be honest, bringing Simeone to Liverpool will only damage Liverpool's style of play so far and besides that Simeone is indeed able to bring Atletico to compete in the top four so far but not to win the league.

But fortunately we are not part of Liverpool's management which maybe our decision will actually make Liverpool ruined in the future Grin , but I think right now Liverpool are in the process of approaching with several coaches, so maybe in the near future we will hear who the prospective coach who will coach Liverpool, btw now it is reported that de Zerbi is still turning down a contract extension from Brighton on the grounds that he wants to see the vision of the Brighton project next season,  Could this be a sign that De Zerbi will coach Liverpool next season?

With the new format, it will indeed be very possible if the EPL team does that it's just that for now I see is what if in the end there are new format rules when adding Champions League slots but this season Liverpool who are in competition in the EPL for the championship race (systematically in the top 4) and they become champions in the Europa Legaue because they are now competing in the quarter-finals and the big chance of winning is still very much there for now.

When the automatic slot for the Europa League champion (if Liverpool wins) whether there will indeed be additions from other clubs or not because in the end we can see it even become 6 slots if the new rules are 5 EPL clusters in the Champions League as well as the Europa League champion who is automatically included in the Champions League the following season.

Is this also possible or are only 5 slots still used?
Because if it is only 5 slots, I think all leagues are still possible, especially for last season we saw in La Liga who got 5 slots and the previous 2 seasons there were clubs from the Bundesliga who got it.
What happens if Liverpool wins europa, which is direct UCL, but also they are in top four as we know, so they are going to UCL anyway. I doubt the strength of the last game of Ut between Manchester United and Breherd, Brentford is good for hot match play in big team, I first experienced drone then I didn't know well oh no Manchester Utd tease me when they are up. Can hold the ball,Where Braerford had to equalize after just three minutes, it didn't bother me so much as I knew it was going to be an easy trip for United.

Truly, it was disappointing to watch Chelsea settle for a draw at home to a mediocre Burnley side even worse, this "mediocre" team had a red card since the first half and they couldn't take advantage of it to give the win to their fans at home. It's just a terrible performance by Pochettino's boys and they have had many of such this season so its nothing new. To think Pochettino brought in new guys to strengthen the squad during the last transfer window. At this point, I'm sure Y'all will agree with me that Chelsea needs a new coach. They have to keep switching till they get the right now.
Mauricio Pochettino should be out because I don't see any significant changes his presence have made so far, instead we're here watching the terrible performance of the Blues. Chelsea have changed and they're now classified as mediocre team on my watch because I can't explain how an elite team like the Blues will fight so hard to win a mediocre team that's even one man down. Burnley performance was extremely fantastic because they didn't give up after having a redcard in the first half, they come stronger in the second half to levelled the scores.

It was really a shame Chelsea couldn't make use of even a red card advantage. The players have already finished the season in their minds obviously and this was why they couldn't even win this match.  Sad

I don't know if it is really Pochettino's fault here. Chelsea have changed quite many coaches and there is still nothing changing. Maybe the source of this problem is not just Pochettino. Like many other people I also don't like Todd Boehly's chairmanship. He has spent his money carelessly for transfers so far and couldn't get any result. Maybe Pochettino might also get sacked soon but I wouldn't be very expectant from their next coach either. Chelsea deserves a better chairman first.

Have you people notice that Chelsea formation in this match between Chelsea and Burnley, so I believe that what is problem of Chelsea is the coach, by right Chelsea suppose to defeat Burnley in this match because Vincent Kompany received red card for the half and the still they could not defeat Burnley
I think Pochettino is just kind of confused right now. Chelsea had the opportunity to win the match. Burnley received two red cards in the match, one was for their coach, and the other was for their player. They should have made use of the opportunity that they had, but they missed it. I never expected Chelsea to draw today's match. I expected the match to be an easy win for Chelsea, but they couldn’t win the match, all they had was a draw. Burnley played an intelligent game in the match, immediately they equalised, and the match was 1.1. Burnley started playing a defensive game in the match, they didn’t give Chelsea breathing space in their defense, which really helped them.
The game proves that Chelsea haven't improved much. Even though their defense hasn't conceded many goals in the last few games, It hasnt been enough for Chelsea to solve their situation. Lost to 10-men Burnley at home is another low from an expensive talented team. Having a numerical advantage could still not make Chelsea grab the opportunity to win the game. The front line could not capitalize chances has also costed the team.

Burnley have the ability to adapt their tactics after going down to ten men may have caught Chelsea off guard. Instead of crumbling under pressure, Burnley showed resilience and organization, particularly in their defensive efforts. Despite Chelsea's superiority on paper, spirit and determination made the difference in the game. Burnley's equalizer likely shifted the momentum of the game, made it challenging for Chelsea to find openings and capitalize on their numerical advantage. Pochettino's tactics and substitutions seemed to have no impact to the display.
It's nice to know that the international break is over and the EPL is back. However, I was left devastated by yesterday's result of matches played because unlike ever I helped my friend with the predictions and even lost before the last few matches were played.
Alot has sure happened and I wouldn't be surprised if the results of today's matches end up with much draws like yesterday.
Arsenal would be facing Manchester city while Liverpool takes on Brighton. Though I think it would be an easy win for Liverpool, it's too early to tell and for that of Manchester city vs Arsenal, I would be hoping Arsenal wins even if it gets to be by the slimmest chance.

I was very skeptical about yesterday game between Manchester united and brenthford, brenthford are very good having a hot matches when it comes to big teams,

When I saw the first half o ..o draw I knew is never going to end well oh no Manchester united disappointed me not even when they could not hold the goal they scored at the extra time where brenthford had to equalized just after three minutes, thou it didn't hurts me that much because I already knew that is not going to an easy ride for Manchester united.

Brentford are currently at the bottom of the Premier League standings but they are a team that is very difficult for big big teams so far, so if you are skeptical of course it is quite reasonable because so far we can see how Brentford ability to make it difficult and make teams like Arsenal and Manchester City have to struggle to win, and in not contrast to the results obtained by Manchester United at this time,  Brentford also managed to hold Chelsea to a draw in the previous game, I think lucky enough for Manchester United to get a point in that game because if Brentford had more extra time then maybe Manchester would have lost after Brentford were more aggressive in the final minutes of the game.

Hoping for Manchester United this season is of course like the desire for us to see Chelsea win and of course sometimes the results are quite painful friends Grin, Manchester United is currently increasingly far behind the fight for Europa League tickets at this time, especially in other matches Tottenham can win 3 points over their opponent Luton, thus making Tottenham's position relatively more likely to get European tickets than Manchester United at this time.

Have you people notice that Chelsea formation in this match between Chelsea and Burnley, so I believe that what is problem of Chelsea is the coach, by right Chelsea suppose to defeat Burnley in this match because Vincent Kompany received red card for the half and the still they could not defeat Burnley, the first goal with penalty and by right they suppose to protect the first goal by playing a defensive game, even when Burnley equalise the match to be 1:1 and they score again to be 2:1, everyone taught that Chelsea have defeated Burnley but they could not defend the second goal. So the problem is the players, I think they need keeper and more players.
Vincent Kompany was sent off and he's absence didn't matter, instead his team was possibly confident to play the Blues. I'm tiring of tendering my complaints to the team's board and on their verified social media platforms. Chelsea performance is humiliating and I don't fancy the style Mauricio Pochettino is bringing. One of the terrible performance was today's game at Stamford Bridge, Chelsea failed to beat 10 men on the pitch, instead the Blues was even lucky to not concede another goal because I've watch closely and see the thorough details.

Your comment made me laugh hard this night for saying you are tired of laying complains to their verified social media accounts but on a more serious note, this game against Burnley is one of the worst game of Chelsea because imagine 10 men Burnley giving Chelsea a hard time it's really so funny I must say. I don't think Pochettino can handle Chelsea anymore they really need a new coach to take over the managerial role if things can work in a different perspective for the club because watching them play today is really devastating.

You should also stop focusing on blaming the coach. It's not entirely the coach's fault and you shall also consider other elements that were also contributing a lot to the outcome from this match. Look at the players, they were so incapable, and that is sufficient to prove that the outcome of this game would be also in the player' hands. The coach was only telling them the proper strategy to play, but the final execution is up to the players, but I can't deny that the decision to put garbage chalobach in the game was completely illogical and totally irrational decision. Why doesn't Poch decide to keep pressing Burnley rather than fielding a garbage defender like Chalobach? The main issue with Chelsea was that the club would always decide to stop pressuring its opponents once it was leading in the game which is often in making chelsea lose three points.

This is one of the stupidest mistakes that the club has repeatedly made. I'm just wondering when Poch will be tired of repeating his stupid mistake. The players are terrible, the coaches are even worse, and management is a disaster. It's all good combinations created by Todd Boehley with his hands.
Chelsea produced an unsatisfactory result. The stadium was not overcrowded, as there were many empty seats. Fans appear to have become very upset after witnessing Chelsea's poor performance. They believe that is enough to waste their money for nothing.
There is no guarantee that hiring a new coach will improve the situation if the players are also at fault.
