Even if manchester united can win their upcomming matches then i would say manchester united should look for new coach. Ten Hag has been afforded plenty of time and opportunities by Manchester United. But he was not able to make any visible improvement in this team. Just as we saw erratic performances from this team last season, we are witnessing a similar performance from United this season.
I think the coach has to be more responsible than the players to win the match in football. Game planning is very important to win matches, which is done by a coach. Here the players are only part of the plan. But I am not saying that even if the players have no contribution to win the match. Players also have to fulfill a big responsibility to win the match. But the biggest game is played by a coach off the field. If a coach fails then it is almost impossible for the team to be consistent. One thing I always say, a good coach can do great things with a bad player. Because a good coach can tailor his players and play according to his needs. But an incompetent coach cannot do much with a skilled player. Because the coach is the biggest player and the player is the puppet of the coach. In this case there should be good relationship and good understanding between a coach and players.
From this point of view, I think Manchester United's coach Ten Haag is showing inefficiency. He's got a lot of time to prove himself but he's down on his game. I think there is a flaw in his match planning and understanding between the players. That's why despite having skilled players in the Manchester United team, there is failure in them. I think for Manchester United to improve they should ask their coach to innovate the match plan and work harder with the team for better match results. Although there is no shortage of skilled players in their team, I feel that there is a lack of adequate planning.
Exactly, the result gotten by a football team in a particular match is been determined by how prepared the team is to tackle their opponents and this preparedness is been masterminded by the manager, the manager is the head of a football team, everyone believes that the performance of a team is as a result of the imstruction of their manager.
It is the utmost responsibility of the manager to instruct his boys on what to do in the pitch and if they fail to act according they should be questioned for that, although we have also seen where players disrespect managers but it is rare for such to have, in the case of Manchester United the coach has been pointed out and I think he should retraced his steps and it his team together, I won't say player don't have their own task to perform, am only saying that for players to do their job adequately, the coaching pattern of the manager should be smart in a way that won't affect the team performance.
Talking about Ten Haag having a lot of time it true but the owner may run out patience if this lapses persist, no one will want to see his football team going into jeopardy, let's not forget that, Manchester United is an establishment that momey was invested on as such profit is needed too, how will the club make money if the fans decide not watch their and partake in other things that will fetch the club money, I think Ten Haag should rethink work to salvage the situation at hand.
