Every team has the ability to beat each other, early in the season Manchester City lost some matches against much weaker opponents but Manchester City were put ahead on all counts before the start of the match. In English Premier League many times your prediction will not work if you have made correct prediction but the result on the field will prove you wrong. I remember last several years with promotion team Hull City success make surprise by standing on top fourth first half season but when second half season begin they have inconsistency performance and drop to lower standings position. For becoming Manchester City competition I disagree but have possibility for Aston Villa regarding their consistent performance finish on top fourth position.

Keep Arsenal and Liverpool are competitor teams for Manchester City in this season and withdrew with Tottenham Hotspur in the name competitor list after getting three loss consecutives matches.

I really do not think that Aston Villa is going to be a competitor for Manchester City. I think we have to remember that the season is not ending in three or four matches. The season still has a long way to go. And I don’t think Aston Villa is going to be able to continue performing well throughout the whole season. If They have a problem with injuries, it is going to be a disaster. I mean even without injuries, sometimes it is hard because it is English Premier League are talking about. Look at Tottenham. They were performing really well and now they are not among the top. There were at the first position, and now they are on the fifth.

I think that Arsenal was similar and they were hoping that Manchester City would start making mistakes themselves at some point, but they don't.

It's not only city. We have another club is going up again like liverpool. The competition will be far harder for arsenal caused by it's going to face some clubs at the same time.

Arsenal definitely improved a lot and we can see that in the game we saw so far from this team in both the Champions League and the Premier League because Arsenal had an amazing performance yesterday against Lens and they had a historical result against this team. Arsenal won the game with a 6-0 result and so far in the Champions League no team from the premier league could even score five goals in the first half also they are currently in the first place in the premier league which is good enough for Arteta and his players.

Arsenal was winning against lens. Lens is also performing so badly in the domestic league and UCL. It's not a strong point to call that as a strong club. Unless, arsenal was winning against real madrid or munich with 6 goals.
I will call that arsenal is stepping up. It's just lens and nothing more. You will be seeing different result when it faces a club like barcelona. I would not mention a strong club like real madrid which is 16 times UCL winner.

For me, arsenal has not yet proven itself to be a worthy club to win UCL. It was also lucky enough being placed in the weak group. I can imagine once arsenal placed in the hard group like group F.

Yeah, manchester city become the next opponent faced by spurs and the serious problem if it will be going to play at etihad stadium. Im sure that spurs will be repeating the same mistake in the previous match.
City was even stronger compared with aston villa. It will be so hard for totenham to win three points against it. Yo will be seeing totenham to lose another three points and it will be slowly going down to the middle place.

I feel that the match will be very interesting. You do know that totenham was always playing fully offensive, then city will also use the same strategy against spurs, probably another city vs chelsea? We will see that soon.

City is still at its best performance. The only problem was on its winger. Doku's movement is really easy to be predicted. Spurs will still miss some important players like maddison too. So, city has very small chance to beat manchester city away.
People known so well about how scary etihad stadium is right now. City may be scoring a lot against totenham.

It was an unexpected result for sure but, it was a game where I very much expected them to win which doesn’t really define them to be much improved at my end. I saw it to be them to have done just what I know they could do and needed to be done.

I hope to see such performance in the EPL but, they happen to be struggling right now. Lack of consistency and only came to a lucky win over the weekend with the K. Havertz’s goal. I never saw Arsenal that terrible but they where. If they have any hope of winning the EPL this season, they need go up there performance there and not the UCL as that is definitely not up for grabs with that squad.

Arsenal won the game with a 6-0 result and so far in the Champions League no team from the premier league could even score five goals in the first half also they are currently in the first place in the premier league which is good enough for Arteta and his players.

i believe that this game against Manchester City will be the final negative turning point for Tottenham. In their situation, nobody wants to play away from home against Manchester City and this would give them the fourth loss in a row, make them lose connection to the top and in a worst case scenario make them drop out of the top six, which is very likely unless Manchester United and Newcastle end the game with a draw. Many guys around here have been a bit too optimistic about Tottenham I think. I think they are a likable team, but they are not good enough to go all the way and stay at the top until the end of the season.
