I agree with you that the last few matches the players have purposely tried to play as bad as possible so that Ten Hag would finally get sacked, but it hasn't happened and even Bruno Fernandes no longer knows how many times he needs to get red carded and suspended for Manchester to lose and Ten Hag to get sacked.

It's impossible for any of these three teams that you mentioned to win all their upcoming matches till the end of the season because they still have 29 matches to be played, which is a total of 87 points. Ruud van Nistelrooy still must show some surprise for club management and also fans, hopefully, he can do it.

It was definitely a luck, and Ruud is not the guy to make United better. The clear reason why they got an easy win here was because they are finally freed from Erik Ten Hag, and players would play with 100% of their potential because they know, if ETH is gone and they are still losing then they are not going to end up with a great result at all and we should be considering that players are good and coach was the reason.

So they played their hardest to win, to show the world the problem is not them at all. Obviously this is a short term deal, because Amorim will be joining soon, and Ruud will take a back seat again, and players will eventually win a few more games but start to lose again, to show the world they won and wasn't the problem and then let the coach take the blame for any losses they will get.

I honestly believe they are going to finish higher than people expected this season. The season just started, so if they average 2.00+ on remainder of the games, they should be getting a great result without a doubt. What we need to achieve is betting on them for the remainder of the season when they are not playing top ranked teams, because I believe they can do very well.

Pep Guardiola is not showing concern to the EFL Cup since he won the title like four times in a row, his team got eliminated last season early as you have said and he also didn’t show concern same as this season. His focus is the Premier League and maybe FA Cup, but he need to be very serious if he wants to win the Premier League this season because Arne Slot and Arteta are there to give him a tough competition.

Liverpool is the top competitor for now because they have been doing very well since the beginning of the season, Arne Slot is trying his best to see if he can use the experienced players in the squad to win the League this season ahead of Arteta; while Arteta in the other hand despite having some setbacks due to injury will also like to improve his team’s performance in the coming weeks.

Now the EFL Cup is left for either Arsenal or Liverpool in my opinion, even though Tottenham is there, I don’t think the hungry Arsenal and Liverpool will allow them win the title ahead of them.
