Newcastle are suppose to be the ones leading this encounter but it seems they're never serious until things start getting bad for them. Having all the ball possession in this game but could not show that hunger to get a goal, I wonder why they become very much stronger to beat when it comes to the bigger teams but if they're playing a team that's of the same level with them you'd see them playing rubbish. Since West Ham are leading I can't say they are going to continue with the strength they used in the first half because we know how poor they are in maintaining a lead and Newcastle will come all out to get an equalizer and even win the game but let's see if the visitors can surprise us by defending properly.
Newcastle disappointed fans with their results against West Ham, I didn't expect the match to go West Ham's way, but they played defensively better to secure the three points in the away game. Many individuals will lose their bets from yesterday since they expected Newcastle to win. I do not think Newcastle dominated the match more than West Ham because they only had two shots on goal, while West Ham had six, two were converted into goals. Newcastle is now ranked tenth in the league, and it will be very difficult for them to make it to the top of the table.
Nothing strange because Haaland has no one who can feed him. I know De bruyne was just coming back to the squad last game, and he needs several matches to get his confidence. That's why he was unable to feed haaland caused by he's not at his good condition after he recovered from his injury.
Haaland needs someone who can always send the ball to him, but he lacks of endurance to leave opponent's CB. It's something he must fix it to continue his fury.
Since Moh Salah and Haaland don't play the same position, we can't even compare them. Salah is a left winger, whereas Haaland is a striker. In compared to Moh Salah, who had to struggle to get the ball from the back to score, Haaland was unable to score in their previous matches because he lacked a midfielder who could help him as you mentioned. Despite his recent bad luck, I do not doubt that Haaland will overtake Salah before the season ends since he is still young and De Bruyne is back to help him with a lot of goals.
