You are right, Newcastle United  against Manchester City the champions of England and Europe Is going to be an interesting encounter between the two teams because last season Manchester City came from behind to snatch the league away from arsenal and Newcastle United also came from behind to overtake Tottenham Hotspur,Chelsea,Liverpool Manchester United were lucky to maintain a good performance if not Newcastle United would have finished ahead of them too last season. Now coming to this season they started off with a brilliant performance of 5:1 trashing of Aston Villa at home which is a good way to start the new season and if they finally succeed in beating Manchester City, they are not just going to be seen as the league contenders they will be seen as one of the favorite to win the league because they have good players to make it happen and they are hungry goal getters too.

Imo, I see Newcastle as a big team already because they have got some quality players who deserves to win trophy for the team and they have a better chance to bring the EPL back home this season should they keep performing well, hope they beat City to either top the league this weekend.

This is one of the matches I'm looking forward to even though Manchester City are definitely the clear favourites in this match but I hope there's something more Newcastle can show in this match.
The odds on offer are also quite attractive as 1.64 for Manchester City makes quite a difference to the odds of 5.00 given to Newcastle.
But on the other hand, I think for this match the chances of either club winning is likely to be slim and I will be on Manchester City in this match.

Obviously I'm expecting something interesting from Newcastle as they are one of the biggest hopes to break back the big 4 which sometimes in some seasons the club is still the same.

I don't think the 18-year-old Lewis is a good fit as DeBruyne's replacement. De Bruyne is an experienced player and is one of Manchester city's most important players. An inexperienced youngster cannot be taken into the squad as his replacement. However Guardiola is looking to prioritize youth in his squad. Because of this, in future the retirement of senior players should not have a big impact on the team. guardiola is making a long-term plan. I think he will succeed. He is giving opportunities to young players to play alongside experienced players in the squad. However, manchester city's performance will be a bit slower without De bruyne in the squad. He will sign a contract extension until 2026 and it will make Manchester City's midfield as safe as last season. Are you judging Chelsea draw with Liverpool as a bad start to the season, are you forgetting how horrible Chelsea was playing last season and didn't you watch the game to see that we balled Liverpool all through the match. We didn't just take our chances or the game could have easily gone our way but a draw for two top clubs is okay because atleast no body lost. The story will be different when we play a smaller team in week two game. Chelsea has all the opportunity to win the league so finishing top 4 is not what we should be concerned about this season as that's already happening but we need to put pressure on winning the league because not having time to prepare or a quality manager is no longer our problem as we had the preseason to prepare and we utilized it very well.

Manchester City team is expected to defeat Newcastle for sure. However, since KBD is injured, Manchester City's attack may be a bit weak. But I hope that Pep Guardiola will fix that place wisely.

Seeing how poorly City play against a weak Sevilla, I'm not at all sure that City can beat a strong Newcastle. Given that both City and Newcastle are good defensively, I'd rather bet on BTTS No than on the victory of one of the teams. It seems that the KDB injury could break City's plans for this season (the main thing is that the competitors do well).

Fine, Kovacic can fit in but can he do the job as KDB?
I haven't seen anybody on that Manchester City side that can fit in that KDB position. I recently said City don't depend on one player, that was when Riyad Mahrez was about to leave but I've come to see that whenever De Bruyne is not on the line up City seem to be like a team from relegation.

On paper, the Manchester City vs Sevilla match should be easily overcome by Pep Guardiola's squad. because after all, these two teams have quite a clear gap from various aspects. referring to the H2H meeting of these two teams, in 4 matches City always beat Sevilla with a big score. in fact I'm quite sure, if this fight will only take place in 2x45 minutes of normal time without extra time.
Referring to the predicted line-up for Manchester City, it seems that Pep will not play Bernardo Silva in this match. Pep seems to be implementing a 4-2-3-1 system. Halaand is a goalscoring machine, Phil Foden, Alvarez, Grealish, play behind Haaland. Kovacic and Rodri formed a duet as a pivot. the rest, defensive line players. now we go to the available odds, City with odds @1.41, Sevilla with @8.20 and a draw @4.30. theoretically, City will win this match even if Pep does not play Silva and Bruyne who have been hit by injury. I'm quite sure, this fight will not end in a draw and it is even more likely that City will win a landslide victory. at least, they can score 2 goals against Sevilla.

Referring to what you said, maybe the match against Sevilla can be an advantage for Newcastle. because, City will have a match against Sevilla in the next few hours. after this match, City will try Newcastle in the Premier League competition. IMO, City is a team that has been tested and proven how consistent they are and the depth of their players. I'm pretty sure, Newcastle will be defeated by City in the match later. although to be honest, I expected City to get a draw against Newcastle. thus, Arsenal must win their match against Crystal Palace. automatically, the position of the temporary standings will change.

Chelsea are one of the strongest teams in England after making these recent additions to the squad.I really love what Pochetino did as he arrived,removing old players that were contributing less to the team,and also players that were been paid huge amount of money.He recruited a couple of young talented players that  are very good at what they do.The recent addition that they just added to their list of players which is Caicedo from Britton,that player is very quick and solid,and his addition will really strengthen Chelsea's defence.They drew their first game,but what I saw that day was really good,it showed that they have improved and that they are better than last season.I said it before that Chelsea will shock people this season,and big teams will find it very difficult to win them now.Lets all wait to see how they can compete this season because I know they might be aiming to enter the top four,and with what I have seen from their preseason to their first game,they might qualify for top four this season.
