In the last two games, Manchester City started to show their performance again. Haaland scored two goals and became the star in the West Ham United game. He may play badly in some games, but in my opinion, he is the best striker in the world. He plays perfectly in every position, whether it is with his back to goal or with a header. He is a player who has reached the level that every player can dream of. Moreover, he is very young. He can play for Manchester City for years. Of course, if he does not have other dreams.

You are likely to be a Manchester City fan that is why you are seeing Erling Haaland as the best striker in the world. Though from FIFA rankings he is regarded as the best striker in the world currently but to me i prefer given Harry Kane the best striker in the world even though he is yet to get a trophy for his team because Harry Kane is a resilient striker who doesn't give up in the face of adversity and scores spectacular and amazing goals for his team both on international duties and club competitions. Actually, since Erling Haaland is still a young star and to have gotten this level of achievements we can rate him for that, but he should not be overrated that is what am trying to say.

And yet no organisation in charge of rankings has chosen either Kane or Haaland as the best footballer. There is no reason for that, but everything is subjective, because someone evaluates the skill of ball possession, someone evaluates the number of goals and how beautifully a player scores them, but I think that according to different criteria one of them is worse or better, it is a difficult definition in the case of these two players

Actually anything can happen in the competition including the opportunity for Nottingham Forest to win the title, of course you don't forget how the history of Leicester City in 2016 right? well, this history will continue to be a motivation for all teams in the Premier League including small teams or new teams. I'm not saying Nottingham must be the champion this season but based on statistics they have the ability, for example a solid defense they are in the top 2 as a team that has the best defense in the Premier League it's just that they still need a great striker to increase goal activity and also as a champion candidate usually must have a player who is on the top score list.

Since Amorim came to Manchester United, they have lost more matches than they have won, they lose to even weak teams, which we all never expected, but there have been changes in the way Manchester United has been playing, their pattern has changed. Manchester United has been able to surprise us to get a win in some matches, which we never expected, no one believed they could get a draw against Liverpool, and no one believed they would get a win against Manchester City.

I just have the feeling that if Manchester United signs some players, then there will be improvement in their performance. Manchester United’s current problem is just the players and not the coach, so if Amorim signs the players who he believes will best suit his pattern of play, then we should be able to see Manchester United winning their matches.
He would have to rebuild the team from scratch and this takes a lot of years before success comes, something that the Manchester United bosses probably can't afford at the moment. I mean look at Arsenal and as we speak they have achieved yet what they want.

I told some people back then that United's suffering is just going to continue under Amorim and it looks like we have a glimpse of what's going to happen in the coming years.

Not too quick to raise dust about winning mentality with these Manchester united players under Amorim. Since the manager arrived he has lost more games than he had won although am not blaming him for that because sincerely the team has not yet fit in his tactical style of football formations. But bestowing a winning mentality on these Manchester united players on the grounds of securing a draw with Liverpool, oh man, I don't see that yet.

Today they faced Wolves without significant difficulties even though they played safer with the defensive work done but in the end they managed to win with a score that was indeed quite crushing so that in the end the dominance that Wolves tried to apply in this match did not go according to what they expected and with this result Nottingham managed to maintain a position in the top 4 as well as being a dark horse club that was unexpected.

Wolves are not a very strong team. However, in the last two matches, Wolves have performed well against rival teams like Tottenham and Manchester United. Wolves drew 2-2 with Tottenham. And won 2-0 against Manchester United. So I thought the match between Nottingham and Wolves would be competitive.

But Nottingham Forest was very tactical. Nottingham Forest was able to win because of the organized match strategy. We saw that Wolves attacked a lot in the first half, but even then Wolves players could not break Nottingham Forest's defense. Nottingham Forest continued their winning streak.
Yes ,you are right. Wolverhampton Wanderers football team played well in the last couple of matches but in the last match they could not perform well against Nottingham Forest football team and Wolverhampton Wanderers team lost the match one sided. Nottingham Forest football team did 3 goals and players of that team made match interesting by doing back to back goals in this match. Gibbs-White did first goal of the match and he did first goal at 7 minutes of the match and after this goal there was silence and not team could do goal after 34 minutes and after this one player took risk and did goal at 44 minutes of the match and he was top performer of the team . Awoniyi did last goal of the match and he did goal at 94 minutes of the match.

I feel pity for Manchester United supporters because just looking at one you see a supporter who has lost belief and confidence in his team as well as lost their bragging rights to their rivals. For years now they have struggled to regain domination in the league since Alex Ferguson and all efforts seem fruitless. As it seems it will take the help of the most high to get out of their current situation.

I don’t feel that Manchester United will easily get back to that form we use to know them for like in the past during the time of Alex Ferguson, it has been for years now and all these players that made that team are no more in the club again, so this is a new system entirely from the coach to the players. They have a lot on them in order to even be more stable and get to always finish at the top four of the table before we think of them finishing as a league winner. It’s a transitional process and whenever there’s a lack of competent squad or coach, it takes their efforts backward and have to restart the struggle to reclaim their former self in the premier league.

You are likely to be a Manchester City fan that is why you are seeing Erling Haaland as the best striker in the world. He must have given him this rating for this week after seeing his exceptional performance in the match against West Ham and not entirely the best striker in the world as he has said. We have other great strikers but Erling Haaland will also fall in that category because of his great achievement within a very short time he has stayed in the club. He has achieved more than some players achieved after playing for several teams, so he should also be commended for that but I won’t entirely say he’s the best striker this season. Even if he’s the best striker, he can’t be called one seeing their poor performance in this season’s games so far.

Manchester United struggling days may soon be over under new manager Ruben Amorim. Since the appointment of Amorim as head coach of Manchester United he has instilled a winning mentality in them. We have seen moment of brilliance from Manchester United the latest of which is their recent draw against Liverpool at Anfield.

I don't think calling Haaland the best striker in the world is overrating him. He's that good. He has his limitations but it's not overrating. The main job of a striker is to score goals and Haaland does that. He scores so many goals. His stats are insane. Kane may be better on thee ball than Haaland, but Halland is a better goals scorer so it boils down to preference.
The kind of striker you prefer determines who you'll pick as the best.

I like strikers like Kane and Isak who are very good on the ball. Isak is better on the ball than Kane but Kane is a better passer when it comes to long passes and he's also a better goal scorer. If Isak can be a prolific in goal scoring like Kane and Haaland, I think he has the potential to be the best striker of his generation. Hes a good dribbler, fast, creates space and chances for his teammates.

Omar Marmoush the Egyptian forward player of Eintracht Frankfurt is very close to Manchester City because Pep Guardiola wants to hire this player. Even Marmoush himself wants to play for Manchester City and he is happy to get this offer but Guardiola wants to have this player as soon as possible. This 25-year-old player is under contract with Eintracht Frankfurt until 2027 which can make it harder for Manchester City to hire this player. Guardiola is putting his team under pressure to hire this player and that's why Manchester City is ready to pay 69 million euros for Marmoush.
Marmoush scored 13 goals for his team and he is the top scorer in Bundesliga after Harry Kane.

What happened to Man United in the last few years or you could say after not being coached by Sir Alex Ferguson, there were so many trials, even Man United slumped for years, not a short time. This is not the coach's fault because usually a team can slump like that always starts from the management structure and philosophy of the club's technical advisors. Then it spreads to the coaching team and players. So there is something wrong with Man United as a whole, not just because of the coach. If this is not resolved immediately, maybe this slump will continue. Even now being a Man United coach is one of the most dangerous jobs in the world, because it will ruin the coach's career.

Currently under the guidance of Amorim, in terms of the character of the game it looks good and the mentality has also started to improve, this can be seen when facing the leader of the standings Liverpool. In this match Man United's game began to look good and when they were behind they did not give up easily and were frustrated.

Sometimes we have to step back to try to move forward, there are times when we are at the lowest point, but if we believe in the process and are consistent in building a better direction in the future, believe that the time will come when Man United will be at the top again. So it's true as you say, even if Amorim was sacked now, it wouldn't make Manchester United any better.
The coaches who have trained Manchester United of course have many stories that they leave behind such as Erik ten Hag where he is known as a coach who often fights or has problems with players such as the case with Ronaldo and Sancho. Disharmony with the players will certainly make it difficult for the coach to bring good improvements. Well, with the arrival of Amorim this season, of course he still needs a lot of support from fans and also the board at Manchester United because without full support it will be difficult for the coach to bring his team to perform well.

The second half of this season, of course, fans want to see a big change for Manchester United where they must be able to record a good journey by winning. Efforts to improve the quality of players certainly require a lot of processes but so far the improvements have started to look better and they only need to adjust slowly. Onana also has to improve his performance to be better, he always gets the attention of fans when Manchester United loses.

Harry Kane is like a king without a crown, he has been the top scorer several times, but has not managed to win a single trophy. And Kane is much better than Erling Haaland, he scored more goals and even did it with Tottenham Hotspur, a club that is not as great as Man City or Liverpool and other big clubs in the English league. Kane has good creativity and individual ability as a striker, while Erling Haaland, he still relies on teamwork, and as we see now, when several of Man City's main players are injured, it is quite difficult for Erling Haaland to score goals in every match.

However, even so, with his young age, Erling Haaland can still improve his ability and creativity in attacking and scoring goals, and if he succeeds in improving it, Erling Haaland could surpass the record that Kane has set.

I literally watch a die hard fan abandoned the club and has lost interest in watching the team matches, he thinks there is no way out for the team to recover in the mess they are right now. How are they going to be able to leave 13th place with this performance, it will take a lot of effort to push the team from where they are right now and this team is a very bad combination of serious players and lazy players, without the serious ones the team is cook till the end of the season.

Since yesterday, I have been seeing some speculations around Rashford move to Dortmund and Casemiro, this is what we hope for, they can looks elsewhere but that is not enough. I want to see Maguire sold for whatever amount place on the table, that guy hasn't been active in the team. It's either they force reserve him or let him go, the money will be better they buy new player to improve the team.

Tottenham vs Liverpool

Liverpool failed to win against Manchester United a few days ago. Even then, I would say that Liverpool is the favorite in today's match against Tottenham. Liverpool has a strong squad. Even though they did not play well in the last match, this team is still very strong. And Liverpool has the full ability to defeat Tottenham.

Tottenham is in a very bad form now. Tottenham has lost points consistently in the last few matches. Tottenham lost against Newcastle and Nottingham Forest. Tottenham lost against Liverpool by a big margin of 6-3. Tottenham conceded 6 goals against Liverpool. So I don't think Tottenham will be able to make much of an advantage in today's EFL Cup semi-final.

Tottenham vs Liverpool

Tottenham (4-2-3-1): Kinsky; Porro, Dragusin, Gray, Spence; Bentancur, Bissouma; Johnson, Kulusevski, Son; Solanke.

Liverpool (4-2-3-1): Kelleher; Bradley, Quansah, Van Dijk, Tsimikas; Gravenberch, Mac Allister; Salah, Jones, Gakpo; Jota.

Among the four clubs that qualify for the EFL CUP semi-finals, arsenal and Newcastle have had their match yesterday and Newcastle won by two goals. Arsenal are in a bigger risk to make it to the final because if Newcastle defeats them in their own homes how can they defend themselves against Newcastle in their next game. Tonight Liverpool will play against Tottenham for their semi final Stage, Liverpool are in their best performance while Tottenham are a little bit declined in their performance but still base on my analysis Liverpool have the chances of winning but this kind of match are very difficult to predict because the underperformed teams normally perform excellently when it comes to matches like this.

Obviously, anyone dreaming Nottingham Forest is going to win the Premier League trophy this season must be joking, because I don’t think there is a way of doing that, even though football is full of wonders. Although they are in their best form this season, nobody doubts that, but winning the EPL trophy is something very difficult for them.

Liverpool, Arsenal, and others are in the same race, and we think it will be possible for Nottingham Forest, no way. But as you said, you are right; they can prepare themselves for next season and also secure the change of qualifying for the Champions League competition but not winning the EPL trophy.

I fully agree with you that it will be very difficult for Nottingham Forest to win the Premier League this season. I can't speak for other seasons to come, but as far as this season is concerned, I don't think they can surprise us with that. Even in the season when an average team like Nottingham Forest won the Premier League, many teams were not in form.

However, now that Liverpool, Arsenal, and other teams are doing well, I don't think it can happen. Nottingham Forest might end up in the top four if they can keep up this form. But if they mess up later, teams like Manchester City and Chelsea will take over their position.

I believe this is not the first time we've seen an average team in this kind of form. Newcastle and Aston Villa have done it in recent seasons, but they were not able to win the Premier League.

Didn't mean to disrespect Nottingham Forrest, but they're just lucky.

They win streak in this season, I agree it's very impressive, other teams not even able to have Nottingham Forrest's record except Newcastle. But, if you check the team of the week, Nottingham Forrest's players are very rarely being included.

This mean, Nottingham Forrest don't really have someone who really have an amazing performance.

They must try to become a champion in this season, just like Leicester City in 2015 or Leverkusen in the last year. As we can see Leicester City now is still same as a weak team and Leverkusen is struggling to back become a champion.
I wouldn’t use the word lucky per say because for them to come this far the have put in lots of work and efforts which obviously is paying off. Calling it just luck feels totally unfair and not encouraging. In my opinion I think they have done so well with their records this season, I also think they deserve to win atleast a trophy this season to put icing on the cake for a good job done.
