Marcus Rashford is not the player Amorim wanted, therefore Amorim did not even put Rashford on the bench. Amorim prefers players who don't hesitate to chase the ball and help out in defense while Rashford is not that kind of player, and as we often see, Rashford is a typical forward who is reluctant to help out in defense. There is no other option for Rashford but to leave because if he stays at Man United then it is very likely that he will not return to the field. But if he really doesn't have ambition or can bear the shame, then he can stay like that until his contract runs out and receive a big paycheck without any contribution.

It is not every coach that will be able to tolerate the excesses of a player. Marcus Rashford is a good player and also has a high reputation off the pitch due to his humanitarian work. Man City will have a hard time if they don't live up to each other's trust. And the position in the standings is getting worse along with the mentality of its players.

There is no doubt that Liverpool have been very promising this season, they seem to be leading the standings without getting serious pressure from their closest rivals Chelsea. Liverpool victory over Tottenham went as predicted, and at the same time, I did not expect Chelsea to share points with Everton. Generally, his performance at the start of the season shouldn't be similar to 'now' after playing multiple games it's meant to decline. But since he's admitted it, that means he's ready to work on improving the way he plays in the field. Also, the entire team require a fix up since some players are not yet back from injury. Guardiola on the other hand need to do most work and retain his respect in the premier league as a four times in a row winner of the league.

When a team is in decline, I can't blame individuals for their decline. Because after all, football is a game played by 11 players on the field with instructions or strategies from a coach.
Actually, introspection from each player is good, because that might make them better in the future. But don't let that be said because there are some parties who blame them, because that also risks lowering the player's mentality.

I also don't understand Amorim's way of thinking. The reason is that Rasford is a very important player on Manchester United's left wing.
