It is common for a coach to bring his own staff when joining a new club, Ruud van Nistelrooy could work with Ten Hag again at the new club later. I think almost all managers would do the same, there is nothing surprising in this. But Manchester United fans should thank Ruud van Nistelrooy, because he managed to boost the team performance even though his period was relatively short.

I had read that several English clubs were interested in using Nistelrooy's services, besides that several other League clubs were also rumored to be interested in using the services of one of Manchester United's legends. Whether it's true or not, we'll see later. What is certain is that Ruben Amorim did not retain Nistelrooy in his ranks. Likewise with Nistelrooy, it seems that he also prefers to wait for an offer to come and work for another club after United's management appointed Amorim.

Ruben Amorim and his staff have been effectively managing Manchester United since November 11, and will make his first debut after the international break against Ipswich Town. Ruben Amorim first three games with Manchester United were relatively easy, it was a good momentum to gain the fans trust and start a new era. We need to be patient to see what will happen in the first three matches first.

Well, this will certainly be highly anticipated at least by The Red Devil supporters. Amorim's first match handling United was away to Ipswich Town's headquarters, it should be said that it is not a strong opposing team for United and Amorim. So full points should be Manchester United's target after the international break, at the same time we will see Amorim's debut handling United will be presented.

When one of the most important players in the team gets injured or leaves the team, there is a void and the bench player does not fill the void. Manchester City understand their problems but they don't have enough options to turn those weaknesses into strengths. Manchester City may have accepted that this is how they have to perform this season as there is no chance of signing any new players until the transfer window opens. Manchester City players need to boost their confidence and try to do better with their current team. If Manchester City play like they are the best team in the English Premier League and if they perform a little better they can go back to the top of the points table but their performance will be much better.
What  do you mean is rodri?
If so, indeed the loss of Rodri has a lot of influence on their performance, if they lose KDB, Manchester City only lose creativity in their attacking line but when Rodri is absent we see that there is no longer a balance in the Manchester City squad both in their attack and defense, actually they have several players who can be options to cover up the loss of Rodri,  But indeed Guardiola dependence on Rodri so far has made it difficult for the reserve player to replace Rodri considering their very minimal playing hours, I think Manchester City are currently being punished after they were absent from the transfer market last summer with what is happening now.

I get that, but when we are discussing Manchester City, they should never depend on one or two injuries in a way that destroys the whole season if that happens. Yes it can happen and if Messi was to get injured back when he played for Barcelona, it literally meant that the game is going to be completely different. But they should still be able to compensate for these incidents on a level that the season is still not that much at risk. It does change the trajectory of a season, but it shouldn't to the extent that it is game over as soon as an important player misses a lot of games.

Manchester City is a team that relies on teamwork so far, but sometimes the loss or injury of a player can actually ruin their game scheme, especially if the injured player has a vital role in the squad so far.

No one can successfully say the history of Manchester City by not involving Pep Guardiola at the center of the history. Pep Guardiola has done more than enough for Manchester City, and I do think that he made some kind of mistake in my opinion. Having one day English Premier League back to back to back and I already won the Champions League with Manchester City, it was so obvious that Guardiola needed to step aside when the ovation was still high. It was not actually necessary that he should stay longer in the club, no matter their love for the club there will be a time that people will discover your tactics. It would have been better he left Manchester City, and maybe Manchester City goes for another coach who cannot keep the standard and later he'll be recalled today club. Things might not go the way of Pep this time around.

It is not possible to write the history of Manchester City correctly without Pep Guardiola. Because Guardiola is a very important part of Manchester City's history. Manchester City was a mediocre squad. Guardiola transformed Manchester City into a strong squad. And now Manchester City is one of the best clubs in the world.

In the 2016-17 season, Guardiola was probably given the responsibility of coach by Manchester City management. City won two titles in a row in the 2017-28 and 2018-19 seasons. And probably the 2019-20 title was won by Liverpool. And the next three titles were won by Manchester City. And there is no doubt that this was possible due to Guardiola's hard work and excellent match strategy. City fans and Manchester City management will definitely be grateful to Guardiola for this.

Manchester United asked Van Nistelrooy to be an interim for a few games. It's until they were finalized a deal for a new coach, Amorim. He has a contract with United just for 4 games, then he stepped down as an interim because his contract ended.

There's no need to fire him because how long he coached the club has been mentioned on his contract.

It seems like it's unfair because he managed to bring about change with Man United.  This condition does not need to be a big problem, Nistelrooy has understood this situation. He has understood the situation at hand and it is a risk. Nistelrooy has shown that he is a coach who has good potential. So there will be a lot of opportunities that come for him because he is a modern football coach. Actually, I can't wait for Amorim's debut with Man United. I hope his arrival brings better changes than Nistelrooy and Ten Hag.

Yes, Nistelrooy, who is the temporary coach, has carried out his duties well and of course he has given Manchester United fans sweet memories and of course for me the way he trains the Manchester United players is really impressive. Now Nistelrooy has finished his duties and of course I am also sure that his career will one day be better.

Yes of course now we just need to focus and see how Amorim will carry out his duties at Manchester United, at Sporting CP Amorim is very good at training his players and of course I hope Amorim can make the attack and defense as good as Sporting CP. but of course we will see how he trains his men and of course whether the Manchester United players will be able to adapt quickly to him or not. But yes, I also hope that Amorim can make Manchester United's strength better exceed when coached by Ten Hag and Nistelrooy.

But if, for example, Amorim doesn't improve Manchester United's performance, of course Manchester United fans will be sad and will remember Nistelrooy. Yes, of course Amorim's task is very difficult. I can only hope that Amorim can be more successful in his career with Manchester United.

That is indeed common and I think they made the right choice. The Primeira Liga is of course not the best in the world, but he has still been competing with teams like Porto and he won several titles despite being very young. For many people this might look like exchanging one young coach (van Nistelrooy) for another young coach (Amorim), but checking his history, there is some considerable success. The Premier League is a different calibre and he will quickly find out, but he was doing a great job for Sporting.

Though looking at the facts, €10 million isn't that much to buy out a coach in the middle of the season while the team, Sporting, has a perfect record of 33/33 points and 39:5 goals... I mean this is quite a good deal still as €10 million is close to nothing these days. Bayern Munich paid €25 million for Nagelsmann back in the days and that was not in the middle of the season.

Manchester City won 8 Premier League titles and 6 titles come from Pep Guardiola era in their club. He has massive contributions for the club and has a very important part in the club Hall of Fame, no doubt about Pep Guardiola's position in Manchester City in the present and in history.

They just got some very bad matches but it's too early to predict that they will fall down more, which I really doubt to happen. They are strong and can recover from the crisis and they might lose Premier League title to Liverpool but a position in top four can be enough for Pep Guardiola to maintain his coach position. I think a worst position for Manchester City in this season can be 2nd or 3rd, not lower.

Their main focus will continue to be Champions League as Pep Guardiola knows that his player generation he built for Manchester City 7 years ago, is coming to downside of their career, and this season can be a last chance for them to win one more Champions League title together.

Underestimate- nothing
Pep Guardiola is the greatest manager in Manchester City history and also one of the greats in Premier League history. Pep Guardiola is right next to Sir Alex Ferguson if not greater. Pep’s impact on how modern football is played cannot be underestimated. I would like to see Pep renew his contract at Manchester City and break even more records with this team. Whatever decision he takes, his legacy at Etihad will remain forever.

We all know that truly that Pep is a good and respectable coach and he as given him self a good name and which the amount of trophies he as won and even if pep wants to leave a particular club their will be a lot of clubs that will want to go for him with even a very cost because of his performance and how he as done everything possible just for them to be at the top and for some time now this is like the only period that have seen Manchester city this way because they are always at the top and eve of they don't win all the leagues they must at least be able to win a particular trophy.

And even when it comes to selection and the transfer window their is no one better than Pep in that aspect look at when he brought haaland in their was to much goals and that is why till today even if their is no win this season pep have made name already and this is somthing that a lot of coaches lack so their is nothing that can be don to have the kind of talent that the man have so it's more of talent than job we hope to see better them next time even arsenal then the premier league will be interesting.

No one is going to talk about the achievements of Manchester City football club without talking about their coach Pep Guardiola because he has been the brain behind the success of the team. Pep is one of the greatest managers in the English Premier League after Sir Alex Ferguson and his works and how he understands the players in his team makes him very unique that is the more reason why the management of Manchester City should think of keeping him in the team and not do anything to make him not to renew his contract with the team because it will affect the performance of the team if he leaves now.
The EPL is not common or farmer's league because it inculcate tough performance from elite and average clubs. There's some mediocre clubs in the league but they don't also  always setting out top standards for major goals. Pep Guardiola is the master planner behind the amazing success of the club. He's watching out for outstanding performance for Manchester City, he's only ambitious to persuade big winnings and achieving his top priorities. The Citizens are experiencing poor form this season, does that send a message? I don't think so because the elite club we're all acquainted with will definitely bounce back to its original form.

I don't see anything unfair here. He was clearly given a role of caretaker which means he is to manage the club until a permanent coach is found which the club did after a month or less and they made the announcement. It Ruud has failed to win some matches, I'm not sure we will be having this conversation but the team were encouraged to step up their is why we are seeing him as a good coach but whatever he has done, Amorim can do better with time.

The only thing I don't understand is the assistant coach Amorim has taken serious to take along with him to Manchester United, more like securing the bag for another person which is good but where there is going to be problem is if he doesn't win his first 3 games, the hate that will be coming from the fans is going to be worse than that of Ten Hag and Ruud performance will be use to judge him anytime he failed to win any match.

I don't agree when someone calls the Premier League a farmers' league just because Manchester City has won back-to-back titles. If this must be true, then this assumption should have existed when Manchester United and Liverpool or others dominated the Premier League with many titles. The Premier League is the most competitive league in my opinion, but Manchester City's performance during Pep Guardiola's coaching was really hard to stop and they are a team that continues to develop.

Chelsea, Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal are failed contenders, but that doesn't mean they have let Manchester City dominate without a fight. This failing club was simply unable to maintain its consistency until the end of the season, while Manchester City, with the depth of its squad and the great experience of its coach, managed to maximize its opportunities well. This season Manchester City is a bit down, but I can't decide yet if this is a bad season for them.

If I was also in Van Nistelrooy’s position, I would have moved on and not allow anything to keep me Bach when I know my worth and know what I can achieve while working as a boss rather than working under someone. I just hope he gets a good club soon and start his managerial role fully as an head coach. I see he has a lot of potentials which he can use to transform a team to become successful. If not that Amorim is already in the coaching frontline before him, they wouldn’t have gone for him and just permanent Van Nistelrooy which may even save cost for them. Amorim coming to Manchester United has been full with a lot of positivity and enthusiasm for them to do well in the remaining of the season, let’s see how well he can transform this team within the first few games he’ll be managing for them.
Nistelrooy is good, he was able to make something out of the United team that Ten Hag destroyed, so I give him credit for that. For the first time in a long while Manchester United played with confidence under the interim manager. I was even rooting for them to retain him until the end of the season at least to see if they'll extend his contract or not. I guess they had other plans to immediately install Amorim as the head coach going forward. He's a good coach though and I wish him a really good spell at Manchester United.

The Red Devils decision to make Amorim the new coach was the right move given his coaching ability, he has shown great ability at Sporting and many hope he can bring better and innovative tactical approaches and changes to Manchester United later, but the sacking of RVN is something controversial in my opinion after what he did as their interim manager,  RVN is a legend and he knows a lot about how to coach a team so manchester united should have considered giving him an assistant coaching position or become a youth team coach instead of sacking him, RVN was previously contracted as ten hag staff and actually he has a long-term contract with manchester united but I think the arrival of amorim has changed RVN fate at this time and made him unemployed Grin.
Sometimes it is not about who's brought in to manage the team that matters but the system that is being operated at the club could be a determining factor as to what later plays out, most of the coaches that Manchester United have hired in last 10 years have either succeeded somewhere else before they were hired at Manchester united but tend to underperform at Manchester United, so I think if they really want the new manager to succeed then they have to create a conducive atmosphere for him to operate and also ensure that the club's hierarchy doesn't interfere with the dressing room business.

Before starting work on Manchester United. Nistelrooy was working for PSV and maybe this means Nistelrooy is experienced enough to help Manchester United where he played therefor years. Even he had a good performance as the coach of Macnshter United when they were playing against Newcastle United and maybe that's a good sign to say Nistelrooy could help this team even more than Ten Hag
I think since Nistelrooy is familiar with the team the best they can do is to keep Nistelrooy for a longer time to help Amorim if Amorim agrees. Because Amorim is not familiar with the Premier League at all.
I was really surprised when Ruben Amorim beat Manchester City in the Champions League in the previous match and now he will come to the Premier League for Manchester United. Pep Guardiola will probably consider Amorim as one of the dangerous coaches, so the competition will only increase after he arrives.
Ruud van Nistelrooy will ultimately be considered the coach who had a positive impact on Manchester United's performance after Ten Hag was fired, but however we must remember that Ruud van Nistelrooy did not have many games so we cannot draw too far conclusions. He is good and has an impact on the team's morale and performance, while he has not been able to provide proof that Manchester United can be consistent throughout the season under him.

I think we should not make any quick assumptions. Just because the start with the new coach has been good does not mean the whole season is going to go so smoothly. It is good to see that Manchester United is finding their ways back. But that does not mean we are back in the Alex Ferguson era. Manchester United will have to make the best use of their players. I think they will be able to do that if the coach has a good relationship with the players. If the coach and the players have a combative nature against each other or towards each other, it is going to be a problem. I hope that does not happen. And I also hope that the situation is going to stay well.

Pep Guardiola contract has 6 months left, and Manchester City are trying to convince the manager to stay. So far, speculation about Pep Guardiola future continues to be discussed, and there has been no official news regarding his future steps. Manchester City will face a big challenge if they lose Pep Guardiola, it is difficult to find a replacement who is equal to him. A number of trophies that have been presented will make his name always remembered as a Legendary manager. Rumors are circulating that Pep Guardiola is linked with the Brazilian National Team, and becoming a National Team manager is certainly a new challenge in his managerial career. It is difficult to imagine Manchester City without Pep Guardiola, but I am optimistic that the manager will remain at the Etihad.

While I feel convinced that Pep will actually stay beyond this year is that he is that kind of manager that I think wouldn’t be leaving the club in terms of crisis, I can remember this same saga as to when Alex Ferguson wanted to retire at Manchester United and the season Before that they had a very poor season and city won their first league he stayed beyond that time and left when he won the league, i think Pep Guardiola is most likely to stay for at least a year too,

As for the Brazilian role I think Pep will cherish the opportunity of been a national team manager and most probably look forward to win the world as a manager as this would definitely make him the greatest manager of all Time should he pull off that feat. Do I see him as a manager for Brazil I don’t think so for now, I think his prefer destination will be his home country Spain but we can’t say for sure, or should Tuchel not get the results England wants wants they can actually get Pep who was even their most preferred choice

The rumour is Manchester City and Guardiola is under negotiation to talking about new contract and it says Guardiola is willing to extended his contract for at least 1 year but before he sign new contract Guardiola want Manchester City provides a guarantee that they will give their priority to hold Haaland and Rodri besides these players in January later Guardiola want to bought the players he wants such as Martin Zubimendi and Jamal Musiala and i think for Zubimendi it is very possible to gets because lately at the interview Zubimendi has been said that he was to thinking to leave Sociedad if there is good offer come to him but for Jamal Musiala i think this is hard because i am sure Bayern Munich will attempts to hold this player
