Very interesting question and I think Manchester City management will not sack Guardiola even if Manchester City crashes out of the EPL given the merits to the club.
But now I don't think Guardiola is to blame for City's defeats, but rather injuries to a huge number of City players and partly City's not very active transfer policy this season. Most of City's victories have come from players that Guardiola bought a few years ago.
Besides, Guardiola's contract is about to expire and maybe he himself wants to leave City for some Saudi clubs to make money.
Pep did many things for Manchester City, helped them to win many titles so it's possible that Manchester City will respect him and allow him to complete a season, even it is bad, before they separate with each other at the season ending or in the summer transfer season.

Pep Guardiola doesn't want to stay at a same club for too long and Manchester City is where he stays longest so far. Soon the party will end and he already won Champions League with them, so it's not too serious if he leaves. I believe that Manchester City will have bigger problem if Pep leaves the club, because Pep can find many big clubs in Europe to work with, if he want.

Guardiola will definitely finish the season at City and in general, City's chances for the championship are still huge and apart from Liverpool the other teams are not showing their best game either. Aston Villa are failing so far, Tottenham too, Arsenal are also not showing their best game and only Chesley and Liverpool are showing better game than last season and if Liverpool don't lose a lot and keep gaining points then Liverpool will probably become champions, but there is still a lot of time till the end of the season, so City still have chances.

Besides, it is not clear where Guardiola should leave City, because he has made City one of the strongest clubs of our time.

This is not surprising news because van Nistelrooy has a different scheme method compared to Amorim. We certainly applause he did a great job as interim coach, and able to raise the fighting spirit MU Players. I think this is enough to prove that he is best coach on future. he will have no trouble to find another club basic what he did on MU. I heard that another premier club would definitely choose him if West Ham and Southampton coach got fired in middle of the session. So he would not to worry to find another club next. because there is always an opportunity for smart people
Too short a period for van Nistelrooy, besides he worked for a long time with ten Hag, it also does not leave a very good impression, but maybe it does not play such a big role for his future career. He left Manchester United and I think it was the right decision, it is better to find a team where you can make decisions yourself than to be someone's assistant. van Nistelrooy went through this with ten Hag, why should he repeat the same with Amorim or someone else.

I can say that Van Nistelrooy had a very good period at Manchester United. Because it is very effective to understand the dynamics of a team and to be an assistant in that team. It is also important to do this especially in the Premier League. Now it is time to manage your own team. I think one of the Dutch teams can sign him. Because I think he played well in the two matches he played for Manchester United. I think the Dutch legend should have stayed on the team, but he left the team because the new manager did not want him on the team.

Becoming an interim coach at Man United will indeed have a big impact on his coaching career because his success in reviving Man United's performance which had slumped will definitely make many big teams in Europe look at his success. And there will definitely be many offers coming to him. especially from clubs that are currently experiencing the same decline problems as Man United previously. And actually I would rather expect AS Roma to make an offer to Ruud. Because currently AS Roma is also in quite a heavy decline. And I think Ruud will be able to solve it if he becomes coach there. And currently AS Roma is also looking for a new coach because their previous coach has been fired.

Oh no, 'seeing Pep Guardiola get sacked'. This is crazy. Pep Guardiola has never been sacked in his 17 years in charge - an astonishing statistic given the increasing number of sacked managers and the impatience of club owners in recent years.
He has managed his perfect coach record in 17 years but it can be changed in this season or in future. No coach can manage his coach career clean as zero sack through a long coach career.

Pep Guardiola is smart and he only takes jobs at big clubs where he saw they already had competitive squads for winning titles. He is cleverly to choose time of departure and usually he proactively decides it, not wait for a sack order from his club.

Quote
It's not hard to see that Man City is weakened by the loss of Rodri. Their reliance on the midfielder was exposed last season when they lost all four games without Rodri. Injuries have weakened Man City's defense, but another factor is that both personnel and defensive formations are constantly changing.
With a lot of money spent for player transfers, it's unacceptable that Manchester City don't have enough deep player resource against injuries. Pep Guardiola can not waive out his responsibility in this issue too.

Quote
Guardiola does not blame injuries, but fans and the board should see it as an explanation for the team's decline.
Guardiola is a type of coach with lot of complaints but by working with strongest clubs, he usually has less reasons to complain when his clubs lead competitors too far and have great advantages to win league trophies.

Arne Slot must be enjoying his best moments and life in the English Premier League now as a club manager for an English football club for the first time. With Manchester City and Arsenal performing so badly on the football field at the moment, Liverpool are starting to drift further and further away from these two main competitive clubs on the table which could threaten Liverpool title challenge this season. I guess there is also a great chance for Arne Slot to get the best English Premier League managers award at the end of this season if Liverpool are able to keep up this superior form.
Yea, you are actually right, he is really enjoying his stay in England because everything is going as planned, but in my own opinion I think he is a bit lucky because the real challengers like Manchester city and Arsenal that would have knock them off the top are struggling with form right now, and it's a golden opportunity for them to claim the league title this season, so on that note, if  at the end of the season he can't use this Liverpool side to secure the league,  to me, I would term it as a failure because his job was made much more easier by their competitors , I mean Manchester city and Arsenal.

Then as for the best managers award, yes, he really deserved it, if only Liverpool can secure the title, but if they can't win it especially now that the bigger boys are struggling with form, then someone else will be more deserving than him.

For Manchester City fans, it is certain that seeing Manchester City's defeat in the near future, of course they will not think about firing Guardiola because they see Pep's many services for Manchester City and of course Pep has joined from 2016, of course until now it is true that he has won many trophies. What I remember in the EPL was that they won 6 trophies under Pep's tutelage and of course there are many more trophies that Manchester City has won under Pep's tutelage. and according to the news I read, Pep has won 17 trophies with Manchester City so far.

Yes, Pep is of course a good and professional coach and of course Manchester City's defeat in the final match of course we can't blame 100% on Pep because of course the performance of every player certainly needs to be questioned. and what is certain is that it is true that competition in the EPL is of course very tight because every team will definitely try to continue to improve its performance.
Maybe I have the same answer as others here that the poor performance lately is not entirely Guardiola fault and it is clear that some injured players are one of the main causes. On the one hand, poor performance can occur when a top team has to accept a very tight match schedule.
Logically, a top team like Man City will definitely feel tired when they have to compete in several other matches and this does not only happen in the EPL, even in La Liga you will find Madrid experiencing a decline in performance. While a few seasons ago Man City and Madrid were strong candidates in their respective leagues and also in the UCL but this season looks bad.
Well, that can be a positive thought for us.

what you say is true, yes, the point is that sometimes surprises always happen. in the EPL, Manchester City is predicted to perform very well and many people think that Manchester City no will suffer a defeat like this, but yes, if we look at other domestic leagues such as Laliga, I see Real Madrid's fate is similar to what Manchester City experienced in EPL.

In La Liga, Real Madrid didn't expect their performance to drop because this season, as we know a lot, Mbappe is a Real Madrid player and many people thought that Real Madrid would have better strength this season, but in fact now their performance has decreased. and of course last season Manchester City was very good and this season many thought that Manchester City would be good too but yes this is football because sometimes surprises always happen even though a team has many strong players.

but yes, having injured players in a team certainly causes a team's performance to decline, especially key players or players who have good quality and good performance. But what is clear is that of course there is still plenty of time for Manchester City to perform better because there are still lots of matches to be played.

A New Era Begins

van Nistelrooy has officially left and will not be Rúben Amorim staff at Manchester United. Other club staff such as Rene Hake, Jelle ten Rouwelaar and Pieter Morel will also leave the club. Van Nistelrooy still has 18 months left on his contract, but the club have asked him to leave due to Ruben Amorim's request that he not be part of his coaching staff.

Van Nistelrooy during his time as Man United's interim coach in 4 matches:
• 3 wins
• 0 losses
• 11 goals scored

This is indeed a very good decision, because if for example Nistelroy had remained as Amorim's assistant, it is very likely that things would not have gone well. Because Amorim and Nistelroy definitely have different thoughts regarding strategy. So, if for example Nistelroy remained Amorim's assistant, there might be differences of opinion which would definitely make harmony within the team not good. Therefore, Nistelroy's decision to leave Manchester United was the right thing for him and for Amorim. But even so, Nistelroy did leave Manchester United with a pretty good record. Namely becoming coach of Manchester United, even though in a short time all of Manchester United's matches led by Nistelroy were won. So Nistelroy left Manchester United of course with a sense of pride.

Then after this Amorim had to look for another assistant to replace Nistelroy who had left. Until now I don't know who will replace Nistelroy. But what is certain is that Amorim must really look for a really good assistant. Because Amorim must really be able to revive Manchester United, because if not, Amorim's journey at Manchester United may not last long. Therefore, after Nistelroy and several other staff left, Amorim certainly had a tough task to reorganize Manchester United so that it could be better. So hopefully Amorim is able to carry out this difficult task.

Automatically this will be a new journey for Ruben Amorim at Man United. And I hope everything goes well. Because we have seen rapid progress from Man United after Ten Hag left and was temporarily replaced by Van Nistelrooy. Everyone will now truly appreciate van Nistelrooy. Even though he coached Man United for a very short time, he managed to make a very good impression on all Man United fans because he succeeded in bringing Man United to a winning streak. And now we will all be curious about Man United's first match with Amorim after the international break. Hopefully everything doesn't disappoint and goes well.
Well this will automatically put a lot of pressure on Amorim as I said before. Nistelrooy did a great job even though it was only in 4 matches. Of course fans will compare the achievements of Nistelrooy and Amorim this season. Although it is not that Amorim dislikes Nistelrooy but this is only because Amorim has his own coaching staff that he brought with him. Amorim should at least be able to win the match against a team that they should be able to beat. Fans will be very disappointed if Amorim gets a bad result and will ask the club management to recall Nistelrooy.

Every coach has their own management and team so they find it easier to work and Nistelrooy is not in line with the style of play desired by Amorim so he is considered unsuitable to be an assistant coach. This is a common thing because every coach will be much freer to work with his own team and maybe that's why Nistelrooy is not included in his plans. Nistelrooy managed to bring Manchester United in a short time to find the best form of play and he managed to maintain a positive trend in three consecutive matches.

It will not be difficult for him to find a club and I am also sure that in the future he will become a head coach who has the best ability to make the club he coaches more successful than before.

I think Liverpool will take advantage of this situation to continue to gain points and try to widen the gap with Man City, the opponent they will face after the international break is the promoted club Southampton I don't think Liverpool will make a mistake in this match because Southampton's performance is also very bad playing at home will not have much effect if the opponent is Liverpool. Meanwhile, Man City will face Tottenham if Man City loses again it will make Liverpool 8 points ahead.
Liverpool has great chance to get further ahead. After international break they play Southampton who are having tough time. Liverpool will likely win and get three more points. Southampton has not done well at home or overall so it is unlikely Liverpool will make mistakes. Meanwhile Man City faces Tottenham which is big challenge. If Man City loses Liverpool will be eight points ahead. This could be crucial moment in deciding who wins championship.

In a title race with some strong competitors, assume in this season in theory their main competitors are Manchester City and Arsenal, Liverpool with their own experience of several failed seasons under Manchester City, know very well that a title only will be awarded at the season ending. No matter how impressive they've been playing since the season kick-off, if they lose good form in middle or at the end of season, the league title will possibly be taken over by another competitor.

In many latest seasons, Manchester City did it best in Premier League, and it's very early to say Manchester City will not be able to catch Liverpool and surpass the Kop in rest of season.

Automatically this will be a new journey for Ruben Amorim at Man United. And I hope everything goes well. Ruben Amorim did not work with Ruud van Nistelrooy in Manchester United because he want to have a coach team under his control.  Ruud if stays in Ruben's coach team, will create a lot of unnecessary pressure on Ruben Amorim and he knows that.

There will be other opportunities for Ruud van Nistelrooy but not this time, and surely he already did great things for his club with only 4 matches as their head coach. A new era opens with Ruben Amorim without Ruud van Nistelrooy and with his success in Sporting Lisbon as well as recent shocked big win against Manchester City in Champions League, a lot of hope is coming for Manchester United's fans.

By the way, I reminded of few season ago from the failure of Arsenal and Liverpool who made fatal mistakes until they lost the opportunity to win the title, this has become an annual agenda that we have felt.
Seeing now Liverpool is still performing brilliantly but it is not certain that they can continue like this because there is no guarantee that they can perform stably from time to time, only if Liverpool is able to do it then it is great achievement that they have been waiting for long time.
Let see what happens next, if the international break causes Liverpool players to get injured, it will clearly be detrimental and allow them to experience slight decline in terms of playing performance.

Of course, all fans' expectations for Amorim are to bring the best impact. Of course, I am sure that every coach who joins a big club will get a lot of pressure and great expectations. Another condition is that if the result is worse than the interim coach, it will make Amorim dizzy. Then regarding Nistelrooy, I think it's good to go too. Experience will develop more if he becomes the team's main manager. Nistelrooy already has a Continental Pro License, this is also owned by Guardiola. So I think he will get more knowledge and experience.

Even if Pep Guardiola lose more than half of the matches he will play this season, I don't think Manchester city will ever think of firing him because his achievements so far is bigger than just one season of bad results. Pep Guardiola is the man that made Manchester city what they are today. He transformed the club to what we are seeing today, so there is no amount of bad results that he will have this season that will make his club sack him. Just like every aspect of human lives, things ain't always good all the time, so it is just one of those things in life. We have seen Pep lose matches in the past and he always comes back stronger. Pep Guardiola is definitely going to respond with winning streaks. There are managers that are beyond sacking and Guardiola has earn that badge of a manager that's beyond sacking in my opinion.
There are two different reasons for that. First of all, it's true that he will not be fired because he won so much, and not like they are 14th or something, they are still doing fine at the moment, in theory they can literally do the treble this season, and there is nothing mathematically impossible there. They are still second in the league, only five points behind and they could still win the league. They are going to play FA games which they could still win, and at UCL they are still going to go up the group stages we know that.

So basically what I am saying is that, they could finish the season with zero cups, but they still have a chance at all three, so no reason to fire someone who has seen so much success. Plus, the second reason is, he is leaving at the end of the season anyways.
Even though Man City have had bad results this season, there is no reason to fire a great coach like Pep Guardiola. Moreover, Pep Guardiola's contract will actually end at the end of this season. And the opposite will actually happen, namely the Man City club will try to persuade Pep Guardiola to stay at this club longer and the club will try to convince Pep to extend or renew his contract back at Man City at the end of the season. because Man City definitely realizes that if Pep Guardiola goes to another club then the club that Pep coaches will definitely be a strong club like Man City. And it is possible that Man City will start to decline because it will be very difficult to find a coach who is on par with Pep Guardiola. So yeah, Pep's position is really safe.
