Xabi is doing a good job at his present club, am quite impressed with his work so far. But to be honest I don't think he is ready to be at the top level of management. This is Liverpool we are talking about, the demand for this job is too much, it's not the same as that of Leverkusen. Xavi need to manage for at least one more season at Leverkusen before taking top job as that of Liverpool. Let it not be that it's just a one season wonder that he is enjoying presently. He need time to prove himself as a worthy successor of Klopp.
I'v always been uncomfortable when people always want Xabi to leave Leverkusen already because of his performance so far, he's really a good coach by his performance in Leverkusen so far but I don't think it's okay to leave Leverkusen already, he's still have to get some more experience with Leverkusen and if he's able to still maintain same results he's got for two seasons straight than I can say for sure he can be as top notch anywhere he goes but in the mean time it's very possible he might go out there and fail.

Liverpool may not be looking to get a deal with Leverkusen's boss Xabi because they are yet to make any formal statement in that regards and it doesn't seem like Xabi will do better at Liverpool because it's a totally different pattern at england.

Last season we saw Arsenal's lack of consistency towards the end. Until the end of the season, Arsenal was number one in the points table but they performed poorly in the last few matches and Manchester City took advantage of that opportunity and with a great performance at the end, Manchester City became the Premier League champions last season. This season, Liverpool is performing consistently in the Premier League and Manchester City's performance is quite good. In this case, I don't see much chance of Arsenal to be in the top two positions in the Premier League this season. Either Manchester City or Liverpool can win the title this season. However, from the position Liverpool are in now, if they perform well in the last few matches, Arsenal will also have some chances.
About Arsenal actually they starting this season with fantastic performance because at the beginning of league Arsenal can through an 10 matches with unbeatable status even at that time Arsenal can draw result from Tottenham and they also can beat Manchester City and Manchester United but since the match against Tottenham seems Arsenal has doing the same mistakes just like last season that they were unable to managed their consistency because so far they gets 4 loses and the latest is Arsenal suffering 2 defeated from mediocre teams West Ham and Fulham

Arsenal will fight against Nottingham Forest this Wednesday and based on the recent performance obviously Arsenal is much better compared to Nottingham Forest but i found interesting records for this match because while playing at their home Nottingham Forest can able to beat Arsenal twice so although Arsenal is the favourite but this is not easy match for them and recently Thomas Partey have return to training and Partey is expected to play for this match and if this news is true i think it will increase to the strength of Arsenal's midfield and 5 difference points with Liverpool is still possible to achieved but Arsenal should be more consistent and they shouldn't be slipped again especially for this match

We have the same view here, I also think that there is no manager worthy of handling Liverpool apart from Xabi Alonso and De Zerbi, both of whom have good reputations at the clubs they each manage (Xabi with Bayer Leverkusen and De Zerbi with Brighton ).

Then, if we narrow down these two candidates again, who do you think is more appropriate? For me, the choice should fall on De Zerbi and not without reason, we know De Zerbi handles Brighton which is a team in the PL, which means De Zerbi has more experience than Xabi Alonso.
Liverpool needs a coach that's competent to replace Jurgen Klop without having difficulties, there are more special moments with the current coach, it's good he made his intentions well known for the purpose of the board to keep their mind ready and scout for replacement. Roberto De Zerbi and Xabi Alonso have stand out to be the only potential replacement, atleast they will fill in his shoes, this will be a tremendous moment in football, we have to clear out some good ideas for the big problem at hand, Jurgen Klopp leaving doesn't seem like a wise decision to most of us but the coach knows what he's facing and he have think this thoroughly before putting through.
I don't know how this will sound but I will have to say it out. If the current coach of Liverpool Jurgen Klopp eventually leave Liverpool for another club or for a sabbatical leave as he has said, it will be difficult for any other coach no matter how experienced he is to keep up his standard. This was actually the reality that be fell Manchester United. When Sir Alex Ferguson left Manchester United, we really thought that there will be a good replacement for Alex Ferguson. But years past and seasons passed there has never been any coach that has gone close to the performance of Sir Alex Ferguson. This is because the standard set by Sir Alex Ferguson is high and every other coach might not be able to match that standard if they do not build trust and relationship with the players and the management of the club.

It is not all about who knows how to coach, if you are a good observer you will understand that Klopp is now a fatherly figure for the players in Liverpool. He understands the players and as well as the management. I do not expect both Alonso or the Brighton coach to immediately fit into Liverpool. It will take some times and they might eventually get sacked and a couple other coaches sacked before results will start coming.

It's a shame that a manager like Jurgen Klopp had to end his journey at Liverpool, even though he was the person who made Liverpool emerge from their dark ages. Whatever he chooses, of course it will not be an easy choice considering he has fond memories of Liverpool over the past few seasons.

Since the announcement, we have even heard rumors about Liverpool's future manager, there are 7 strong candidates who will handle it, including:

- Steven G
- Thomas Frank
- Xabi
- De Zerbi
- Nagelsmann
- Pep Lijnders
- Xavi

If this rumor becomes true in the future, which manager do you think is more suitable to manage Liverpool?
Steven Gerrard? Lol knock it off truly. Steven Gerrard is no fit to be the next manager of Liverpool. Remember how he flopped for Aston Villa? I won't recommend him for that job Jurgen Klopp has done lots for that club, they need a good replacement to continue his good works.

Xabi Alonso has been a good target but nothing yet to verify he'll move to his former club. De Zebri Roberto included, they're the both names on top of the list of managers who will replace Klopp!

Nagelsmann? That I cannot say! Xavi Hernandez? He has pressing matters to attend too for Barcelona.

I don't know if Xabi Alonso is a good replacement for Liverpool but am certain that kloop is indeed a good man to actually take such decision and he wouldn't do anything that wouldn't benefit the club. Bayern Leverkusen has changed a lot and the way they play is just different from most teams in the bundesLiga and if Xabi Alonso can simulate such performance in the Liverpool then I think the legacy of kloop will be retain in anfield and hopefully he can pave way for them to win another champions league like he did himself as a player of Liverpool.
It would be too early for Xabi Alonso to choose to move to another club that is bigger than the club he is currently managing. Klopp has given a good performance for Liverpool this season, he has the opportunity to lead Liverpool to win several trophies after successfully improving his team's performance. Liverpool management is certainly still very satisfied with Klopp performance, even though Xabi Alonso is no stranger to Liverpool, this does not mean that the club immediately appointed Alonso as head coach.

Xabi Alonso flying hours as a coach are still very limited, he has to stay at Leverkusen, which has proven capable of adapting to the philosophy he uses. Moving to another club does not necessarily mean that his career will be as brilliant as when he was at Leverkusen, many coaches fail when they move clubs, as happened to David Moyes when he was appointed coach of Manchester United.

If you look very well in this season, you will know that anything can still happen that will make Arsenal not to allow what happened last season that made them to took second position in the premier league competition happen this season despite their current position in the table, I believe they will surely over take Manchester city and Liverpool before the end of the season.

Manchester city will not have that chance they achieved last season to won the trophy because, they are still facing some problem in the area of injuries which it will take a long time before all those players will recover from the injuries and it will give either Liverpool or Arsenal the opportunity to lift this trophy this season.

There is a 5-point gap between Liverpool and Manchester City, Arsenal and Aston Villa at this moment and thus, if for example Liverpool get good results for the next few matches. Then ya, at least the good results that Liverpool have in each match will make it difficult for the three teams below to be able to take over the top position of the Premier League standings that Liverpool still have well until now. But yes, because considering some players are also injured then thus, it will certainly have an impact on their performance and make it difficult to maintain consistency.
Liverpool just need to continue to maintain their victory in every match to come. But I have doubts for the next 2 matches. Because the opponents that Liverpool will face in the next 2 matches are opponents that I think are quite difficult. Namely, next week Liverpool will face Chelsea. And the following week Liverpool will face Arsenal. I think these two matches might prevent Liverpool from getting maximum points. Chelsea may not be consistent but still they can sometimes be quite strong when facing strong teams. And it's possible that Chelsea will surprise Liverpool and hold Liverpool to a draw. Or maybe Arsenal will do it.

If Xavi Alonso agrees to replace Klopp, he will be a perfect replacement for him because of how he coaches and changes Bayern Leverkusen's mentality and style of play.

Klopp has yet to reveal the main reason why he quit his job at the end of the season, but he said that he will not accept any Premier League team's offer even if he and his family go hungry, and still said that he will not accept any offer from any team soon; perhaps he will take some time to relax with his family because he once stated that he wanted time for him and his family.

Jurgen Klopp will try his best to win any trophy he can this season because this season will probably be his last season as a coach in the Premier League; therefore, he will want to win the Premier League this season, which will make the league more competitive again because Arsenal and Manchester City are also willing to win the League.

We will never know Klopp's reasons, but whatever decision he takes, it is worth respecting because it is a big decision that Klopp has taken in his life.
Xabi Alonso is indeed quite good at the moment because he succeeded in making Leverkusen a strong team and I don't doubt that Xabi can continue his success if he replaces Klopp as Liverpool coach, but I'm a little doubtful whether Liverpool can get him because currently Xabi is the coach that many people are looking for. by top European teams.
Klopp is the third highest paid manager among entire managers, so it means Xabi can get paid with such big amount too if he join Liverpool. Xabi also ever played for Liverpool, so he must have a relationship with Liverpool's internal teams.

We need to see if Liverpool can become a champion in this season, if they become a champion, it's not gonna be easy for Xabi because he need to maintain the team stay at the first position.

Because the EPL hasn't started yet this week and I'm turning my attention to the FA Cup match, today there will be a match between Fulham vs Newcastle. These two teams are at the same level in terms of performance and neither is the favorite to win this match. Maybe in terms of depth, Newcastle's squad is still better, but they can't do anything with their current squad and continue to get bad results.

Even if Fulham wins, it will be enough proof that Newcastle are finished and they return to their original settings as a mediocre English team. Apart from that, if Newcastle wins, it will have a real impact on the next EPL match. Apart from all that, both teams definitely want to secure a place in the FA Cup quarterfinals.

I think maybe Liverpool should prepare some suitable candidates to replace Klopp at the end of the season which will end in a few months. so that several of the selected candidates could immediately fill the coaching vacancy when Klopp left Liverpool. BTW, talking about Klopp having made the choice to retire from the world of football and stop as Liverpool coach really surprised everyone, especially Liverpool supporters.
~

Klopp notified the club's management that he would leave at the end of the season back in November last year, so it is obvious that they are already looking for someone to replace him. And I don’t think that Klopp is going to end his career and leave football completely - otherwise why did he promise that he would never coach any other club in the Premier League except Liverpool? Such a promise means that at the moment he sees himself in football after some time. Maybe after a rest he will really switch to coaching work in some national team, there is less workload and this may be a calmer job for his temperament.

The football world was shocked when Jurgen Klopp announced his retirement after this season. I respect his choice to step down regardless of his current standing. It is not easy to persuade himself to keep overseeing Liverpool when there is no burning desire any longer. He made a ton of achievements most outstandingly winning the Champions League.

Klopp can feel much better now and relieved of the tensions. Along those lines, he can recover his energy and remain fixed on winning the English Premier. I anticipate a ton of great managers in the following season however, finding a replacement for Klopp is not easy.

It is true that there is still quite a lot of time for Liverpool management to find a replacement for Jürgen Klopp, but a team as big as Liverpool will become a topic of public discussion in world football and the rumors that are currently happening are quite normal and also Liverpool management must also be smart and quick in taking action for the coach. which they will aim for.

For the rumors with Steven Gerrard, I think it is almost impossible because Steven Gerrard is not a coach who already has outstanding achievements, quite the opposite.

Of all the candidates linked with Liverpool I think Xabi Alonso deserves a place at Liverpool especially now that Xabi Alonso has succeeded in making Leverkusen a strong club and able to compete in the Bundesliga and European League so it makes sense that Liverpool management would consider it. If Xabi Alonso really succeeds in giving Leverkusen the title then Liverpool will have a competitor to bring him in, it is clear that other clubs will be eyeing him, therefore Liverpool must move quickly to make an offer at least before this season ends.

I do like xabi and this guy has proven his worthiness by helping leverkusen to go up from the bottom. I do appreciate this caused by xabi has been starting with very limited resource. This is also making the situation even worst for liverpool coz klopp has been a part of so many golden moments of liverpool. Many of liverpool fans are disappointing his decision to leave from the club but the fans can do nothing about this. Klopp has been deciding what he wanted to do. There's no reason for people to prevent him from temporary retired being a coach for the football club.

Liverpool needs to find a new target to coach the club at the end of season. I prefer xabi to be the more preferred one to manage liverpool. He has been so amazing in the leverkusen. There's no need to questioning his performance to manage the club again.
Xabi is an extraordinary coach for the club. This is also my main reason to call that xabi as worthy coach for leverkusen. this makes the situation will better if xabi will able to show his willingness to be a liverpiool coach,

Xabi Alonso meets the criteria to help Liverpool compete fiercely in the Premier League and Europe if Klopp really decides he wants to leave, but the problem is that Xabi Alonso is unlikely to leave Leverkusen sooner. I once received that statement from Xabi which I read in the media, but people are too changeable and there is still a possibility that Xabi will accept Liverpool's proposal later.

Personally, I also like Xabi Alonso's coaching style with Leverkusen, but he still needs a lot of flying hours and experience to be able to compete closely in domestic and European competitions. It is not easy to become a coach who is truly able to maintain consistent team performance in the Premier League, this is clear because the competition between teams in the Premier League is not at all the same as the Bundesliga.

Liverpool will wait for a new Sport director to be appointed at their club before drafting their plan first. Later they will choose a new coach for the club but I really believe Liverpool will not appoint a new coach before a new sport director.

Klopp has worked for Liverpool nearly 10 years and he is a most senior coach with a club in Premier League if we compare his term length to all coaches since his appearance in Anfield. He has marked big philosophy in Anfield, helped them to win some big titles and ended some decades without a single title. His departure will create big changes in Anfield but it is life.

Lielverpool have to continue walking without Klopp and they have to do best to avoid collapse in performance after this season. Manchester United struggled in many years since a retirement of Sir. Alex Ferguson and Klopp potentially will cause some big issues for Liverpool future.

It is not easy to find a replacement for a new coach who can make Liverpool perform better, of course it will take a long time to adapt to the existing players because Klopp took quite a long time to make Liverpool as great as it is now, we see that many of the clubs were abandoned by the previous coach usually will play inconsistently, for example in the Italian league like Napoli who won the title last season since changing coaches they are not performing really well this season, I hope Liverpool find the right coach even though there are many rumors circulating and this is also hoped by all Liverpool supporters expects Xabi Alonso to replace Klopp.

Glad to see that manchester city was winning the game against totenham. There will be another interesting game between these clubs. Manchester city has been fully dominating the match against totenham even though it was playing away.
The good form of manchester city is back again. Glad to see that city took a win against totenham
Manchester City deserved to win this match, even without their mainstay striker, Haaland. Apart from that, this match was dominated by Manchester City from all aspects, in fact I would say it was lucky that Tottenham only conceded one goal considering that Manchester City fired 18 shots while Tottenham only fired 1 shot. All Tottenham did for 90 minutes in this match was defend while Manchester City really pressed and continued to pressure Tottenham, so Manchester City deserved to win.

Quote
while in another match chelsea has been so wasteful against aston villa. Pochettino once again did unbelievable thing by putting palmer as a striker.

It was the worst thing i have ever seen again from pochettino. I dunno what's the point of him to did it. Did he expect palmer to perform even better than before?
Yes, exactly. Actually, Chelsea's game in this match was very good, it's just that Pochettino experimented again by placing Palmer as striker and Alfie Gilchrist at left back. even though there are still Broja and chilwell. Come on, Pochettino, don't make frequent changes that don't produce good results, Alfie Gilchrist is a CB player while Palmer is a number 10 player.

Im only wondering when pochettino will be stop do did stupid experiment like that. It was only costing the club a lot. Some players were playing so garbage coz they were missed many chances. I can't even call that as a positive performance from chelsea.
Pochettino has made so many blunders that were costing the club a lot. The defensive line was a little big shaky toward the end. Im too annoyed about this game and im also feeling more disappointed like chelsea could got a victory in this game but its players were very wasteful.
Chelsea could get even one goal to get its victory over aston villa. It is important for me to mention that the defensive line of Chelsea has made remarkable progress, which holds promising prospects for the club moving forward. I do know why pochettino was always doing it.
he was not even trying to explain it during his interview. Im very disappointed with it right now. It is suggested that Chelsea should strive for better performance by minimizing the number of mistakes made.

I will not be surprised when everything still boiled down to  Manchester city still becoming champions of the premier league for three times straight. Manchester are very much consistent and stable than any of the of two teams you mentioned although Liverpool id a really tough nut to crack and I feel they are the only team that still pose a treat to the likes of Manchester city but still I believe city will come out victorious especially now that the midfield genius is back and ready to perform @ Kevin de byrune.
If Man City eventually wins the league it going to be four consecutive times thus another record broken because there is no any premier league club that had broken that record, though it's two early to predict the likely winner with 17 matches to go and Liverpool had become a strong contender now, though Arsenal had some bad results in the some of their previous matches but came back strongly against Crystal Palace by defeating them 5-0 if they are consistent with that performance then they can as well become a contender too, however premier league had become very competitive such that many underdog teams do create upset and the winner of the trophy might emerge in the last week of the league matches.
