Arteta made a mistake because he failed to calculate the optimal form of the team for the rest of the season. This season I didn't think Arsenal would be a contender for the title, but they are now top of the table and that means Arteta still hopes to fight for the title.

For me this season in the Premier League is looking very cool with Arsenal, City and Liverpool fighting for the championship and Aston Villa is ready to give this group worthy competition, for which Emery has special respect. For me, City is still the favorite, but I understand that any team from the top 4 can become champions.

They weren't at the beginning considering the performance from last season? Are you joking? They have such strong squad and reliable players and I don't think they are not a title contender. They have shown how consistent they are since last season and are still going strong so I think you are wrong here. For me, they have been since the beginning. I had bit of doubt in the middle with some loss of points in between but still they have been really going strong so far.

City are always favourite as they are king of being consistent in PL. They can easily cover the gap (if there is) by going on consistent and win matches for long run. They have a very good strong depth and a top manager which is why they always have been the favourites no matter what.

In terms of the Epl title race I think Liverpool might be the favourite for the trophy, they usually try to beat all odds to get a win or a draw which shows their determination is beyond every other team. Last season was a difficult one for Liverpool but I think they are back while Arsenal and man City shouldn't be seen as the only title favourite. In comparison of the three, for me Arsenal has always been inconsistent every so they will probably do the same this season and drop more points especially during ending of the season while at that point Man City and Liverpool are more likely to be the title contenders

So you believe that Liverpool will be a Premier League favourite this season? The only thing you will say here, and I may believe you, is that Liverpool are doing well, and they can be a challenge for both Manchester City and Arsenal, and both teams are also doing excellent. You cannot compare Liverpool's performance with Arsenal's. Manchester City's performance is incomparable too; however, Liverpool doesn’t have the ability to beat these two teams, in my opinion, and you can see Arsenal is doing well.

However, Manchester City and Arsenal are the ones topping the standings at the moment, so I think they won’t allow any other squad to come and take over the position. Arsenal will do everything they can to see them succeed. They realise their mistake from last season, when they started messing up when the season was about to end. I believe they won’t do that this season.

Liverpool are really doing well at the moment to battle for the title race among Manchester City and Arsenal, but that doesn’t mean that the other two teams can’t win the title too. Arsenal did messed up last season for given the trophy to Manchester City because of their carelessness towards the final matches of the league. What happened last season is a already a lesson for them, so I don’t think they will do the same this season. At the moment, they still remain one of the favourites among the three teams that are potential league winners. With time as the league approaches the end of the season, it will become more clearer to know the team that can win the title race.
I can't say for sure if arsenal won't commit same mistakes because this season heat for the title is really tense and I doubt of the two teams that Liverpool or Manchester city can flow at the heat of the race and if any of these teams to even flop it will be arsenal not because they did so but I think they are not as mentally stable as the other two teams in the competition.

I am literally not a football lover but I can say that a "Just Fan_ of Chelsea football which I am not detailed about. I just wish them winning at all matches 🤣.
I even barely bets on football sports gamblings but if I do, it is always that mental feelings of "No hope" and "Try your luck" because I am best believed that betting on football without its skillful knowledges is just one of the chance-based gambling scheme.

EPL clubs are having one of the best moments this season, winning is very important and there's no concerning deal for the Reds to give if they don't qualify for the UEFA Champions League spot this season. Consistency now becomes the regular routine for the Reds, they're not holding back and keep pressing forward to achieve good targets this season. Liverpool have amend their errors and are back on track, winning becomes an option for them. Jurgen Klopp has envisioned the possibility of the club winning major titles this season.
I wonder, is it possible that this season will be Liverpool's? The reason is that they are a team that is ready to enliven the EPL title race and they can prove this by occupying 3rd place in the current standings. Of course, this is quite different if we compare it with last season, which experienced endless difficulties which ultimately resulted in them only getting a place in the European league.

On the other hand, with the depth of their current squad, they will certainly be able to produce a positive trend in each match. Jurgen Kloop deserves to be trusted as Liverpool coach for many seasons and his intuition is still not dull enough to be able to bring Liverpool to fiercer competition.

Liverpool no doubts have a good chance at this point to win the league title by the end of the season but then their performance in recent time's if they maintain such pase, in the nearest future they may most likely not be in a good position to win the title this season.

But then I think Manchester city and Arsenal in their present form are in better position as they are currently in their best form and are racing for the top of the table, but amongst them all, Manchester city is more consistent than Liverpool and arsenal and if Manchester city continues with their consistency and their recent form and performance, they are very likely to retain the league title again by the end of this season.

You are right, Arsenal has 1 point less after 13 games and 1 goal better difference than last season after 13 games. Does that really mean anything? In my opinion it doesn't. They also have the strongest defense so far, which they did not last season although it was still great.

I also don't think it means anything especially considering 25 more rounds to play before the end of the season. A lot can change in those 25 rounds and it is right now important for the team plan things properly in order to maintain their consistency. Race has just completed 1/3rd of the distance and there is more to go but with proper planning everything can be achieved.

I think we are going to see a close race between Arsenal, City and Liverpool. I don't think Aston Villa can go at this level for a long time.

That's the main challenge for them. Aston Villa are an average team and so far they have been spectacular or say out of ordinary. So the main questions arises for how long they can stay consistent. They had a good start but can they continue it for long time. Depth and quality of squad determines how far they will go and till now they have shown their quality. If things go like this Aston Villa are gonna make a surprise finish at the table by the end.

Of a truth with the force that Liverpool is coming with they may surprise people this season because already they have a nice squad but there problem sometimes is also inconsistency, like this club and Atletico Madrid in Spain almost align with their play pattern because these both clubs normally plays good football in their various division but finds it difficult to win the trophy. Liverpool performance this season is awesome as it can be clearly noticed in their match with Manchester city because for them to earn a draw in that match means that they've actually built a solid team so I tip them to be a major title contenders this season as they are doing well both in the EPL and the Europa league.

Man City is so strong... their dominance in the PL since 2018 has been incredibly good. I've always thought that the Man City squad has been consistently robust since then. Liverpool and Arsenal should be some big obstacles for Man City to keep the league interesting to watch. I'm not a big fan of Man City, but I often win bets when choosing them as the winner. And it seems that in this season, Man City's dominance needs to be stopped. Yes, just to make the competition more exciting me to watch them, we need a different winner than Man City. Being too dominant is also disliked by some people, right?
Of course, Manchester City have dominated the Premier League title so far and they have made previously dominant teams patient for a little longer. Many people don't like that Manchester City can dominate the Premier League title for longer, but I believe that is something that comes from a former team that has dominated the Premier League before. Manchester City needs to increase its fan base by maintaining its good performance and dominance, but I also agree that they should not always be on a smooth road without any obstacles.

Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester United, Tottenham, Newcastle and several other teams are clear obstacles for Manchester City. This team could steal points from Manchester City and make their title plans a bit disrupted, but as others have said Manchester City have the experience and good mentality to manage the pressure. Pep Guardiola is a genius coach and he has good experience on how to maintain the stability of the team's performance each season.

Arsenal have not been able to achieve stability for years. If I were an Arsenal fan I would be very upset about this. Maybe they will be more consistent with Arteta this season. To become champions, they must go out on the field with all their strength and not lose points, especially in big matches. They should be better towards the end of the league and not have big problems like last year. If this happens, maybe they can become champions again after a long time.

I think Manchester United's job is going to be way more difficult today. It isn't the same as playing against Everton that are dealing with huge problems this season. Galatasaray are going to be a much more serious threat to the Red Devils honestly. We must have all seen what happened previously in Old Trafford. I was also among the people who didn't expect the Red Devils to lose but it was really surprising at the end.

I thought Galatasaray would play more cautiously. But the manager Okan Buruk likes to tell his players to perform fearlessly against bigger teams as well. We saw it against Bayern Munich too. Therefore I don't feel like Manchester United will be able to get 3 points today.
If they lose this match, they will lose their chances of qualifying for the Round of 16. Galatasaray must be well aware of the target that Mamchester United will be aiming for. Both teams are in a very difficult situation, but it is to Galatasaray's advantage that they will now be the hosts. With a win in the first meeting, they will be much more confident.
I wonder what Erik Ten Hag will do in this situation, as this is a match that will determine their Champions League journey this season. There is only one option for them, which is to win.
They were actually doing well first by getting two big advantages during the game like 2-0 and 3-1. Galatasaray showed a really inadequate level of performance in the meantime. However the Red Devils still couldn't maintain their advantage and couldn't prevent a 3-3 draw at the end. Onana's contribution was also not low in this either.

Because Onana made mistakes again against Galatasaray which helped them stay in the game. We watched really amazing goals in the game and it was another unforgettable game as well. From now on Manchester United have no other choice than winning against Bayern Munich to make it to last 16 round.
I feel like the situation is quite tricky for all three teams. Now we are going to see United play against Bayern, and they have to win that game no matter what or they are going to be the last team, it's not even a question, they can't even get a draw, if they get a draw then they are out, not even europa for them they are fourth place and going back to home.

However, if they could manage to get a win, then they could still talk about something, it is going to be pretty decent for them, Copenhag may win, and then United ends up at europa, galatasaray gone, and if Galatasaray wins then United goes to europa and copenhag is gone, if they get a tie then I am not sure which one goes down but it's basically United going somewhere. Technically speaking United could even continue, how ? If United wins they are 7 points, if Copenhag and Gasalataray ends up getting a tie that means we are talking about each 6 points, and Galatasaray gone I think? Tough group for sure.

That is quite a bold prediction to make, but yes Liverpool have started the season strongly, even though i actually think too many people didn't give them a chance because of how bad they were last season, but they are back in the picture this time around and are definite title contenders. Anyway i'd not go as far as calling them the favorites for the title, i think City are clearly the favorites again, despite the fact that they have won the last three in a row, they can still add another one to it and make it four in a row, effectively turning the EPL into a farmer's league.

This season's Premier League is more interesting than last season because Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester City look like they will be desperate to win the title. This is a season that will be very challenging for Pep Guardiola because it looks like he has plans to defend his 4th Premier League title in 4 consecutive seasons. Arsenal and Liverpool can be obstacles, but I think Manchester City is a team that can handle the pressure.

Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham are other teams that can compete with Manchester City for the first place in the English league, but Manchester City is so solid and such a favorite that these teams need to do better every week without making mistakes if they want to compete with Manchester City. Arteta wants something that did not happen last year this season.

Arsenal, which has not been a champion for a long time, is fighting head to head with City again this season. Currently, Arsenal is first in the league with a one point difference.
Well they were building the squad and actually last season their target wasn't to win but to be in top 4 but still they did very good if you ask me in last season. I am glad that they managed to qualify for CL and I am happy with the results from last season. I think this season is a new challenge dealing with CL and PL games simultaneously. So far they are doing good job in CL and in PL also they are going strong but I feel that they have the calibre to go more strong. If they perform with more consistency I think they will be able to grow their difference on the table and this will be a huge advantage near the season end.

Arsenal can be said to be still the same as last season, especially in the Premier League. I don't think Arsenal's performance has dropped in the Premier League even though they are actually not as good as last season, but it can be said that they are stable even though they need improvement.

But your post is a great example for some slight exaggerations because saying that they are "not as good as last season" is actually meaningless when you do the cross check with the data from last season. I think we are going to see a close race between Arsenal, City and Liverpool. I don't think Aston Villa can go at this level for a long time.

The next 2 matches for Arsenal are actually quite easy, it's just that they will still be tested by Aston Villa, Brighton and Liverpool in December, which will definitely be very difficult to do.
Their chances of being able to stay at the top for a few weeks are actually still very big now, it's just that with a fairly busy schedule in December with quite tough opponents, this could be very difficult for them.
Currently their point are still very narrow because the distance between Arsenal and Aston Villa who are in 4th position is only 2 points. So in the next match if they lose even once
there will definitely be several clubs like Liverpool and Manchester City who will take advantage. that matter. But this also applies to the other 3 clubs because in the end currently the EPL is still very tight and still very difficult to predict.

Before Arsenal will be tested by Aston Villa, Unai Emery's squad will be tested first in the Manchester City match. which means, before they fight with Arsenal, Unai Emery will mobilize the strength of his team's squad to balance against the team that can be said to be the strongest team in the Premier League. losing in that match could have lowered their ranking to where they should be. Plus, after that Aston Villa must prepare to host Arsenal who are much more focused after securing their position in the Champions League. Apart from that, Aston Villa will have other tough matches, even though their opponents are not as strong as City or Arsenal.

On Arsenal's side, according to my version, their tough match came after the group phase against PSV. Arteta's squad will host a match against Brigthon, which often provides a surprise for any big team. after that, the match against Liverpool at Anfield, Liverpool's headquarters. If Arsenal were able to win every match, including against Liverpool. Thus, this team will have at least a point difference with Liverpool.

Meanwhile, City, if Pep focuses on making his team consistent, they have a chance to win match after match in this competition. And what's certain is that we'll just have to wait and see, after all, match after match hasn't been held yet. So far, we have only speculated from our own points of view. including me, as an Arsenal supporter.

Arsenal haven't won a title in the Premier League for too long and I'm not sure if they still remember that. Not only Arsenal, Manchester United is also the same, although I admit that these two teams both fight to win the title in different seasons. So far only Manchester City are always more likely to win the title, they have held the title three times in a row and will probably defend it again this season.

Yeah City have always been the title favourites but over the years other teams like Arsenal have also emerged as a tough contender for the title. United still lack that edge yet and Spurs also are growing that form so I think after a few years we will be watching more competititve PL. United will take time to be a title contender again and it is doubtful if they will be soon. It all depends on how clubs develops and manages their squad for the future and how they build their atmosphere inside the club. Right now what Arsenal is doing is the right way to prepare a squad for a good future.
