City scraped through with a tough 3-2 win against Fulham, but they allowed way too many chances at the back. Fulham managed to get three one-on-one opportunities against Ederson, which is just too much. City got lucky that Adama Traoré couldn’t finish his chances — if he had, the game could’ve turned out very differently.

I also don't understand why in this match Manchester City often made Fulham's attackers move too freely in their defense. In fact, if we look at Manchester City in other matches, especially against teams that are not too strong, usually the opposing team always has difficulty penetrating Manchester City's defense. However, in that match Manchester City's defense experienced a slight slump so that the Fulham players were able to create many opportunities and were almost able to equalize in the match. But fortunately in this match, Fulham was unable to score an equalizer, so Manchester City's position in 2nd place in the English league remains safe. But even so, currently Manchester City is only ahead in goals scored over Arsenal who are in 3rd place. So with this, Manchester City must be able to get a win in next week's match. Because if not, Arsenal could take second place. Because next week Arsenal can be sure of winning the match, because next week Arsenal will face Bournemouth, which will certainly not be difficult for Arsenal to beat. But fortunately, next week Manchester City will face a team that is not too strong, namely Wolves. So with this, you can be sure that Manchester City also has the opportunity to win easily in this match. Maybe in next week's match Manchester City and Arsenal will only compete in scoring goals, therefore it would be better if next season Manchester City can score lots of goals against Wolves.

In fact, they also created some good chances, but they were not lucky enough to score. Despite Newcastle also creating more clear chances, they were not lucky enough to score either, and that is why the match ended in a goalless draw.
Even though Newcastle had those chances, it was a shame that they missed them. This proves that ball possession does not necessarily give victory. Because Newcastle's on-target attacks on Everton were also very few.

And Gordon's missed penalty kick completed it all so that the score remained 0-0 until the end.

Source: Everton vs Newcastle
Newcastle were just unlucky not to have collected the 3 points from yesterday's match against Everton. Gordon should have scored that penalty kick. He scored a penalty goal against Manchester but failed to score against his former club. I was relieved when Newcastle were awarded the penalty because I wanted them to win the match so that they will keep maintaining their position up there in the league table. But it was a big disappointment to me  when Gordon couldn't convert the spot kick. Newcastle shouldn't be losing points the way they are doing. They are one of my favourite team in the premier League and I would want them to finish in the top 4 this season. But if they keep dropping points to smaller clubs like Everton who are not doing well it's going to affect them at the later stage of the season.

I saw Pep look dizzy when Traore almost created 2nd goal for Fulham.

Acting dizzy is always the pattern of Pep Guardiola on most of the matches, he actually has different funny ways he expresses his emotions when the ball is going against them or about to score because there was a match they played immediately the opponent carried the Ball one on one with there goalkeeper he got so overwhelmed by sitting on the floor, actually I no is a very normal thing for coaches to feel bad in that scenario but with the squad and performance of Manchester City Pep Guardiola shouldn't have been displaying that way because even if they are being scored first by there opponent but they always fight back and equalize.

First and foremost, I really don't think the English premier league is the most competitive in the world because if it was that competitive, Manchester city wouldn't be dominating the English premier league the way they have been dominating the league for year now.

What I see that is actually going on in the English premier league is that apart from Manchester city that is a level above the rest, the other top teams are just competing with each other, and to be honest here, this current league standings can't be maintained till early January probably, by January latest, we are definitely going to see the real challenger of Manchester city.

Then talking about the English premier league as the strongest as you claimed, I totally disagree to that, yea they have Manchester city right now, the most competitive team in the uefa champions league in recent times, but that doesn't make them the strongest because the likes of real madrid, Bayern Munich and even inter Milan are still in the picture presently, so in my own opinion they are just one of the best, not the best among them all.
In competitiveness, I think Premier League is the most competitive because Manchester City didn't win easy, even though they've become a champion four years streak. Liverpool and Arsenal can give a fight, sometime Chelsea and Newcastle also joined the race.

In Serie A, it's hard to predict the champion, but it doesn't mean it's competitive because their quality are keep dropping.

Yeah of course La Liga is the strongest league, but it's not competitive since either Real Madrid or Barcelona who become the champion.

Premier League match Aston Villa vs Manchester United

Aston Villa and Manchester United will face each other in the Premier League today. The position of the Red Devils in this season is very shaky especially the team from Ten Hag is not able to put up any strong competition against Manchester United opponents. They lost one match after another and made their position very miserable. On the other hand, their opponents today are strong Aston Villa, although this team drew their last match, but they have improved their position in the points table by winning three matches in a row.

A great statistic awaits Manchester United today, if the Red Devils can beat Emiliano Martinez's side Aston Villa in today's match they will be able to make it five matches in a row. In the past performance between these two teams Manchester united is ahead but according to current performance Aston Villa is ahead.

This is football and anything can happen. I won’t because this is Arne Slot’s first season that he can’t win the premier league, he can if he keeps up with this performance and maintain the consistency in their game throughout the competition. Arsenal are also a major contender and with their performance so far, you can’t help but to keep them in the title contenders because they’re showing that much performance needed by a club to excel in the premier league.
There is no prohibition that a new coach cannot become a champion because after all everything is still possible to happen as long as he is capable, although it will certainly be very difficult to do so, but nothing is impossible in something like this.

We once underestimated Slot even when he was appointed to replace Klopp at Anfield because we thought he would not be able to, but in the end at the beginning of the season he showed a very good performance and slapped some people who underestimated his abilities .  Now the situation could be the same when we don't think he is worthy just because it's his first season, but there could be a surprise later.

The most important thing for Slot and Liverpool is to focus on maintaining the performance they have so they can continue to compete for trophies while taking all the momentum they have.

One of the major reasons why the English Premier League is regarded as the strongest and most entertaining league in the world is because of competitiveness in the league. This season, we've the top five teams perform impressively and while we're not sure if they'll keep up with form till the end of the season, let us continue to enjoy the contention while ot lasts. The first three teams in the league table did win their games yesterday while Chelsea and Aston who occupy the first position plays later today. A win for both sides who'll be playing at home in their respective games will help them retain their positions and will also reduce their points difference behind league leaders Liverpool to just two points before the October international break. Do you think they'll win their games or do you think one or two of them will be dropping points later today?

First and foremost, I really don't think the English premier league is the most competitive in the world because if it was that competitive, Manchester city wouldn't be dominating the English premier league the way they have been dominating the league for year now.

Manchester City's match against Fulham was a very tough and interesting one today. Fulham didn’t make it easy for Manchester City. In fact, I didn’t even know Fulham’s performances had improved so much until today, as this was the first Fulham match I’ve watched since the season started. If Fulham had better scorers, it could have been a different story by now. They had some very clear chances that, with better finishers, could have been converted into goals. However, Manchester City showed that they are a big and very strong team by the end of the game.

Interestingly, City fans are already worried about Pep Guardiola leaving at the end of the season. They've even been asking him to stay, not just in Spanish, but in Catalan, showing just how much they don't want to lose him.

An important victory that keeps them close to Liverpool in the title race. But in all fairness, this is not a period when Manchester City are in good form. Manchester City are showing many problems after losing Rodri. The Spanish star's injury means they can no longer dominate their opponents in midfield. Furthermore, De Bruyne's absence also limits creativity. These will be big defeats for Pep Guardiola's army, especially in the context of Manchester City's attacking players not reaching high form. On the day Erling Haaland played poorly, Mateo Kovacic (double) and Jeremy Doku shone, bringing 3 points to the home team at Etihad Stadium.
I am apprehensive that Pep Guardiola's team will easily drop points in the next matches and will be left far behind in the race by Arsenal and Liverpool.

Manchester City are not actually doing badly their 3-1 winning against Fulham has gave them another opportunity of maintaining their unbeaten status since the beginning of the season even though Fulham performance was not bad too but Manchester City has proven much superior with a 3-1 victory, but yeah Manchester City meeting Arsenal and Liverpool though it might very hard to predict but however it is going to be an interesting game.

Manchester City actually won that game 3-2 and not 3-1, a late goal from Fulham Rodrigo made the game to end 3-2 in favour of Manchester City. Manchester City were favorite to win the game my prediction works well on that game as I beted it Manchester City to win and over 1.5 goals though I wasn't having this full confidence that they will win because of the absence of Kelvin De Bruyne and Rodri but they still perform well without the two mentioned players, Kovacic performance in that game was wonderful as he scored 2 excellent goals in that game for the citizens. Liverpool is still at the top of the English premier league table despite Manchester City winning Fulham because Liverpool also won there game against crystal palace yesterday.

The Fulham team was very competitive in this game, but could not succeed in attack due to the strong goalkeepers and defenders of the Manchester City team. But apart from that, they tried hard enough and attacked the post a lot, in this case a goal was successful in the last stage, but it was followed by a few more attacks in the extra minutes. But those attacks were easily saved by the goalkeeper of the Manchester City team, due to which Manchester City won by only one goal and the result of the game ended with 3-2 goals.
And with three points, Manchester City occupy the second place in the points table, if they can perform a few more matches this season, Manchester City will occupy the first place in the points table and overtake Liverpool.

Chelsea vs Nottingham Forest

Both teams has good start compared to last season especially for Chelsea that i can see good progress from them under Enzo Maresca because Chelsea now can entering top 4 at league standing and they can gets 5 winning streak in all competitions which they can scores 17 goals from those matches and these records is proven Chelsea has dangerous attacking lines

Nottingham Forest too very impressive because as mediocre team they only lost once from 7 matches and several weeks ago Nottingham Forest has surprising us because they can beat Liverpool at Anfield and i think Chelsea have to beware of them because sometimes Nottingham Forest can playing unpredictable and not impossible they will make Chelsea gets in trouble

From head to head statistics Chelsea records is more good than Nottingham Forest because from 10 home matches against Nottingham Forest Chelsea can win 6 times and only lost 2 times so that's why the bookies provide low odds for Chelsea win @1.53 besides this option probably both teams to scores also safe bets for this match

I wasn't surprised at Leicester City against Bournemouth though it was a terrifying match and the both teams performed very well, I predicted the game to end in a draw which was almost possible.

Man City vs Fulham (BTTS)
Crystal Palace vs Liverpool (over 3.25)
Arsenal vs Southampton (over 2.5)
Everton vs Newcastle (over 2.5)
Yesterday's match result was not too bad but a little angry because it was always difficult to predict the results of Liverpool matches.  Undecided And I was also a little surprised that Newcastle had several good opportunities to score but this team looked unusual and just looked like they lacked enthusiasm. On the one hand, Everton had a chance to hold a draw at home because Everton used a very strong defensive strategy so that Newcastle seemed exhausted to find a way to break into Everton's goal.

Manchester City performed extraordinary, their players had good performance and a good mentality.

Manchester City has now got 3 points but of course now Manchester City has to be patient because currently Liverpool is still leading the standings and of course the competition between Liverpool and Manchester City is now very tight and don't forget that Arsenal is now on the same points as Manchester City so of course the competition between the 3 teams is very tight, what do you all think, will these 3 teams continue to compete fiercely until the end of the season?
This week continues with wins for Liverpool, Manchester City and Arsenal so we have three competitors stand closely with each other at top three of Premier League. Liverpool are leading with 18 points and both Manchester City and Arsenal have 17 points. Behind them, Chelsea and Aston Villa have 13 points but they both have 1 match to play. If both of them win, they will have 16 points and are not too far from top three in total points.

They look to be very fitted for best competitors of Premier League title but I really want to see Chelsea joining this title race too. It's some seasons since a last time Chelsea were good enough to join title competition in Premier League. They are coming back strongly this season and are ready to challenge Manchester City for a trophy.
Perfect results acquired by City, Arsenal, and Liverpool. Though we have not entered mid-season, i think we're getting 3 title contenders now. This situation is pretty much the same as last season. But the only difference is if we will have one team to step up, then join in the title race.

It's most likely Chelsea is the last team to enter the title race. They're gonna join in the title race. I meant, they have 1 match remaining (vs Forest), which will happen very soon. And i think they can take three points from Forest. They're slowly improving since last season. They seem to have the guts to compete for the title or a UCL spot, at least, until the end of the season.

Newcastle dominated the match against Everton at Goodison Park, of course playing against Everton is not easy because they played quite solidly in defense and counterattacked which made it difficult for the opponent, but in the end the score 0-0 became the end of this match, Newcastle who had many opportunities to score goals in fact could not penetrate the goal guarded by Pickford as well as Tarkowski cb Everton became an important player in Everton's defense so that the attack built by Newcastle was in vain and could not do anything, with this draw Everton is slightly above the relegation zone and Newcastle is currently in 6th position, a result that Newcastle could not take advantage of with 3 points and that's how football is even though they dominate the match completely but goals determine the outcome.

Newcastle continually has the same problems, High possession percentage and failing to score.
The fact they missed a penalty is bad enough but taking Barnes off when he was most effective in the game tells a lot about Eddie. Quality is missing
The Management needs to sort out whatever is going on at the club, There is no togetherness whatsoever, unlike last season or the previous season.

A few days ago, the Newcastle team shared the points with Manchester City. Newcastle players performed very well against a strong team like City. A point against City was a big achievement for Newcastle. And in the next match too Newcastle played well against Wimbledon and won the match. So Newcastle had more chances to win against Everton. But in the end, Newcastle shared the points in this match as well. Newcastle's players played well, but could not score a goal until the end. However, Newcastle's attacking players have underperformed this season. Since Newcastle's owner is very rich, they should try to strengthen the squad.

Man City and Arsenal both fell behind in front of their supporters, the mentality and play of both teams really showed that they were not easily defeated, they managed to make a comeback to secure victory. Chelsea and Aston Villa are also starting to enliven the competition, both teams will try to beat their opponents on Matchday 7 to reduce the gap with Man City and Arsenal. The increased competition this season will make the EPL even more competitive, the top of the standings is still controlled by Liverpool after achieving a crucial victory over Crystal Palace.

Yes you are right Premier League title race is getting exciting. Liverpool and Manchester City and Arsenal are very close. Only one point separates them. Chelsea and Aston Villa are not far behind with 13 points. They have extra game to play which could bring them closer to the top three. Chelsea is doing better this season after struggling in past years. Their good start shows they can compete with top teams like Manchester City.
Title race is thrilling because many teams have chance to win.
