Xabi is doing a good job at his present club, am quite impressed with his work so far. But to be honest I don't think he is ready to be at the top level of management. This is Liverpool we are talking about, the demand for this job is too much, it's not the same as that of Leverkusen. Xavi need to manage for at least one more season at Leverkusen before taking top job as that of Liverpool. Let it not be that it's just a one season wonder that he is enjoying presently. He need time to prove himself as a worthy successor of Klopp.

Xabi Alonso meets the criteria to help Liverpool compete fiercely in the Premier League and Europe if Klopp really decides he wants to leave, but the problem is that Xabi Alonso is unlikely to leave Leverkusen sooner. I once received that statement from Xabi which I read in the media, but people are too changeable and there is still a possibility that Xabi will accept Liverpool's proposal later.

Personally, I also like Xabi Alonso's coaching style with Leverkusen, but he still needs a lot of flying hours and experience to be able to compete closely in domestic and European competitions. It is not easy to become a coach who is truly able to maintain consistent team performance in the Premier League, this is clear because the competition between teams in the Premier League is not at all the same as the Bundesliga.

Liverpool will wait for a new Sport director to be appointed at their club before drafting their plan first. Later they will choose a new coach for the club but I really believe Liverpool will not appoint a new coach before a new sport director.

Klopp has worked for Liverpool nearly 10 years and he is a most senior coach with a club in Premier League if we compare his term length to all coaches since his appearance in Anfield. He has marked big philosophy in Anfield, helped them to win some big titles and ended some decades without a single title. His departure will create big changes in Anfield but it is life.

Lielverpool have to continue walking without Klopp and they have to do best to avoid collapse in performance after this season. Manchester United struggled in many years since a retirement of Sir. Alex Ferguson and Klopp potentially will cause some big issues for Liverpool future.

I think maybe Liverpool should prepare some suitable candidates to replace Klopp at the end of the season which will end in a few months. so that several of the selected candidates could immediately fill the coaching vacancy when Klopp left Liverpool. BTW, talking about Klopp having made the choice to retire from the world of football and stop as Liverpool coach really surprised everyone, especially Liverpool supporters.

It is not easy to find a replacement for a new coach who can make Liverpool perform better, of course it will take a long time to adapt to the existing players because Klopp took quite a long time to make Liverpool as great as it is now, we see that many of the clubs were abandoned by the previous coach usually will play inconsistently, for example in the Italian league like Napoli who won the title last season since changing coaches they are not performing really well this season, I hope Liverpool find the right coach even though there are many rumors circulating and this is also hoped by all Liverpool supporters expects Xabi Alonso to replace Klopp.

Im only wondering when pochettino will be stop do did stupid experiment like that. It was only costing the club a lot. Some players were playing so garbage coz they were missed many chances. I can't even call that as a positive performance from chelsea.
Pochettino has made so many blunders that were costing the club a lot. The defensive line was a little big shaky toward the end. Im too annoyed about this game and im also feeling more disappointed like chelsea could got a victory in this game but its players were very wasteful.  
Chelsea could get even one goal to get its victory over aston villa. It is important for me to mention that the defensive line of Chelsea has made remarkable progress, which holds promising prospects for the club moving forward. I do know why pochettino was always doing it.
he was not even trying to explain it during his interview. Im very disappointed with it right now. It is suggested that Chelsea should strive for better performance by minimizing the number of mistakes made.

If Man City eventually wins the league it going to be four consecutive times thus another record broken because there is no any premier league club that had broken that record, though it's two early to predict the likely winner with 17 matches to go and Liverpool had become a strong contender now, though Arsenal had some bad results in the some of their previous matches but came back strongly against Crystal Palace by defeating them 5-0 if they are consistent with that performance then they can as well become a contender too, however premier league had become very competitive such that many underdog teams do create upset and the winner of the trophy might emerge in the last week of the league matches.

There is a 5-point gap between Liverpool and Manchester City, Arsenal and Aston Villa at this moment and thus, if for example Liverpool get good results for the next few matches. Well Klopp has achieved a feat at Liverpool and we’ve got to note he’s been there for over 9 years. Yes he brought them back from their dark age to Winning ways and while he’s leaving, he still wants to hand them a title this season, and it's very possible judging from their position in the league this season, most Liverpool fans would be sad he's leaving and would want him to stay for another season, but he's made his choice and the board has to be very careful when selecting another successor.

 Liverpool gave started making movements on getting a new coach who’ll immediately be able to blend in and fit the style of the team. For this fact I think they’ll want to probably hire any of their legends or a bery experienced coach. From the list, I think Xabi Alonso is the best qualified for this job, that’s if Leverkusen will let him go. When you consider the improvements he’s added to this Leverkusen side, then you understand why he’s best fit for the club.

I don't know if Xabi Alonso is a good replacement for Liverpool but am certain that kloop is indeed a good man to actually take such decision and he wouldn't do anything that wouldn't benefit the club. Bayern Leverkusen has changed a lot and the way they play is just different from most teams in the bundesLiga and if Xabi Alonso can simulate such performance in the Liverpool then I think the legacy of kloop will be retain in anfield and hopefully he can pave way for them to win another champions league like he did himself as a player of Liverpool.

Newcastle united as really lose form, out of five matches played they only won one and lost 4 which shows how poor they really are, Aston villa are far better than Newcastle united even from their previous matches  their performance are incredible and they are very consistent, am very uptimistic that their winning against Newcastle united will be so easy because Aston villa are the only club in Premier league this season that have the highest home win, they played 10 games, won 9 games and draw only one, since the beginning of the season Aston villa is one of the three club that have not lose any game at home, the remaining two club are Liverpool and Manchester City. Aston villa will like to maintain the unbeaten record which am very much confidence that Aston villa will win because even Newcastle united are not very strong in away matches, they only won one match since the start of the season.

I do like xabi and this guy has proven his worthiness by helping leverkusen to go up from the bottom. I do appreciate this caused by xabi has been starting with very limited resource. This is also making the situation even worst for liverpool coz klopp has been a part of so many golden moments of liverpool. Many of liverpool fans are disappointing his decision to leave from the club but the fans can do nothing about this. Klopp has been deciding what he wanted to do. There's no reason for people to prevent him from temporary retired being a coach for the football club.

Liverpool needs to find a new target to coach the club at the end of season. I prefer xabi to be the more preferred one to manage liverpool. He has been so amazing in the leverkusen. There's no need to questioning his performance to manage the club again.
Xabi is an extraordinary coach for the club. This is also my main reason to call that xabi as worthy coach for leverkusen. this makes the situation will better if xabi will able to show his willingness to be a liverpiool coach,

I will not be surprised when everything still boiled down to  Manchester city still becoming champions of the premier league for three times straight. Manchester are very much consistent and stable than any of the of two teams you mentioned although Liverpool id a really tough nut to crack and I feel they are the only team that still pose a treat to the likes of Manchester city but still I believe city will come out victorious especially now that the midfield genius is back and ready to perform @ Kevin de byrune.

Legendary football rivalry between Klopp and Pep has always impressed me. The Premier League would struggle to replace them. After such an amazing adventure with Manchester City, Im nervous about Pep leaving next. Fans like myself, who've witnessed the league become a tactical battleground under their leadership, are worried about his departure. The Premier League's appeal has surged thanks to their contributions, making every season enthralling. If they leave, the league will miss its recent fierce competition.

The Premier League without both heavyweights is impossible to envisage after Klopp's departure. Change will occur, possibly not for the better. They've pushed Liverpool and Manchester City to new heights. The league may lose its shine without Klopp and probably without Pep. Their effect is why we consider such a major change in the competition. We supporters can only hope that their successors will continue the Premier League's fierce competition and sportsmanship.

very good point, the information we get from associations are the ones they choose to make public, a whole lot is hidden from public consumption. If you work in an organization that serves the public, you will understand this point properly. The coach might have had some disagreements with the managements of the club, or he wishes to change environment, maybe he has gotten a better offer somewhere else. Only time will tell.

Convincing him to stay back at the club is rather possibly going to affect the club because his mind is made up for him to proclaim it publicly and keeping him against his decisions might lead to less commitment from him as his interest has weaned. Klopp is a good coach, but nobody is irreplaceable. The club might have a hard time adapting to a new coach just like Napoli of this season, but with time, they will be alright and who knows, they might get someone better than him.

I think that the greatest problem arsenal coach has is one style of play, they play the same pattern against everybody, and when that patten is not converting the results they need, there isn't another tactics left in his book to introduce.  I have observed this a lot of time. their said inconsistency is just a testimony to the fact that most teams have learned their pattern of play and are able to weaken their strongholds. and when that happens, they struggle as there i no more creativity left, their coach needs to learn and have backup plans and playing strateges in the event of emmergencies

That's the exact thing I was telling someone a few days back that this arsenal team lack the consistency to take the title fight down to the wire, just take a look at this 3 team, arsenal look the weakest among them all.
Am take a look at what has unfold throughout the season, due to their lack of consistency, they have been chasing unlike last year that they led they chart for a very lengthy period of time, I just don't think this arsenal team have all it takes to fight their way and take this title away from both of this team

Every team definitely wants to maintain their consistency every season and end up becoming Premier League champions. But I think, in the process there are bound to be unexpected obstacles and that it prevents anyone from getting a smooth road. So I think it's natural at this moment Liverpool is better than Arsenal, but as long as the season is still going on, that doesn't mean Liverpool won't face any problems and at the same time Arsenal or Man City again find their way to the top.

The chance of arsenal to take the trophy becomes even harder since manchester city has de bruyne back again to play in the main squad. It was also boosting the performance from manchester city. Arsenal was even bottling the trophy last season when it was leading the game and this time is kinda different for this club. Arsenal needs to make sure that i can go to the UCL next season. Manchester city and liverpool are the biggest obstacle for arsenal at this moment. It's caused by these clubs were even stronger than arsenal and they were also very strong.

This is making the situation very different compared to the last season when arsenal had manchester city as the only competitor to get the trophy. I was seeing arsenal has zero chance to get the trophy this season.
In my belief arsenal will be trophyless again this season. Im not even thinking arsenal to get at least a trophy this season. The same scenario is just repeating and again. Im not even sure this club can even closer to the manchester and liverpool at the end of season.

Liverpool's players gained more spirit caused by EPL trophy will be a very good gift for klopp before he will be out from the club.

Yes, it's just a possibility and rumor that many people are talking about in the media considering Xabi Alonso's name is increasing because of his success in bringing Leverkusen to the Bundseliga leader this season, so there really hasn't been any confirmation from both parties.
But if it is true that Liverpool want to hook Xabi as a coach, maybe they will compete with Real Madrid, we know that previously Real Madrid was also rumored to be looking for a new coach, one of the choices was Xabi Alonso, this interesting, because there is no coach who can be relied on and has a good vision to manage a big team, so is there competition for Xabi in the next season?.

Arsenal last season were very competitive in the English Premier League and had already convinced a lot of football fans across the globe that they were going to win the league title before their late decline in form which allowed Manchester City to overtake them but I don't think that we're going to experience such again this season because unlike Arsenal, Liverpool aren't known for inconsistency.

Liverpool manager yesterday announced his departure from the club and I know he'll definitely want to do that with one or two major trophies. His players are very much in love with the way he treats the entire squad and that's why they'll be giving their best in the remaining months of the season to make sure Klopp leaves with two or three trophies who I know the English Premier League will be their priority

Klopp respected his clubs and fans and he did the same at Dortmund. Announcing his goodbye in middle of season and leaving at the season ending. He did the same with Liverpool and in his press conference about this big decision, he said that he did it because he owned truth to Liverpool's board members and fans.

Xabi used to be an important player in Liverpool and the club can knock Xabi's door to bring him back to Liverpool with a new position, previously as a player and this time as a coach. Xabi actually grows up his coach career in Bayer Leverkusen very impressively so that big clubs around Europe are putting him on their radars.

Leverkusen with their financial and player resources will not be able to keep their best star players and coach at the club. It has been showing through a long history of Leverkusen so they actually are ready for Xabi's departure. It will be an happy ending for Leverkusen and Xabi's cooperation if they win at least one title in this season.
