Harry Kane's future is still ambiguous now. Bayern Munich and PSG have been the teams chasing this transfer. However Kane has stated clearly that he doesn't want to join PSG. Otherwise PSG have been reported to make a bigger offer like 100 million euros to Tottenham. Kane wants only Bayern Munich now.

However Levy still doesn't seem like very keen on letting him go for a price below the value he would like. As PSG have made an offer like that I guess his demand from Bayern Munich would also be no less than that. I have heard that there is already an agreement between Bayern Munich and Kane. Bayern Munich are just working on finding a middle way with Tottenham.

Damn, more expensive than the cost of Haaland from Dortmund to Man City. I hope that guy is not the same as like Darwin Nunez who ended up unexpectedly when bought at expensive price.
English players are always overpriced but clubs in Premier League accept to pay such overpaid cost for English players because they are English clubs. I don't know they have any pressure to buy players like Maguire, Sancho, Grealish, Rice at very high prices but it is not new in Premier League. Since Rooney time, we already witnessed that trend and recent years, it's hard to say what prices are right prices for players.

Non English players have been over pricing too like Mudryk who was bought by Chelsea when he was still very unknown player in Europe and did not belong to list of star players.

I think, Arsenal must think again how to maximize Rice's position on squad because there are some young players that ready on Rice's position which I think is still good play on the previous session. Don't be a blunder like another coach did.
Rice will limit chances of young players in Arsenal and he himself will carry big pressure from the transfer. Arsenal likely want to bet and hope that they will win Premier League in a next season. Hopefully they will not break their own ceilings too much and fall into financial crisis.

The arrival of Declan Rice is also proof Arteta is doing that for the long term. In addition, Declan Rice also became an English player who broke the transfer record.

But for now Arsenal are just targeting young and promising players to bring here. Arsenal's vision has been the same for so many years. It is of course a good policy in terms of helping promising players shine and increase their values a lot. Arsenal can make a lot of profit in case they sell them just as Dortmund and Ajax have the same policy.

However Arteta looks really ambitious for achievements too. To be able to achieve bigger things they should sign a player who can be a good leader for the young players.

I agree with you on this. We can even say that this is a policy identified with Arsene Wenger. However, we must also say that Arsene Wenger has often been criticized for this policy. I think Arteta should make good and expensive transfers at this point and take risks. While teams like Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea are signing the best players in the world, it is impossible for them to win league championships or be involved in the championship race with only young and promising players. If they had a few more experienced players in the team last season, they could have played better in the last matches of the league and they could have won the league.
There's no doubting the fact that Arsenal aren't as busy as other English clubs when it comes to the transfer market and this not something that's new to the club system. Right from the days of Arsene Wenger up to this moment they've never spent as much as the other big six club in England.
However they spend heavily this summer to sign a player from West Ham.  The signing of Declan rice is believed to  help the club in their quest for premier league glory come next season
Hmm, " premiere league glory", well with what I saw last season I can bet my hard earn that arsenal still lack all the capabilities to actually secure the league title and like you have said all the big boys of the premiere are hitting up deals looking to strengthen their team and Manchester city is still there and I think they can still perform same wonders they did last season although this time around it won't be easy because all the teams are now fully aware of their capabilities.

If I look at Transfermarkt, the average age of players is in good times. The average age of their players is 25 years. They have 23 players out of 33 who are included in their country's national team. It looks like Arteta wants to build a team for the long term. The arrival of Declan Rice is also proof Arteta is doing that for the long term. In addition, Declan Rice also became an English player who broke the transfer record.

I will be a very happy man once Harry Kane takes a jet off to Germany to join Bayern Munich this summer; so far it has been positive and Kane has agreed terms with the Bayern Munich transfer offer; report says that Bayern wait for Tottenham Hotspur and Levy to take the offer and the deal can be finalized. At 30 years; Harry Kane also deserves some trophy happiness; hope he gets them

@ampere it’s either Bayern or PSG for Kane as both are waiting for him and Spurs should honour his loyalty by selling him because if he had joined City last year then he would have won the premier league and if he retires without winning a single trophy then it’ll be the saddest thing to happen in modern day football. Furthermore I hope that he choses Bayern as Ligue 1 is very easy and with Bayern he’ll shine and win more honours for himself.

Arsenal was doing so many crazy things in the current transfer season. I meant arsenal has been buying some new players with very high fees like rice, timber or even havertz from chelsea. I think that this strategy makes sense to be implemented.

Havetz will be going back to old position. There will be lots of rotations that arsenal can use. Jorginho may not be used as starting line up. Timber was replacing white's position.

I have seen arteta used some strategies during last season.

4-3-3, 4-1-41 or even 4-2-3-1.

Arteta may also able to form a new strategy with new compositions. I think that kai and rice gave arteta so many options.

I love this shape, but I really do hope thru blend in quickly and build chemistry before the start of the new season. Mikel Arteta has got work to do with Ramsdale, I don't really like the way he's always launching the ball into the air. LoL. They should learn to build from the back with confidence. ( Ohh Gosh, I envy Brighton a whole lot )
The back four looks solid, Ben White can come in as a substitute, Timber is a big name I want to see him settling in fast. And when they build, it'll be three man defense with Zinchenko joining to support Declan Rice in midfied.

With it, Arsenal would attack more and score more goals, I don't know how energetic Martinelli might be, I would also love to see Trossad starting ahead of him. He does means business whenever he's attacking. Interesting team they have, they'll cook next season.
Rice and Timber are great transfers. Kai Havertz is also a good piece too, depending on how they use him. If he is going to play 10 numbers with Odegaard, there is no need. Emile Smith Rowe is also great. There is also Fabio Vieira. I think they should not keep useless players(sorry) like Nketiah or Holding in the team. Other than that, if they keep Trusty and Balogun in the team, I think they will be good transfers. I do not trust Zinchenko at all. He plays well in 2 games and in the 3rd game he screw things up. He can be used in midfield and left-back, but if they put a man in the left-back Cancelo level, we will watch a contender team again this year as well.
Arsenal is going to have a great season ahead considering the names that are coming in,and the positions they are filling. They have brought in three so far, Zinchenko will be pairing with Tierney,Tomiyasou will pair with Timber,Saliba and White, while Gabriel will pair with Kiwior. And then we move to the midfield where there will be so much rotation,We have Odegard, which cannot be replaced,Rice, Vierra,Smith Rowe, Partey, Jorginho, and Harvetz.I don't know why I don't feel convinced about Harvetz,he will take a little long period to be able to play in Arsenal team, and as far as I'm concerned, there is no one he can bench at Arsenal's starting line up,he will just sit on the bench and wait for his time to come because even if Odegard is out due to injury,Smith Rowe can even play in that position more better that Karl. Then moving to our forward roles, Gabriel  Jesus will pair with Nketiah, and prove me wrong, Nketiah is far more better than  Balogun, forget the fact that the latter scored 21 goals last season in Reims, but if you look at his You-tube,you will see that about seven of his goals are penalty kicks, and the rest of his goals are nowhere near the kind of goals that Nketiah scores at Arsenal.
Balogun was given few minutes to play in the preseason, and he missed two big chances, one on one, which I think Nketiah would have been able to convert atleast one of them, but he missed the two big chances and made us get a draw in that game. Therefore,to me,I think Arteta should keep the three attackers in the team to compete fiercely,so we can see who is better than the other. Then for the wings,we have Martinelli and Saka,Trosard and Nelson who have done so well to deserve new contract at the club,I believe Arteta might give him chances to prove himself this season, and fight for his place in the starting line up.Overall,Arsenal have improved their team massively, and might win one of the trophies in England next season.

We are going to watch an even younger Arsenal next season in the Premier League and Champions League both. Because they have sold Xhaka to Leverkusen and brought players like Havertz, Rice and Timber so far. Honestly I hope they sign an experienced player like Xhaka too this summer. He was the captain of the team as well and it is good to have an experienced leader in the team.

the question is, if indeed Liverpool are able to sign Mbappe with money worth € 300 million after that will Liverpool be able to give Mbappe a salary after spending a lot of money to sign him? I don't doubt Liverpool's finances but here the problem is that Mbappe is the most expensive player and has a very high salary and only certain teams are willing to take risks to get this top player.
from another opinion Liverpool also have to compete with other teams who are after Mbappe and this is what makes uncertain rumors always spread because no team has dared to take Mbappe to be added to the attack line.
But I always keep in mind that nothing is impossible, maybe Liverpool are desperate to sign Mbappe and maybe someone else will get in a bit of trouble.

I think there won't be any other competitor than Real Madrid for Mbappe. Because there hasn't even been a single speculation about an interest by another top team recently. His cost is too much for even rich teams so they also think twice before going for a move. Most of them choose to bring more players in a transfer window to strengthen more than one area by paying a lot less money than that.

I can't imagine how Liverpool would look with Mbappe and Salah in the attacking line playing together. These are both world stars and having this big stars in your team at the same time is always a risk as well. PSG did it great with that trio though but we never know what would happen in a different case.

For a moment I also imagined that duo, Mbappé with Salah, and wow and something impressive, personally I think that things can go very well for both players in that team, of course that is like something that Liverpool will start winning a lot and ensuring victories, he could easily win the PL, but Mbappé will not leave PSG, the only team that I see him may be Real Madrid, and yet I am sure that Real Madrid will not go, because they already said no once , and the truth is that Real Madrid does not give second chances, if it did not give it to Totti at the time, much less it will give it to a Mbappé who is no longer so young, he is still young, but he is not on the radar of the Madrid, and if it's for money I don't see it the same, because Real Madrid has a lot of money.

If they get a lot of money and Real Madrid wants it, it doesn't matter, they pay for it, but they really won't give that money because from the beginning Mbappé said no and he stayed at PSG at that time.

I just feel the owner of Tottenham Hotspur won't want to let him leave and the only way to keep him (HARRY KANE) is to increase his wages (£500 plus) and it will affect his release clause. IMO, Spurs are not doing him any good they're just being selfish.
Tottenham will lose if keep holding him. Because we know Harry Kane's contract is over until 2024 if there is no agreement between them, that possibly Harry Kane will leave Spurs to Munchenc for free. Most likely, one way to benefit one of another: Kane, and Tottenham is accepting the Munchen offers, whatever it is, If Spurs are still selfish, that is possible they don't get anything, Kane is getting old and not so productive as years ago.

Whatever the strategy that Tottenham has, they know that they do not want to let him go, they are also taking advantage of the way they want to put the player, they are also playing with what he wants, because he has already stated that he wants to go to Bayern, and the Bayern is making the pertinent steps so that he can join their ranks, I believe that if Bayern want him and Kane wants to leave, they should do so, Tottenham cannot be keeping him, sometimes it is better to change, the player has not achieved much there In addition, many are telling them that he is a somewhat old player and that can take its toll on him, also in the Bunfeliga it is a football that the player can like very much.

‘We have been told’: Sky journalist shares what he’s now heard about Harry Kane and Bayern

Quote
Sheth shared what he’s heard about Kane now.

“As it stands, those talks have revealed a huge gap in valuation. From Harry Kane’s perspective, interestingly, he hasn’t closed any avenue available to him now. So he is open to speaking to Bayern Munich we have been told if Tottenham and Bayern Munich agree a deal,” Sheth said.

Tottenham Hotspur are really using money to play with Harry Kane's thinking, I mean how can a player such as Kane only brag about with just best player of the season and highest goal scorer award as a trophy? He's not getting any younger and we the fans (football lovers) are worried but it seems he prefers to be the highest paid in the EPL than going else where to get himself a trophy, at least to get hold of one major trophy other than those personal achievement. Arteta is Pep's student, and Arteta can't change it like the previous session, so that situation, his strategy can be read perfectly by Pep and make the team lose perfectly. As we can see, Arsenal never gets the win in the last 3 matches. And, I can be sure they will be lost again on Community Shield on 6th August next if Arteta uses the same strategy. He needs a major overhaul on the team, at least there is a strategy that pep doesn't know.
Let's see how it will be going on next season. I personally believe if arteta may also able to create another rotation with the available players in the club. Some players have multiple roles that means arteta can rotate them all in the unique strategy. In my opinion that if arteta may try to do some experiments during the pre season that will be coming soon. Arsenal will have some friendly matches which are good to be considered as the time to train before arteta used it in the EPL.
There are so many things that need to be done by him. Some strategies possibly to be used by him.

Arsenal is now in preparation for the pre match in germany. I can't wait the actual line up from arsenal next season. Timber already passed medical test. I expect him to be announced by the club asap.

The preseason matches is to practice on strategy to be used in the season ahead, Arteta is actually learning well from his boss Pep Guardiola in strengthening the midfield than the attacking force. If the midfield is full of attacking players than the score line will be much. the arrival of Harvertz in the Arsenal team will give Arteta more options, because kai Harvertz is multitalent player, he can be play as striker, winger and a midfielder too.   Believe me, Arsenal will win one trophy nextseason.

I don't know why Harry Kane so grab a big club like Munchen and PSG? is he good to bring Tottenham on top the premier league?.
because Tottenham is very bad in the previous session, That club didn't play on any Europa tournament and there's nothing special about the attacker. And I see Tottenham also proud to reject 70 million Euro from Munchen. Damn, this is the 1st time I see less talented players valued quite expensive in the industry, Bayern shouldn't spend a lot of money, because there are still many talented player which cheap value but good on tournament.

Harry Kane has a genuine love for Totthenham,he has stayed there for years and haven't won anything, yet
he still believes if the team can bring in the right players, and have a good coach that can coach them, they will certainly do well.He wanted to leave last season, but Totthenham signed a new coach,(Conte)and he decided to stay, but unfortunately,it was the worst season for them because they did not qualify for any European tournament, and Arsenal their bitterest rival finished second in the league table. They have a new coach again, and he is contemplating in staying for another season because they have now signed a new attacking midfielder in Leicester city's playmaker Maddison. After the signing,Harry Kane has had a U-turn about his future, and may consider staying for another season.

Tottenham don't want to let go of Harry Kane, that's why they keep Harry Kane's market value so high. Bayern Munich tried to sign Harry Kane, but they may have backed off after seeing the market value of 100 million euros because Bayern Munich will never spend 100 million euros on Harry Kane at the moment.
If Tottenham had kept Harry Kane's transfer price between 70 million euros and 80 million euros, Bayern Munich might have bought Harry Kane this season. Bayern Munich should be patient without spending €100m at the moment as next season will see how low Harry Kane's market value has fallen.

If Bayern Munich are unable to sign Harry Kane from Tottenham, they may try to sign another player. Harry Kane's failure to change clubs has been an understatement for his career as the striker has yet to win a Toffee.

Yeah it can be difficult to get used to this. Players are getting more expensive day by day but there is nothing to do about it. This is an industry and I wouldn't expect this increase in values to stop at some point. Especially rich teams don't care about how much money they need to spend for a player they are following closely.

When it comes to Kane situation he is a really special striker. He is going to be 30 years old soon but he has lost nothing in his finishing skills. That makes him so popular among the biggest European teams no matter how high his value is now.

It is true that Tottenham couldn't achieve any success while they have him. However Kane is still performing incredibly well. I think it is just a problem related to the team. If Kane plays for a stronger team with better players we can see the difference.
