So far I have not found any news that says why Nistelrooy was fired other than because Amorim already has his own coaching staff. And I think it is reasonable because Nistelrooy will not get the same place because Amorim also has someone in Nistelrooy's position when he was with Ten Hag. Actually Nistelrooy has also said that he does not want to be a permanent coach. But the positive results that United got when Nistelrooy was a temporary caretaker could make some people have high expectations for Amorim. People will compare United's performance in the first few games. But I agree as @punk.zink said, a coach needs 1 or 2 seasons to create an ideal team. It is very difficult to get success in the first season.

Manchester United asked Van Nistelrooy to be an interim for a few games. It's until they were finalized a deal for a new coach, Amorim. He has a contract with United just for 4 games, then he stepped down as an interim because his contract ended.

There's no need to fire him because how long he coached the club has been mentioned on his contract.

I am sure Ruben Amorim understands what he has to do to start a new season in the Premier League with Man United, therefore he does not want to get involved with Man United's past because he might fix the players who suit his character and he also has his own coaching system, the players must show their best performance so that the coach can rely on them without having to replace some more players. I think Man United still has a good squad if it is honed well like Ruud can do after Ten Hag left the club.
What Ruben Amorim did was very appropriate because he certainly had analyzed the factors why Manchester United often failed to be consistent every season. Maybe some people will consider Amorim a little selfish for his decision not to involve Ruud van Nistelrooy and a number of staff, but if seen from the positive side Amorim has started a good decision and wants to maximize this opportunity purely under his system.
When Ruben Amorim make that decision I never thought of blaming him because he is not starting the coaching job, he has pass through many stages before he also joined Sporting and he knows how he did it with his team and that was also make Manchester United identity him to be best replacement, despite Ruud van Nistelrooy did very well by running unbeaten when he was Interim head coach but still I was not convinced because he was their when they couldn't find any consistency for a long time, base on his performance I still don't want him to work with Ruben Amorim because I strongly believe he may wish to share to tips which maybe will not be part of Ruben Amorim. Ruben Amorim left the sporting with a great honour and I think he will bring more light to Manchester United, he is starting is training session today maybe after that he will talk on some players whether to work with them or not.

I also think that what Ruben Amorim did was not wrong at all because apart from wanting to maximize the performance of the Manchester United team itself purely through his own guidance, he probably did not want to be considered as someone who still depended on the old coaching staff when he coached the Manchester United team. So what he decided was actually the result of his own thinking because he had more confidence to make better changes with his own staff at Manchester United.
Manchester United no longer in ruins this season, they're getting better, their position on the EPL table is temporary and it would be progressive as time goes on. The former Sporting CP headcoach, Amorim is been appointed the current manager for the Red Devils, he's here to filled in the vacant shoes of the former Manchester United coach, Erik Ten Hag. Manchester United new coach, Ruben Amorim getting all stage hype already in his arrival at Old Trafford. This is weigh too much for the new coach because there are restraining factors that would pin him down when he faces fierce oppositions. We're not talking about only elite rivals but average clubs will exert tough displays. Amorim made his reasons known when he subjected to utilizing his own staffs and turning down Ruud van Nistelrooy management, everyone incharge gets to make decision.

The English Premier League is widely regarded as the most competitive league in the world. And Manchester United’s reason to appoint Ruben Amorim as the new head coach is not solely because of this remarkable success at Sporting CP but also a strategic move to elevate Manchester united standard of play. After a difficult period under Erik ten hag, Amorim’s appointment as the the new manager for United represent a fresh start and renewed commitment in restoring the club's legacy.
This are all speculative expectations, I remember when Erick Ten Hag was first appointed this was the same very similar expectations on him and for the benefits of doubt, in his first season, he was able to get Manchester a bit above where he met them, that alone built so much confidence in him by the fans and management until his second season and the third where he got fired, Amorim has been known to be a very good coach as his records already speaks for him but here's a very different league form that which he's used to a d then the competition here is usually regarded as one of the highest in the world for which I believe should be on a different level from what he has experienced before coming to old Trafford, I will keep an open mind to him and allow him some time to prove himself.

The absence of Rodri, Stones, and Diaz from the squad of Manchester City is affecting the formation of the team because it's just like the center-back and defensive midfielder of Manchester City which the three mentioned players occupy is empty, no right player of Manchester City has been up to fill in the vacuum in the team, which the three injured players have occupied for so long, which is now affecting the team formation from gaining three points easily in Manchester City matches in Premier League and Champions League.
They lost these players by injuries and they can think it's very unlucky but they can not blame it all on luck factor. They have a lot of money spent for player transfers and they must have better ability to avoid player injury crisis than other clubs. When things are good, people say Manchester City can win Premier League with two different squads but now they are struggling when not all one squad were injured. It's different from theory to reality and Manchester City will have to move on and keep fighting with competitors with not a best squad.

However, I am sure if Stones and Diaz can return to pitch by December, I am sure they will fill in the gap of Rodri, who will stay out of the season because of injury. By then, Manchester City's defense line will be strong, and not easily broken by their opponent.

But it is still Manchester City and I think it is quite usual that you can't fill one to one a gap that one of the best players in the world leaves behind due to times of being injured, but Manchester City can still replace players at a very high level. It is not like they are sending an amateur to fill the gap. They are still high profile players, but maybe not as good as the primary choice, but this is more or less standard for any team. You can never have two equally good world stars for the same position because they wouldn't accept to be sitting on the bench. Manchester City should be able to compensate for the loss in quality regardless and still remain sufficiently competitive to take on the challenge they are facing now.

Well, defeat is a defeat regardless of which competition it occurs. Although,I don't have to blame Pep or the players for what Manchester city is passing through now. We all know the reason and cause for their recent abysmal. Things were not like this when their squad is complete and opposite performance is expected when key players are absent from the squad. No matter the experience of the couch, there is absolutely nothing to do when a team is hit with injuries other than decline performance.

On the other hand, I do expect a lot from them in the UCL. Premier league is a home league and Manchester city have won the league as many times as possible. Moreover, they're simply the best team in English league now. Premier league is believed to be more competitive than any other league in Europe, so why not expecting Manchester city to do well in the UCL? They're better compared to other teams playing the UCL but the same injuries affecting them in the local league is dealing with them in other competitions.
Every team must have experienced that phase and what Manchester City is experiencing right now is normal, I think even last season they have experienced something like this, especially now with many of Manchester City's main players being injured, of course their performance has dropped drastically.

This season is still quite long, so Pep still has a lot of time to fix Manchester City's performance, from what happened last season I think Pep can also solve the problems this season.
Don't overestimate Manchester City's current decline in performance, it's normal and they are still favored to win the Premier League title and also the Champions League.
What..are you kidding me, how is it possible for City to win Champions League when no one knows when they will get back to their best form. I don't we feel that a team cannot face challenges that will make them lose out in the competition. I must put it up to you that the chance of City winning EPL this season is 50-50 with their current form. The chance of Liverpool winning EPL this season is higher to that of City, if I am to judge based on the two teams current form. I believe many clubs are now used to City strategy and City engine room is not complete without Rodri, who will not play till next season.
I know that a time like this will come when the team in the Premier League would master Manchester City's strategy, and that would affect them to give them a difficult heads-up for them to win matches they should have.

Arsenal is a big club and is stronger than Nottingham Forest. They have shown progress in recent seasons making them one of the title favourites in the EPL. Playing at Emirates gives Arsenal an additional advantage against Nottingham forest. Although Nottingham Forest have shown improvement this season and even managed to beat Liverpool in the past, but they still lack the depth and quality Arsenal possesses. However, Nottingham Forest cannot be underestimated, they have pulled up surprises against big teams before, Arsenal should not feel more relaxed and over confident coming into this match.

Home advantage should be the only reason why Arsenal should be given the win as without a home advantage, I would have said the game is either going to be a draw or nothingham forest was going to win. Arsenal and Nottingham forest are both on the same point. They've both lost the same amount of games and won the same. Nottingham forest has conceded less goals than arsenal therefore, they stand a chance of playing arsenal and coming out with a point. Arsenal are declining as they're no longer the Arsenal of two seasons ago while Nothingham forest is improving and they're now in the top 5 position on the table. Arsenal shouldn't underate them or they'll win.

Yes, statistically Arsenal is indeed stronger than Nottingham Forest. Plus Arsenal is playing at home which is a strong motivation for Arsenal to win this match. However, Nottingham Forest is not a team that can be underestimated this season, because they are very different from the previous season. Nottingham Forest is the only team that was able to beat the top of the standings Liverpool, and the defeat from Nottingham Forest was also the only defeat for the top of the standings in their journey this season. This is a surprise given by Nottingham Forest this season because they managed to beat Liverpool who played as the host. so it is not impossible for Nottingham Forest to beat Arsenal at Fitroond Land Emirates Stadium.

the high level of inconsistency is the major difference between arsenal and Manchester city side that has won the English premier league title in the past four seasons if am not mistaken, because the quality is also there in these arsenal team, but they are just too inconsistent to compete.

Just as you rightfully pointed out, they became inconsistent when it really matters, towards the end of the season when everyone is giving their best hoping to finish strong and win something, but in the case of arsenal, they will be inconsistent during that period, so as it stands now, if they really want to win the premier league now or in the future, they just have to start ranking up the winnings and be as consistent as much as possible, and be hoping that Liverpool will drop point along the line, because right now, they are actually in a tight Conner due to their inconsistency.
That is their problem, for 2 years in a row they were very close but lost, same happened with Liverpool in the past as well, they were decent but ended up with a bad move and not really a good return at all. We should require how to get better at this than what we are seeing at the moment. I believe that we are going to see a much better return with time, but that doesn't mean that we are not going to see this get a better return in the end.

Hopefully, we should be considering Liverpool to make a comeback this season, so far they are looking good and City has a lot of players that are injured so we could maybe see something changing, we could maybe see Liverpool finally getting that title again after so many years of City domination. In the end, Arsenal has to wait some more, they had some injuries this season and that means we are going to see them not have that much of a great return and could be considering the situation changing a bit more.

Ten Hag stayed in Manchester United for two years, that's a long time considering he didn't give any contribution to the team. I'm sure the fans will compare him with Nistelrooy because shit can happen, Nistelrooy only become a coach for 4 match, while Amorim might have more than 30+ match and I don't think he will able to make Manchester United to have undefeated record.

Amorim might recruit Gyokeres if Hojlund or Zirkzee can't score many goals.

What a non sense thing is this?  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

It doesn't even make sense to compare a manager who have been two seasons in the club to an interim with only 4 games. If there's someone who compare Ten Hag and RVN, i'm sure he must be so crazy!!!!!  Cheesy Grin

I knew RVN had the highest win rate of all past Manchester United managers. But, it's only 4 games. I am also aware some were praising RVN was far better than Ten Hag after he helped the club to bounce back. It feels like a comedy.

As for Hojlund and Zirkzee, i'd prefer to put those two for sale, then sign Gyokeres from Lisbon. That's gonna solve their attacking problem.

You’re right. It’s not fair to compare a manager who has been at a club for two season to an interm coach that just had four matches to his name. However, the interm coach has already shown a glimpse of his potential and how capable he can be when given the job in a permanent basis. His brief tenure has highlited his tactical ability to inspire the team which makes him a long term target. As for Erik ten Hag, most fans felt his tenure left Manchester United playing below their standards and his tactical ability been often questioned at the club.

Regarding Højlund and Zirkzee, I think they need more support and playing time to be able to fully unlock their potentials. The idea of signing Gyökeres is not a bad one as he could add depth and competition to the attacking line up. With Ruben Amorim currently in charge of the club, I believe he can maximize the the potentials of players like Højlund and Zirkzee.

Well it seems so. Because of course Ruben Amorim has his own way and he definitely wants to focus in his own way without having to involve others who could disturb his focus. Because not everyone can get along with each other. And I'm happy because Ruben Amorim seems like a firm person and yes, even though he is young, I think his potential as a talented coach has really been visible since now.

I just hope he's not a selfish coach. Because at Man United I think this club needs a coach who can really approach the players in a good way. Because we know Man United is full of talented players and the coach's job here is to enable these players to maximize their abilities and ensure everything can come together and create good chemistry. Ruud has set a pretty good example and I hope Amorim can set the same.

The only reason Man United management appointed Amorim to replace Ten Hag was because his performance with Sporting was very satisfactory, the same thing was also done by Man United when they brought in Ten Hag, at that time he was a successful coach with Ajax Amsterdam. It should be underlined that the EPL atmosphere is very different from other leagues, Amorim needs to adapt to the EPL hard and fast style of play. Now Amorim is carrying a big responsibility, he is expected to raise Man United status back to being a respected club like when Alex Ferguson was still in charge. I'm not sure he can do it anytime soon because the competition in the EPL is very competitive.

Nistelrooy said goodbye to Manchester United and he officially left this team. I think it was the wrong move from Manchester United to let Nistelrooy leave the team because he was having a good performance and even there is the chance for Manchester United to have a poor performance with Amorim. While Nistelrooy was not bad at all and after Ten Hag left the team, he tried to fill the pale of Ten Hag in the best way.
Nistelrooy posted a picture on social media and this way he said goodbye to the fans and the team.

To be honest, I personally also feel sad about losing Nistelrooy because he coached Manchester United well, but of course from the start Nistelrooy was only going to be a temporary coach, but of course in this case I don't blame Manchester United because Nistelrooy was only going to be a temporary coach.

but in my opinion it is fortunate that Manchester United chose Amorim because of course Amorim is no less great than Nistelrooy because Amorim is also a great coach in the Portuguese League. but what is certain is that we will not know how Amorim will be in the EPL because what is certain is that the EPL is different from the Portuguese League.

Yes, now we'll see what the results will be in the first match. Amorim made a strategy to win Manchester United against Ipswich, but I'm sure that Manchester United will win in that match because of course if you look at the squad, Manchester United is certainly better than Ipswich. What do you think about Manchester United's next match, will they win or not? How many goals do you think the score will result in?

For week 12 Arsenal will fight against Nottingham Forest and based on the current standing of both teams whether it Arsenal and Nottingham Forest has same points and last week Nottingham Forest has just ended their unbeated records because they lost from Newcastle and for Arsenal their recent performance also is not so different because Arsenal was unable to win in the last 3 matches in all competitions

On the paper and meeting records certainly Arsenal is much better than Nottingham Forest but i think they shouldn't be underestimate Nottingham Forest because sometimes if fight against strong team Nottingham Forest has strong motivation to win even they are the only team who can able to beat Liverpool this season so this match will be so tight and this is hard match for Arsenal

What @bering said is very true, if Arsenal is currently still a team that looks strong but Nottingham also has the opportunity to give a surprise. I don't think Arsenal will lose when playing against Nottingham, but Nottingham can hold the match to a draw.
We can see from the statistics the number of scores and goals conceded by both teams is almost the same and that means both teams have the same opportunity.
However, if in that match Nottingham can give a surprise, it will be very embarrassing.

Moreover, Amorim also respects his own team and tries not to betray them to give a place to the previous staff, I'm sure Ruud can understand it, the club must also respect Amorim's decision because if it is forced it will not be good for the club because working together also requires adaptation and chemistry.

Amorim needs time to get the current Manchester United squad to be prepared for the rest of the season. We shouldn't use the impact that Ruud got to expect same thing from Amorim. The players knew that their position weren't guaranteed with Ruud therefore they played very well to try and get more playing time but under the new permanent manager, after some players get it that they're part of the first team, they won't be overplaying again but to reserve their strength for other games therefore we mightn't be getting the same energy we use to get from them and it can affect the teams performance therefore it depends on how the manager handle the situation.
