Liverpool are currently doing exceptionally well this season and are strong contenders to win not just the English Premier League title but also the UEFA Europa League trophy as well as the English League Cup this season but I don't think that winning all these titles is gonna make whoever wanna leave the club to stay back rather it'll provide the best moment for whoever that wants to leave the club to take a bow after a very successful season.

Our next EFL cup opponents are a severely weakened Fulham, who seemed to have fallen off on their standards the last few months.

Assuming we beat them, Chelsea likely awaits us (again). It would be hilarious to beat them in a penalty shootout again.

While you have mentioned Mbappe I would like to state my opinion about the speculations out such as he could join Liverpool in January or in the summer.  Smiley

First of all I think that Salah's best alternative would be Mbappe. I'm talking about Salah also because he is likely to leave Liverpool in the summer. It could have happened even last summer if he got that offer from Saudi Arabia earlier. Now Liverpool have enough time work on an alternative signing for Salah's possible departure. Honestly I don't expect Mbappe to leave PSG in January but anything can happen in the summer. I think Liverpool and Real Madrid will be the teams making a contract offer to him.

We are definitely not signing Mbappe this year, he probably goes to Real Madrid or stays at Paris Smiley We most likely replace Salah with some up-and-coming winger.

Arteta has been making move on how to buy mbappe and I've  watched some random video last week, Arsenal has never loss interest signing mbappe but it seems mbappe has listed his terms and condition I never made any interest reading the conditions but if Arteta really want a good striker he will go for mbappe. With the previous performance from Arsenal and even the game with west ham Arsenal really need a good striker, what's with Nketiah poor performance so far and he need to improve on his performance, I don't get why Gabriel Jesus seems to be missing goals and it's really affecting the team, even the defence aspect Arsenal has failed and they need to improving cause seeing the record of shots after every match without a goal sounds funny, Arsenal need a new striker.

This must be a rumor as I don't think Mbappe would consider Arsenal as one of his options. I doubt that Arsenal could compete with some of the other interest clubs financially and beyond that, Arsenal doesn't have what it takes to convince a player like Mbappe. They are just not there yet. Liverpool is the most exciting option for him I think as Klopp is there and something big can be built over a long period of time with Mbappe as the leader. Real Madrid is the most logical option I guess.

Kroenke has stopped to give arsenal more budget to shop and how can arteta get mbappe? through selling some of its important players? Mbappe currently valued around 135 millions according from mbappe's statement.
He said that if he was willing to get 100 millions signing fees combined with 35 millions yearly salary. It sounds very high but since mbappe was as good as ronaldo then it may be worthy enough.

Liverpool is likely the most potential club to get him rather than arsenal. Arsenal never had an interest in recruiting mbappe. Kroenke will refuse to spend another 135 millions for him.   Cheesy

Salah will probably be sold to a Saudi Arabian team this summer. A Saudi Arabian team made an offer for him after the summer transfer window was closed as well by the way. But Liverpool didn't accept the offer despite its being a gigantic one. Because it was out of transfer window for Liverpool so they wouldn't be able to transfer anyone to fill his place right away.

But this summer Liverpool could be open for offers. While they have an opportunity to make a lot of money by his transfer they should do this. Salah could also be keen on leaving depending on the amount of contract offer.
It's all just speculation because if Liverpool succeed in winning the English Premier League and also other titles because they are currently playing in the semi-finals of the League Cup and there is still the FA Cup and the European League then Mohammed Salah will probably remain at the club for a long time until his contract is finished, because I see It's rare for a club to sell key players who have succeeded in bringing the club to victory because of course there will be a lot of changes and the new players they buy won't necessarily perform as well.
This season, Salah's performance is still at the top level with 14 goals and 8 assists in the English Premier League, with what he has provided, will Liverpool easily let this player go? In my opinion no and only an offer above 100 million euros will make Liverpool want to let him go, and in my opinion with his current performance even 100 million euros is still cheap for Salah.

Mohammed Salah was contacted by Saudi Arabian clubs last summer and he made it clear that he's free for negotiations but that can only happen if Liverpool approve it. Liverpool's management was contacted but they declined the request and that was what stopped any further negotiations concerning his proposed move to Saudi Arabia. For Salah to have given them the go-ahead order to meet Liverpool's management, it means he's interested in leaving Anfield for Saudi Arabian club. Liverpool I know would prefer to have Salah leave the club when they can still get hugely paid and that's why I think they'll consider allowing him leave this summer instead of seeing off his contract at the club and leave for free.

Yes, I agree with you if Salah ultimately stays at Liverpool because as reliable player he definitely wants to win titles and lift trophies in several competitions and this opportunity very close and Salah would definitely prefer to stay rather than join club that is uncertain his future or maybe any club that wants to get him will have to wait until this season ends and I'm sure looks like decent offer of more than 100m because he  like other talented players like Haaland who has very good achievements and  club can get Salah for sure future of his club will be very bright.
I am very impressed with Salah who was able to provide excellent achievements and contributions to Liverpool to win the title in premier league and currently is in first place in the points table and even though it not certain that he will be able to win the title in premier league at least Salah continues to struggle to score big amount.

Kylian Mbappe is available for sale if PSG receive the right offer instead of him leaving for free once his contract expires. Kylian Mbappe is reportedly going to leave for Real Madrid as has always been discussed, but if Arsenal can fulfill PSG's request for Mbappe's value then PSG could release him to Arsenal.

Mbappe has received various great privileges and benefits while at PSG. Of course it will not be easy for Arsenal to get Mbappe's signature. Unless there is something like Mbappe who wants to compete with Haaland in the English league but I think that's impossible to happen. Real Madrid has been Mbappe's dream club since he was a child, so it is possible that Mbappe received a salary that was lower than what he received at PSG. I see Mbappe wanting to play in a more competitive league and wanting to write his name in history. Because to be honest, playing in Ligue 1 will make Mbappe waste his prime because currently there are other leagues that are more competitive and can prove Mbappe's quality to the world that he is one of the best strikers in the world today.

Salah is getting older though, Liverpool fans are getting blinded by his talent rightn ow, but they are losing the fact that they have a player who worths something now if they sold, and not going to worth anything in a few years.

Sure, he helps a lot right now, but if they keep him, they will get just a few more years of good play from him, then he will be too old. However, he is such a huge name that if they sold him for example to some Saudi team, then they would make enough money to buy someone else who would be able to give them maybe 10 years, that is a lot better. They are on the verge of missing out, maybe they already did, this summer they should definitely sell him for a good money, if not, then it will be too late.

There is a possibility that he will be sold and there is a possibility that he will not, if Mohammed Salah is sold to Saudi Arabia, Liverpool will lose their goalscoring machine because currently Salah is a very important player for Liverpool, while the current depth of Liverpool's squad has no one who can replace Salah's role. If Liverpool sell him in the midst of their struggle to win the Premier League and European League titles, they will experience difficulties, but if Liverpool has bought a replacement for Salah like Mbappe then it is certain that Liverpool losing Salah will be fine.

As far as I know, Mohammed Salah is not yet interested in going to Saudi Arabia even though the Saudi Arabian club is willing to sign him at a high price because he still wants to be in the European league and compete there. In my opinion, M. Salah is not too old to compete in the European league, and that is certain european players will consider going to Saudi Arabia perhaps when they are 35 years or older and Salah has not yet reached that age.

I am also thinking about it as a rumor because Arsenal is trying to avoid financial fair play which means they will have to sell players before they can afford Mbappe and Arsenal did not have any important player for sell that can attract enough money for signing Mbappe this transfer window. Arsenal did not even have Mbappe in their plan because they know that they cannot afford paying huge amounts of money they are supposed to use in signing tow or more players for just Mbappe.
Liverpool and Manchester City will be the best two teams that can afford him in their team right now because he will not play for Chelsea or Manchester United because of their current situation.
The rumour could come from the agent to increase the bargaining of client. The biggest interest so far to sign Mbappe comes from Real Madrid who is willing to pay his wage, but if no other club shows interest of signing him, the wage could be lower than expected. I don't believe Arsenal would be a destination for a player as ambitous as Mbappe, and Arsenal themself know this.

Moreover, the financial dynamics of football often require strategic player sales to fund major acquisitions. Arsenal not having key players to sell for a significant amount in this transfer window aligns with the challenges clubs face in acquiring top-tier talents. Identifying Liverpool and Manchester City as the best-suited teams technically and financially makes sense. Both clubs have a history of making high-profile signings and have demonstrated financial strength in recent years. And Chelsea or Manchester United surely are not in this conversation for a some reasons.

I think we may see a striker transfer to Arsenal soon. Arsenal is a difficult team, but they may not be effective enough in their offensive ways. After correcting this deficiency, they can be as good as before and become an assertive candidate for the championship. They must get a striker of Premier League quality.
If by striker you mean a center forward, then I think Gabriel Jesus has been good enough for Arsenal so far. Meanwhile, Eddie Nketiah has also been good for Arsenal so far even though neither of them are goal machines in the Premier League. If Arsenal need a goal machine who can compete with Haaland, Mohamed Salah and Son Heung-min, then Arsenal should be capable and confident enough to try to sign PSG's Kylian Mbappe.

I was impressed with Liverpool defeating Newcastle 4-2. It seems like Newcastle is getting out of their top performance and they might not be able to keep their place in Top 4. Liverpool was very effective in attack(and yes, the simulation by Diogo Jota was ridiculous). I hope that Salah isn't heavily injured and he will recover soon. Let's wait and see for how long Liverpool will keep a consistent top performance. Arsenal and Manchester City also fail to be consistent, so I can't make a clear prediction which team is going to win the Premier League.
Salah is not injured, he performed well against Liverpool despite missing a penalty, he succeeded with his second penalty.

I'm just worried that at the African Cup of Nations Salah gets injured then it will be stressful for Jurgen Klopp but hopefully he will recover when he returns to Liverpool, because the African Cup of Nations will start soon.

Liverpool will definitely survive? I'm just quite consistent in their play, it's been a good run of wins, it wasn't too bad last season, now it's time to get the title back even though it's a bit harder.
Salah played well against Newcastle despite missing a penalty and he was able to make up for the mistake.
M. Salah is a very important player in Liverpool's squad this season and with Liverpool's current performance and their quite big targets this season of course Liverpool doesn't want anything bad to happen to their flagship player, but it all comes back to the fate of that player. Whether you will get injured or not is something that cannot be predicted.
Yes, it is true that Salah has always had good performances at Liverpool, so it is not surprising that Klopp relies on him so much because there is no doubt about his skills, even since Salah has been at Liverpool, he has given such good achievements that he has helped Liverpool to be in first place in the Premier League points table.
Newcastle is still in a bad condition currently losing injured players and indeed injuries cannot be predicted but as a coach Eddie Howe should be able to overcome this situation but somehow he can restore Newcastle's performance but what is certain is that the only hope is in the transfer market to get players. replacement for the injured.
Newcastle consecutive defeats have made fans a little doubtful about whether Newcastle will be able to improve its performance again even though it has lost its chance in the Champions League.

Yeah i think you're righ, the chances of him leaving Liverpool is very high, cause the money the Saudi side offered for his demand last summer is very tempting and they might come up with an improved offer that would make Liverpool give up one of their most priced asset, they’ll need the funds to bluster their team and make it more stronger. They would've had sold him this January but Salah is a very important player currently, especially now their journey to winning the EPL title is gradually becoming a reality.

Liverpool would make alot of money from Salah sale, which is enough to strengthen their squad and add good quality players that could help them challenge for not only the EPL title but for the Champions League next season. Liverpool fans would really be sad to see Salah leave the club cause he's been very helpful and one of the fans favorites but the board don't got no choice but to cash in big on him buy summer.

EPL is tougher than expected, Liverpool is strong and they play collective football, they don't depend on the performance on single player, no matter how important the player seems, everything just play out good for them, and they will continue to win matches without the absence of key players. Mohammed Salah is older but that's not the case, because Jurgen Klopp find him valuable in his squad, he will be leaving for AFCON. It will be a big miss for Liverpool in coming matches, the fans just hope everything will pan out to become smooth.
Yes liverpool is nit ready to give way to any ckyb regardless of rhe rank or status in the EPL this seasons and even their last game is another great success for Liverpool and i am sure that Liverpool is about to complete what they were unable to in the 2021-2022 season when Liverpool was in a head in finals against Manchester City in the premier league finals, be for Liverpool lost the finals,
But what makes this season a little different from that season is the fact that Manchester City was in better form then compared to Manchester City's current formation and position in the league this season, so for that,  Liverpool will have a lesser evil to contend with to achieve that final.

Moh Salah is an important player at Liverpool and when Moh Salah goes to AFCON of course this will be detrimental to Liverool even though they are currently in first place, but this is quite risky if without Moh Salah Liverpool loses points. In sharp contrast to Man City, they still have one match left and no players have yet to go to the AFCON cup. Man City also in the next match, De Bruyne can start and Haaland can play. The biggest chance of winning is still at Man City. If Liverpool still relies on one player, it will be difficult to be consistent.

But it is quite eye-catching that Arsenal doesn't really have a top scorer. When you look at the list of the top scorers, Arsenal is nowhere to be found. The first player is Bukayo Saka with 6 goals, which really isn't a lot for the top scorer of a teams that wants to win the title. I know it can be positive if many players score the goals, but most of the time a team has one or two guys who really stand out and score the goals en masse. That's not the case and I think it is a disadvantage.
