I don't think John Stones's late goal was just luck. It may seem like that, but actually, when the game was in the final minutes, composure and concentration played a major role. So whoever has more will have a greater chance of scoring a goal. Apart from that, I think Man City is definitely quite confident if they can turn things around, therefore they consistently put pressure on their opponents, so they have more space to build up, and when the opportunity comes, they will be able to make good use of it.
I agree with this because actually Liverpool were quite calm entering the match almost to the end so that the combination of attacks they made was successfully completed by John Stones to score a goal. Chelsea have done everything but it must be admitted that Liverpool are much more prepared to win the match. In another match, Man City were behind because they conceded first, but because of their calmness they finally managed to equalize and score an additional goal for victory.
Chelsea is in its game this season even though it lost to Liverpool with a score of 2-1 even though this defeat was a narrow defeat, but it was much more enough to close this match with a focus on the next match because Liverpool is still above Chelsea for this season and still needs time for Chelsea to be truly equal to Liverpool and Man City's game, even though Chelsea had to be displaced from its position at least they can restore their position in the next match, at least improve the game which I think is still lacking in defense and the opportunities achieved by Chelsea this season so that the opportunities obtained are not wasted later. the target of the next match is to get full points so that Chelsea's position is getting better and at least in the top 4 of the Premier League standings.

Neither Liverpool nor Chelsea can be considered lucky in this game as both team had a really good play to the point i can say for a fact it was a very balanced game and such that can not be said one side played better and the winner was lucky, they did had good attempts and dominance at different points which made it  good reason enough for them to have almost equal chances, i even find it difficult to fault any position in that game as every was fully functional and productive, it was a good competition and exercise if strength as expected of both teams been of good caliber and interestingly Liverpool still tops the table.

Chelsea were clearly good at defending and not letting Liverpool score more than 2 goals. I mean 2-1 is still very reasonable and common but not for 7-0 hmmmmmm Cheesy you know that score is very embarrassing and unforgettable. Back to the performance of both teams the result that brought Liverpool to the top of the standings by forcing Man City to go down. If you pay attention Cole Palmer's role is quite minimal in this match, he really gets special guard from Liverpool players. Because Palmer if given too much space will be very troublesome.

While the other problem is Ten Hag, the victory Man United over Brentford slightly postponed the issue of dissatisfaction with him. But it seems that this is only temporary. There will still be many difficult matches, if Man United get another bad result I think many supporters will tell Ten Hag to leave.

Every week, the only thing that Man United fans discuss is when Ten Hag will get fired, and not if he will get fired. Grin
IMO, you can't be Man United and celebrate a win against Brentford (no offense to Brentford supporters) in your home ground like you win the title. The team lacks chemistry, leadership, and a clear plan/ strategy. For everything, the biggest share of responsibility lies with Ten Hag. He is the manager, he has to be the captain, and he signs the players. Unless he didn't make these choices and somebody else is the real "captain." Undecided
One day Ten Hag will definitely part ways with Manchester United, either with his contract expiring or being fired during the season, it really depends on the team performance going forward. Ten Hag and his players receive criticism from fans almost every week, and they never get out of pressure, it's all caused by inconsistency. Of course the manager is the most responsible for all the chaos that occurs, because everything moves based on his instructions.
The victory over Brentford after failing to win in the previous five matches is certainly very encouraging, although it is not worth celebrating excessively, at least the fans can smile a little. For Ten Hag, the victory certainly means a lot, because he can breathe a sigh of relief with the hope that he will continue to be maintained by management.
The challenges ahead are getting tougher, where Manchester United need extra work to be able to win, beating Fenerbahce is certainly more difficult than beating Brentford.

Overall, a very good game from Chelsea, but they made several mistakes in defense and I think Liverpool could have scored more. Chelsea have a lot of desire, with Maresca they are on the right track, but unfortunately this defeat made the gap with Liverpool too big and now it is 7 points, it will not be easy to reduce it. For now, the main goal for Maresca should be to get into the top 4, and this is only 3 points and this task for Chelsea looks more realistic.

Yep, Wolves was suffering lose streak and Manchester City is completely dominated the match, but they only scored 2 goals. There are so many chance Manchester City have, without Rodri and De Bruyne, they can have this kind performance is already good.

Wolves tend to play defensive when they meet Manchester City, that's why they have very low ball possession and only take advantage over counter attack.

The epic comeback made by Man City in this match proves that Man City really has a champion mentality. Even though they were behind first, it did not make them lose concentration, they remained focused on finding goals. In terms of ball possession, it seems that almost all matches in the EPL, Man City always dominates the game and their opponents are forced to implement a defensive strategy by only relying on counterattacks. Wolves in this match almost stole a point but unfortunately they conceded again in the final minutes by Stones, and I remember Stones had saved Man City twice in the final minutes.

This victory makes Man City will shadow the leader of the standings, Liverpool, and this makes the EPL even more exciting. But what I like about Wolves is that they always make Man City have difficulty in every match, although in the end Man City always has a way out because every line of Man City's game can score goals, but that's what makes the match even more interesting.

Liverpool was lucky to have that penalty so early in the game as that changed everything and gave the momentum to Liverpool. Chelsea played so well despite being at Anfield that every club is always afraid to visit. Chelsea lost but they made the fans happy. When I was watching the game, I also was looking at social media and alot of individual are happy that Chelsea weren't afraid but played well against Liverpool. Chelsea had their chances to equaliser as Nkunku almost scored a goal at the closing hours of the match but he miss timed his runs and couldn't covert the chance. Look at the statistics, Chelsea were better but they couldn't score more goals.

It would not be wrong if Liverpool were said to be lucky in this match, because of the penalty they received. However, this match was fair so the penalty was of course the fault of the Chelsea players who were careless in saving their defensive area. Apart from that, in this match Chelsea played very well, because Chelsea dominated possession of the ball. Maybe if, for example, Chelsea could take advantage of all the opportunities they created in this match, I think Chelsea could draw or even win this match. However, it's a shame that the Chelsea players couldn't move freely in the Liverpool defense area, because the Liverpool defenders also played quite well in this match. Therefore, it was very difficult for Chelsea's forward players to make good use of opportunities when entering Liverpool's defense area. But even so, we should appreciate Chelsea's performance in this match. Because even though Chelsea is playing at Liverpool's headquarters, it can be seen that the Chelsea players are not at all afraid of facing Liverpool. So you can be sure that the mentality possessed by the Chelsea players is indeed very good. That's why we should appreciate it. Maybe if, for example, Chelsea can maintain its current good performance, I'm sure it won't be difficult for Chelsea to finish in the top 4 in the English league.

It's really a shame for Wolves, they always play with consecutive defeats, but of course I see that despite that, Wolves always makes it difficult for the team that is playing against them, like Liverpool, where at that time, if there were no penalty kicks, the match could have ended in a draw and in the last one match. Wolves played Brentford with a score of 5-3, of course it was also exciting because Wolves were really able to score 3 goals, but of course Wolves controlled more of the ball, but unfortunately, Wolves lost that match with a score of 5-3.

Yes, the 2 goals scored by Manchester City in the match against Wolves were certainly good, because even without De Bruyne and Rodri, of course Manchester City could still play well, and indeed this is an extraordinary thing that Manchester City has shown. But yes, it was a shame that Haaland didn't score in that match, even though I really wanted to see him score.

Yes, the game shown by Wolves was defensive, but I see that is the right way to compete against Manchester City because if you use non-defensive techniques, I think Manchester city will definitely easily score lots of goals against Wolves. I think I'm curious about Wolves' next match and I'm sure Wolves will not be underestimated by the EPL team.

Congratulations, Liverpool won but it was a bit strange. I saw the stats even Chelsea had better possession. Chelsea had more passes and were more accurate. This condition is quite good, meaning that Chelsea performed well even though they didn't win they were just ineffective. In addition, Chelsea goalkeeper Robert Sanchez performed below his best.

I agree. Chelsea lost narrowly to Liverpool. But, they showed they can compete for a top 4 spot. They were even equal with Liverpool, but the ref ruined their chance. They're always being robbed by the referee. It was a clear pen for Sancho after he was fouled by TAA in the penalty box.

The ref was totally blind. Corrupt PGMOL was always recruiting incompetent refs to handle the game. Hopefully, they can move on asap.

You are very correct and I've also been of the same opinion in all my previous comments that is related to this same topic.
I agree that discussions about Ten hag and when he is going to be relieved off his job of managing Manchester united may likely subside for now due to the team's recent performances against Aston Villa at first which they managed to hold Austin villa to a draw, and now, they defeated Brentford.
I personally will celebrate Manchester united's draw against Aston Villa much more than I will even consider them beating Brentford as an achievement to jubilate over.
Brentford is a small club with rather weak players, I would have been more surprised if Manchester united didn't win their match against, but all the same, it's good as it helped Ten Hag to keep his job atleast, the end of this season.

Nottingham Forest vs Crystal Palace

The last match of week 8 will be helded today between Nottingham Forest vs Crystal Palace and although Nottingham Forest has just get 1 loses during this season but i couldn't says their performance were impressive because Nottingham Forest got too many draw results which is they got 4 times draw and this makes them losing points from previously matches so that's why Nottingham Forest position is out from top 10

For Crystal Palace i don't get it why this season they were so weak even their position currently at relegation zone with only collect 3 points from 7 matches but although from the recent performance Nottingham Forest is much better but i don't think they will be able to beat Crystal Palace moreover they still not consistent because they got too many gets draw results

According to the squad conditions for both teams i have seen some of players potentially will be absense and head to head statistics has been showed that in the last 3 meetings both teams have to playing draw and for this match too i think most likely it will ended to draw again and this option has high odds to bets @3.30 or under 2.5 goals also good pick

Quite rightly noted about Chelsea that it was Chelsea who had the initiative, but Liverpool won the game. Sanchez showed not the best match, but he is certainly not the main culprit of the defeat, because Liverpool scored goals after the counterattack, when Liverpool players passed the center of the field without resistance and I think that if Chelsea scored another goal and equalized the score, Liverpool could have scored more, because it was obvious that Liverpool did not play not at the limit of their capabilities, but as if saving energy.

This situation is normal in big matches so if one of them conceded then they will try to equalize the score or catch up so don't be surprised if Chelsea have ball possession and more effort moreover only one goal adrift. Here I highlight Liverpool who have accuracy shots and attacks so they deserve to win the match, exactly as we predicted before it's just that we didn't expect that Chelsea would give a fierce attack because I think Liverpool will win with a difference of 2 goals.

Competition in the Premier League standings is getting fierce when Liverpool and Manchester City are pursuing each other, previously Manchester City also won the match through luck yeah Manchester City scored in the 95th minute and end the match with a score of 2-1. I can't imagine if Man City only drew this means that Liverpool are certainly more confident.

I don't really know if Arsenal are having a different way the referees in the EPL are officiating their games or is there something we're not getting? Arsenal played against Bournemouth and they lost with a player (Saliba) being sent off and the game between Liverpool vs Chelsea we saw a similar situation where Tosin had to tackle one of the Liverpool players but he wasn't shown a red card but a yellow and it got me worried that the way some decisions are being made by the refs is not suppose to be, similar situation but different punishment, why is it like that? Arsenal have suffered so much this very season with 3 red cards this season. Is the EPL refs fair in making decisions this season or they have teams they target to issue red cards?
What happened to Saliba continues to be a debate that I think will give rise to a lot of controversy on social media, even the red card obtained by the Saliba began to be linked to Arsenal next match against Liverpool in the Premier League, because like a lot of speculation circulating at the moment the VAR referee between Bournemouth vs Arsenal is a Liverpool fan, so maybe he is trying to weaken Arsenal when facing Liverpool later, the controversy was further strengthened when there was a significant difference in the penalty received by Saliba and that received by Tosin in the Chelsea vs Liverpool match, to be honest when I saw Howard Webb in the VIP stands and speaking through the mic, it seems that there is indeed a conspiracy to prevent Arsenal be as championship, because in recent seasons Howard Webb has never been friendly towards Arsenal when he was a referee and even when he was he is served as chairman of PGMOL now, many referee decisions are actually detrimental to Arsenal.

We might want to argue that Manchester City were the lucky team in their encounter at the Molineux against Wolves yesterday but we can't take away the fact that they were the better team and also did press for that winner goal for too long. Personally, I feel it was their persistence to fight for all three points in that game till the last minute that gave them the win instead of being "lucky" like you said.
No doubt Manchester City is stronger team than Wolves. They proved their ability in many matches, won six matches out of eight including the match held yesterday and now they gained the 2nd top at the qualifying table with 20 points. While Wolves standing at the bottom position of the qualifying table with 1 point, they didn't won a single match yet. Lost seven matches out of eight lol. But if we analysis the match between Manchester City vs Wolves,, J. Strand Larsen scored a first goal at 7th minutes behalf of wolves. Afterwards  man city gave their best effort, took the control and scored their first goal by J. Gvardiol at 33 minutes and 1st half result was draw. Then in 2nd half, Manchester City started the Match with same pattern and tried their best and dominate most of the time like 78% time but failed to score any goal earlier. But when a team score a goal in the last minutes, people called it luck instead of strong or persistence as you said. Although i think, it was really their persistence that they controlled Their mindset and keep focused on their target till their last breath and that's why they able to scored a goal in last minute

Man, just accept the truth. Saliba's case is totally different compared to Tosin. He was so harsh; it was an exact scoring goal opportunity by Bournemouth's player. That's why he was sent off by the referee after received a red card.

And in Tosin's case, the ball was heading wide; he was not the last man. Also, it's not an exact scoring goal opportunity for Salah. So, he got yellow

If we're seeing it closely, there are some differences, but yeah, it's very similar.

That was terrible news for Manchester United at this moment of their poor performance. Mainoo is an important player for Manchester United, even though they have lost points this season, Mainoo has improved their performance since the previous season, so he might be in good shape by the end of next month. However, the absence of Kobbie Mainoo did not affect their performance in their last match against Brentford, Manchester United was losing in the first half and then made an impressive comeback by scoring two goals to win the game, but this doesn't mean that Manchester United is in good form because Brentford is an average team in the league.
What you said is very right because I also still see that Manchester United are not in a very good condition because they still have to improve their way of playing in other matches so that there is an increase in points and their position in the standings so that it will be considered a good thing for improving performance. But for now Manchester United still haven't done that even though they were able to win at home when hosting Brentford which is a team that is not competitive enough in the League this season.

Although still young, Kobbie Mainoo has taken his teammate's position as the main starter, unfortunately he had to sit out due to a hamstring injury. However, in the match against Brentford, Eriksen and Casemiro performed quite well as a double pivot. If United's players can be stable, especially the midfielders, they should be able to continue on the right track to get full points from match to match. Indeed, it is difficult to predict the performance of Manchester United's players, they often play underperform, like a team that has lost direction and spirit. Maybe a victory over Brentford could have a big influence on raising the motivation, spirit and mentality of all United players. Ten Hag's job is to do it, and keep his team on the right track. We'll see when Manchester United visits Turkey, visiting Fenerbahce's headquarters. If the Europa League match is important for United, getting full points should be their target. In addition to maintaining the consistency of the players, victory after victory can add enthusiasm to move on the right track.

It doesn't matter much what score Manchester United won this match, as Flick recently said, even if a team wins 1-0, they still get 3 points, so in this case it was important for ten Hag to get 3 points, it's good that they managed to do it. The obvious problem with Manchester United is their attack, they have scored only 7 goals in 8 rounds. This is one of the worst indicators in the league, this needs to be addressed and worked on.
Of course, their attack is the problem they are having which makes it difficult for them to score much goals leading to points drop. Another problem Manchester united is having is their defense which is not strong, and this makes them not to be able to defend their goals when they are on the lead, which gives their opponents the chance of equalizing the goal or win the match.
