premier league promoted nottingham forest has now presented Neco Williams, its sixth new summer signing for the new season. the welsh international and right-back signs a four-year contract until summer 2026 and comes from fc liverpool.
the club have now spent almost €70 million in the transfer window ahead of their return to the pl

They are really trying to build a team with which they will be able to at least stay in the Premier League again and probably even finish as a mid-table team.
I think it is quite possible. With the amount of money they spent in this transfer market, Nottingham Forest will have high expectations this season.
I am also interested to see how they will perform in the Premier League after quite some time.
Nottingham which has been promoted this season looks quite active in the transfer market, compared to the other two promoted teams, Nottingham is the team that has brought in the most players so far, they have brought in 6 new players and most of them are defensive players, now they have spent almost 70 million euros to bring in new players and it looks like they will stop at nothing to strengthen the squad and maybe we will see some new transfers from them this season.
Taiwo Awoniyi was Nottingham Forest first signing he is a striker signed from Union Berlin, the club had really invested much on new young players other new signings include Dean Henderson, Giulian Biancone, Moussa Niakhate, Neco Williams and Omar Richards I believe their aim is to remain in top Flight in EPL as long as they can and avoid relegation because EPL is a different ball game compared to the Championship, I am quite impressed with  the swift signings by Steve Coope who is trying to build a formidable team and as well as wanted all the old and new players to adapt and quickly settle down before the commencement of the league.

God is great
Good response from Manchester United, United fans are very very happy with the results from first half. Tour games prepare clubs ahead of the new season. Liverpool didn't get a chance to add a single score to the game. But Manchester United should take it more seriously the season will start in the next three weeks.
Will Eric Ten Hag be the one to take Manchester United back to old ways ? Premier League will be very interesting.
With the kind of performance I saw today from Manchester United preseason match against Liverpool it is very clear Manchester United will be so different from what we had last season,  the performance was so outstanding,  it shows that Erik Ten Hag is doing a great work indeed. It will be so good if Manchester can keep it on with a good play like this .

Let's wait, there should be a change for the better. The results are quite encouraging for Man United. Currently they are the Bangkok Century Cup champions. But pre-season I don't think it's good to be the basis of their game later. I think this match is purely business. So they weren't serious, even klop didn't play Salah from the first. Nunez also has not been able to maximize, it seems he needs more time to adapt. Game-wise I'm still not happy, it's because Liverpool don't seem too excited. Liverpool seems to maintain conditions so as not to get injured too much.

Liverpool didn't get a chance to add a single score to the game.

And some fans are already questioning whether Darwin's purchase made sense, after he missed a few shots in the first few training sessions.
But apparently, there was also an indication that he had/has a minor foot injury, which will now be treated.
So in that first game, he didn't have the opportunity to play.

Barcelona are not in the race to sign Lewandowski, but it is Lewandowski himself who wants to play for Barcelona.
Barcelona is clearly in the race of signing Lewandowski. If they are not in the race, they won't negotiate the transfer fees.
Sure, Lewandowski stated to play in Barcelona, and Barcelona also wants him to be a part of their squad.
Barcelona has made an offer at Bayern Munich to get Lewandowski, until now there is no agreement with Bayern Munich. According to the news I read, these two clubs want to close the transfer of Lewandowski this week. Barcelona's desire to rebuild his squad is very strong even though the club is in financial difficulty, Lewandowski is considered to be able to help Barcelona in terms of adding to the attacking power up front. I think Bayern Munich will suffer a loss if they still insist on keeping Lewandowski, because he has already said that he wants to move from Bayern Munich immediately.
However, for the smooth transfer of the player he is after, Barcelona must immediately release De Jong to Manchester United.  Moreover, Manchester United really wanted to bring in De Jong after Ten Hag officially became coach there.

One of a series of pre-season tours, Manchester United and Liverpool, they meet in a game that is currently underway. I don't expect which club will be the winner, but more technically how they play.
So far (first half) as expected, Liverpool fielded a lot of their second player, while Manchester United tried to implement the game under the coach, Ten Hag. So far I have seen progress at Manchester United even though their opponent (Liverpool) is not with the main players. The philosophy that Ten Hag will apply to Manchester United is slightly open seeing this match.
Manchester united Vs Liverpool scores 3-0 this is unbelievable to me that Liverpool is yet to get a goal and even up to a score line of 3-0 in the first though Liverpool did not use much of their main players but let's see how this second half is going too play out if Liverpool side is going to reinforce to try to get a goal , The Manchester united side I see coordination within the players .

As of the end of the second half of the first preseason game under Erik Ten Hag, the team is 4-0 up on Liverpool. Manchester United wins the first half against Liverpool, as you can imagine. The first with three goals in a friendly match without a reply. Pre-season results aren't anything to get excited about. I'm not really concerned about it. But, Man United will be inspired to keep fighting for victory with every win.

Why do I get the feeling that Pogba placed a bet on Manchester United to lose against Liverpool in the Bangkok cup lol...sorry couldn't hold myself back after I saw him refuse to sign a United shirt in italy.
Hehe I'm not surprised if he actually bet on the match. The refusal to sign that United shirt is expected.

Eric ten Hag introduced a whole list of new rules to the team, most of them related to discipline, can’t be late for training, drink alcohol a few days before the match, an individual diet for each player, and so on. But maybe what worked for ten Hag at Ajax may not work at Manchester United, because in  MU more stellar players. Mourinho also tried to establish strict discipline in the team, but the result was not very good. Erik ten Hag is a different person and it would not be right to compare him with someone, especially since he turned to the players and asked, if they had any questions to contact him directly and not to their agents, which already implies closer contact with the players.
Erik Ten Hag is quite open in the complaints that are applied to his discipline but this will still be strict so he can supervise even more ideal players, the disciplinary rules that Erik Ten Hag applies I think will be quite effective and have an influence on players so that he can ensure that if there are complaints from players, they can be discussed how to fix them.
It's not like the Man United payers have any choice right? I mean their performances in the last season lead to a dismal result so they may just agree to a system change now starting with their pre-match activities. I imagine Pogba to be complaining about this but he's gone so that's one less problematic player.

There have been 4 goals created in the match between Manchester United vs Liverpool which was held in Bangkok in the Bangkok Century Cup tournament. This match became a testing ground for all players from both teams from England. Since the early minutes, Erik ten Hag started the main squad used last season. While Jurgen Kloop 80% use the services of young Liverpool players. It was only in the +60 minute that Kloop played main players like Mo Salah to Liverpool's new recruit, Darwin Nunez.

Of all the Manchester United players, Zidane Iqbal and Erik Bailly who performed very well. Both played a role that made Erik ten Hag's squad able to make the score 4-0.

Smart is not enough, there must be skills

Btw, Manchester United won against Liverpool 4-0 with 10 minutes remaining, this pre-season game in Bangkok (Thailand) was a good start for Erik Ten Hag to start his career.

A good start for Manchester United to beat Liverpool and in the first half the score became 3-0 through goals from Jadon Sancho in the 12th minute, Fred in the 30th minute and Martial in the 33rd minute. It looks like the goals will add up in the second half and Liverpool will also score.
I hope Mohamed Salah is played in the second half to make the game more interesting and the difference in all stats in my opinion is balanced.

There’s no truth in N’golo Kante's move to Arsenal. I know that Arsenal still see midfield as an area to improve on but Kante isn’t an option. Although his contract expires next season but I don’t see him joining Arsenal. Arteta is seeking a younger defensive-minded midfielder that will serve as cover for Thomas Partey next season. Kante is 31, he had spells on the bench amid a knee problem last season. That’s not the player that a club that’s building would want to sign. Besides there’s Thomas Partey, a proper defensive midfielder, so I don’t see the need for Kante. Also he is the second paid player in Chelsea after Lukaku, Arsenal would not offer him what Chelsea pays currently.
Somewhat you're correct if Arteta isn't favor to sign a middle age or old player since their past players in was full of young players. But actually a middle age or old player aren't that bad since it's depends on the player how serious he's to maintain his stamina and body to compute with younger player. Take a look how Ronaldo who already 37 years old still become the best striker/winger at this year, his name doesn't appeared too much because he's lose. But if you see the statistic and the contribution, you will see Ronaldo was already giving 30% performance from the whole statistic.

After Arsenal's interest started for N'Golo Kante, I see that Manchester United have also decided to intervene. Kante is one of the best midfielders of the Premier League now. Aging doesn't change much for him for now. Chelsea wouldn't like to lose a player like him because this would cause them to be weakened in defense more. By the way I understand Manchester United's interest too as they are already after Frenkie de Jong too. They must be aiming to sign one of these players for sure.
Why do Arsenal and Man United try to sign Kante? They must know he is a key player for Chelsea, it is almost impossible to sign him. As far as I know, Chelsea has no other defensive midfielder that has the same capability as Kante. Even if they have Jorginho, Jorginho still can't play at the same level as Kante. I am really sure that Chelsea won't lose another key player after they lost Rudiger. Chelsea must be aware that they must keep the quality and the quantity of their squad if they still want to compete for the title in the next season.

This rumours appears because until now Kante still not renew his contract so people start to speculated about his future and some people thought Kante will leave Chelsea and also Arsenal currently still looking for new defensive midfielder but i think it is will remain rumour because until now Chelsea has no plan will sell Kante although last season he has Decline performance because of injured but Tuchel personally was satisfied to his performance and next season Tuchel still utilized Kante to strengthen their midfield side

Although injury marred or reduced the consistent world class performance of N'Golo Kanté but selling him would be a great blunder. Chelsea might have other good defensive midfielders but the influence of Kante on the midfield cannot be overemphasized. His strength and inestimable stamina has not reduced. If Chelsea let Arsenal clinch him, then he would be a great asset to the Gunners. Chelsea has been very unlucky in the transfer market this season, hence it is very important they keep or retain the players they currently have.

Indeed, injuries sometimes make players decrease in quality. That's commonplace. It should be that if Kante gets into trouble it's possible he can get back to the best game. But also can he will not perform well. So there are two possibilities that will happen.
Maybe half a season of seeing him was enough for Tuchel to provide a chance. But at the moment I think it is still not appropriate to sell it. I really like him because he never gets tired of running.

Although Mikel Arteta is currently looking for a defensive midfielder, it is quite surprising to hear rumors that Arsenal want to sign Kante.
Because we know Kante is one of Chelsea's mainstay players, so I'm not sure Chelsea will sell Kante. Although it must be admitted that
Kante's performance had declined in the previous season, and even Kante's contract was only one year remaining, but that doesn't mean
Chelsea will let Kante move to Arsenal.

I think Chelsea management realizes that Kante's presence is still needed and will most likely extend Kante's contract. So rumors about Kante
moving to Arsenal are very unlikely to come true. But if it does come true that Kante was sold to Arsenal, I'm sure Chelsea will regret their decision.
After all, Kante is a player who is quite good at contributing to Chelsea, unfortunately an injury has made Kante's performance to decline.
But I believe now Kante is recovered and ready to play and show his best form to help Chelsea win the Premier League trophy.
