With the look of things I think it beyond that the management open up publicly and said Erik Ten Hag got their backing and he is free from the word sack but I don't know maybe they will change their mind towards the result of their next match, when I saw this it shocked me because I wasn't having any hope to see Erik Ten Hag managing Man United this season we the poor performance they had in last season but who knows maybe it will be because of this FA Cup trophy, am beginning to suspect something about Erik Ten Hag in Man Utd because Mourinho deed better than him with a record of winning the League Cup, Europa League and Community Shield and he was address as the worse season but Erik Ten Hag is different with only one trophy.
The patience shown to Erik Ten Hag is not shown to any manager in the Premier League. The patience of Manchester United's management towards him is very high. The Premier League is a league that does not accept this much failure. Manchester United is also one of the deep-rooted teams because of its history full of success. To tell you the truth, I thought that the manager would be given at the end of the year last year. However, I was surprised to see him at the head of the team this year.
There is no doubt that the management of Manchester United have shown great patience to Ten Hag even when people were expecting that he will lose his job. Such level of patience have its advantages and disadvantages with the advantage being that the coach have ample time to deliver all his plans including allowing the players to bond and develop team work. The disadvantage of this will be that the more they continue to experiment with league matches, the more time is going and the morale of the players as well as that of the fans are going down. This does not always go well in the long run. A new manager will bring new spirit and morale booster into the team and make the players more competitive. If Ten Hag sees that his job is being threatened, he will sit up and many things will immediately change.

Yes, the FA Cup trophy was the reason why Erik Ten Hag was given another opportunity to remain as Manchester United's head coach because Manchester United's management believes Erik Ten Hag would turn things around in Manchester United this season. But from what Erik Ten Hag has shown in the Premier League so far, it seems like Erik Ten Hag would not live up to the expectations of Manchester United management. If Erik Ten Hag fails to deliver a convincing win against Southampton this weekend, his job will be at risk.

Some people have started to say Manchester United couldn't get good results because some players Ten Hag needed didn't join this team and they couldn't hire these players for their coach and that's why Ten Hag is not guilty of the results they got however I think this is not right at all.
Cristian Romero was one of the players and Ten Hg wanted to hire Cristian Romero from Totenham but they couldn't do that because Totenham said they would not accept any offer for their player, Cristian Romero.

Just like last season we have become accustomed to seeing several players returning with injuries in international breaks. And of course this is very bad news for Arsenal considering that Martin Odegaard has an important role in the Arsenal team. With this he had to be absent for several weeks. But fortunately it wasn't a more serious injury that would keep him out for longer. But still we know Odegaard is a very important player in Arteta's plans. So I'm starting to feel sorry for Arsenal right now. Arteta is trying to take this team to a better level but now one of the cogs of their team has to rest due to injury and Arsenal may be competing without Odegaard for a while. I hope he recovers quickly.

It seemed he could be expected to recover quickly. Because if you look at the report from the medical doctor for the Norwegian national team, it turns out that Odegaard only suffered a minor ankle injury. So maybe he will recover faster than we thought. But the problem is that sometimes he will be given more rest to prevent the risk of more serious injury. Mikel Arteta must be very unhappy with this news. But this is a risk that every club must bear when their players have to defend their respective national teams during the international break.

I thought it was in the right of the coach to lie that his player had a slight injury and could not be released to support his national team. This is what Mikel Arteta should have done from the very beginning. A player like Odegard should not have left for such a competition when he has a lot to do as a captain and the best player in Arsenal. It's all over in social media where fans are complaining and lamenting on his behalf. If he doesn't recover soon the Arsenal fans don't know how the team cope in his absence.

Erik Ten Hag definitely is not a good coach at all, he hasn't been one for a long time and he still keeps his job for some reason. Just because he managed to win the FA cup he managed to keep his position, and that last game, the final against City was a great game, probably the best game they played all year, it's a shock to the whole world that they managed to do it, nobody expected them to do something like that.

I think it's clear that we are talking about something much worse here, and I believe that they just got lucky, they almost lost to championship team before that game. In the end, Erik Ten Hag is a terrible manager and he should have been fired already but he hasn't been and lets see how he will do this season with the team he built.

He might be a good one but who knows what is going to happen because I go think for the board director to make him stays all this while, there might be something incredible about him that we are probably not seeing right now and it might also be that he has a contract that isn't talk about. Perhaps he is a good coach in other place but Manchester united is too big for him to coordinate and he doesn't want to step down, we have people like that which are very stubborn.

I know one thing about Erik Ten, he either finish in the top 4 and win the Europa conference League or get sack by the end of this season. There were news about him going to leave only for him to just and relax and see him again doing transfer movements of players again. For my mental health, they have spoilt my ticket multiple times, don't include them in your games or better still give them loss when they have match with big team like Manchester City or Arsenal.
I think Man United management is still interested in some of the ideas offered by Ten Hag, outside of the contract agreement that may not be published. One of them is related to the club long term plan, which prioritizes young academy players, in addition to their transfer movements which prioritize recruiting young players. It is possible that Man United will have to pay a very large compensation if they fire Ten Hag in the middle of the season, what is clear is that the two trophies presented by Ten Hag can only be considered as entertainment.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe will not be happy with The Red Devils current performance, because Ten Hag has spent a large budget in the transfer window. True, the Europa League trophy and finishing in the top four of the Premier League standings can guarantee his tenure at Old Trafford to last longer. However, many people have already doubted the quality of the Dutch manager at this time, coupled with the condition of the players who are still injured, it is quite difficult for The Red Devils to rise. In the meantime, it is better not to bet on Man United matches for the time being, because "consistency" has become a rare item since last season until this season.

This is a massive blow for mikel and arsenal. I just checked the arsenal squad, and it appears that there are only 22 registered players for the season excluding academy players. Odegaard happens to be the only creative AM I've seen so far. Merino is also good, but he is out injured as well. Rice is currently on a red card, which means he is going to miss the north London derby. I won't be surprise to see arteta playing a defender like Timber or Zinchenko as a new attacking midfielder in the North London derby. I won't suggest Havartz because he isn't creative, compare to Zinchenko and timber. Or he might just want to play a 4 defense, 2 midfield, and 4 attack kind of game. He just needs to figure things out, because Tottenham is a very good side, besides, it's a derby game. I just wish all the players quick recovery because we will be seeing other competitions soon.
Saka and Havertz can handle the forward angle as I believe Saka and Havertz are good combo in terms of creating opportunity, I’m considering something different for Arteta and his team against Tottenham since he don’t have some strong players presently playing the game.

When I read Odegaard injury headline I was surprised seriously and starting the season for Arsenal has been going smoothly, Tottenham are good probably they might draw or Arsenal will win it’s either we expect a draw or the other way round because Arsenal defense team are one of the best.

It is very disappointing and a huge blow for Arsenal at a crucial moment like this when they have to go head to head against one of their worst rivals in the premier league. I am sure the opposition fans will be so excited about the recent development. I am hopeful Merino can fill in against Spurs because I hear he is back in training or we will see a pairing of Thomas Party and Jorginho in the weekend with Ethan Nwaneri starting against Spurs.
This is not very good because with Odegaard's injury then indirectly this is their 6th player who cannot play especially with Odegaard's condition now he could have rested for several weeks later.
This September does not seem to be a good month for Arsenal because they are in trouble where they are required to make a better performance in order to create an ideal competition instead they have to leave some of their core players.

Facing Tottenham this will not go easily for Arsenal because after all playing away coupled with the current condition of the players who are not in top condition, it will indeed be very difficult to get 3 points in this match.
But even so, by looking at Tottenham's performance, which is now still uncertain, there are still opportunities that Arsenal can have in this match, because after all Arsenal can take advantage of Tottenham's condition, which is still disturbed from not so good results at the start of the season.

Yes, it seems that this season is again difficult for Manchester United to break into the top three, in my opinion they will also find it difficult to break into the top four or reach the Champions League zone.
With the way Manchester United are playing currently, they can’t get into the Champions League zone, am sure about that. Manchester United's performance is so poor, and they will struggle to win matches this season. Even weak teams will give Manchester United a difficult moment, so I am not even thinking that Manchester United will get into the Champions League zone. I see not much difference between Manchester United and Chelsea, but I will say Chelsea performance is still kind of better than Manchester United, but both of them performance has been poor since last season.

It is reported that Rasmus Hojlund, Luke Shaw and Lindelof have been able to return to the field after their injuries, so with the addition of these 3 players, the away match against Southampton could give Erik Ten Hag additional ammunition. But once again the big question is can Erik Ten Hag concoct a strategy? Then on the home side, Southampton does not want to lose easily, especially playing at home, making it a demand for Southampton to show their best performance for the fans. In terms of opportunities, the home team has a plus point and can make it difficult for the opponent.

Source
If all three players are back in training for Manchester United, Ten Hag will have good options to start the game against Southampton. It is left to Erik Ten Hag to put out a good squad and game plan to help United secure all three points in the week because as we all know that Manchester United are not in good form and are playing without a specific style or pattern. I’m not a fan of ETH so my views on his approach may seem bias.

Arsenal will most likely be missing their skipper Martin Odegaard in their first EPL North London derby campaign this season with Tottenham after the Norwegian midfielder was befallen with an ankle sprain injury during their game on Monday against Austria in the UEFA nation's league. Source predicts that the span of the injury could take weeks to have him back to field. This means Arsenal would be faced with the challenge of coping with his absence in the midfield while waiting his recovery. What a debacle for the Gunners in the starting of a new season.

I just realized that there is the youngest coach in the Premier League at the moment. Namely Fabian Hurzler. I don't follow much Brighton related news. And I just found out that Roberto de Zerbi's replacement is a very young coach. Fabian Hurzler is currently 31 years old. And I was surprised by his career record as a professional football player, which he only played until the age of 23. But he also started his career in the world of coaching at a very young age, namely in 2016. And it seems like he can become an increasingly mature coach as he gets older and has more experience in this field. It is evident that currently Brighton is also experiencing improvements after he came here.

I really don't get everything with ten hag and Manchester united because the guy is just reducing the club everyday and the management still allows him because just like you said it was quite obvious that he was due for sack by the end of last season after performing so poorly but to my greatest surprise they still left just because he won the FA cup at the very last minute of the season MD opinion changed but playing pattern never changed and there are at their worse again seeing how they have already started the season.

If Manchester United management comes up openly to tell their coach that his job is at stake, it means that the coach would invariably be working under duress. And no coach will achieve anything knowing too well that he is not being supported by the management. If you are a coach and you keep getting bad results, but then the management keeps backing you publicly, just know that the backing and support is not original.

Even Erik Ten Hang himself, knows that his days are numbered in the Manchester United team if he keeps getting bad result upon spending huge amount of money in the transfer market. If he is to remain the head coach of the team this season, he needs to stand up and make things right.

Yes, it seems that this season is again difficult for Manchester United to break into the top three, in my opinion they will also find it difficult to break into the top four or reach the Champions League zone. Erik Ten Hag clearly has not made any impact since he entered Old Trafford, even though if you look at the amount of investment, the Red Devils are already able to compete at the top of the standings. I think United management must immediately evaluate the Dutchman's performance if they want their team to be able to compete at the top of the EPL.
There are still 35 matches left in the EPL and we don't know what will happen next. Man United is actually not too bad in the attack line looks very strong and you can see from the appearance of the attacking players who look very consistent. But unfortunately the slightly bad defense can always concede goals. I will not blame Ten Hag or the defenders, but Ten Hag is currently trying to fix everything and it is also possible that this season will be the last season for Ten Hag.

I think Manchester United's attack line is also not very good because after all, if Manchester United has a consistent attack line and even  though they often concedegoals but it doesn't seem to be a problem to be consistent with three points or just one point. Because after all, if they have a consistent attack line then of course, Manchester United will have more goals than they concede.

Because in reality, at thismoment Manchester United has conceded five goals and only has two goals so far in the Premier League. Even worse, last season Manchester United actually had a result of -1 which means, Manchester United conceded more goals last season and also, at the beginning of this  season Manchester United remained consistent with conceding more goals. So,  I think it is very inappropriate if you say  Manchester United has a consistent attack line, because I think Manchester United's attack line and  defense line are still equally weak.

Currently, he is the most important player in Arsenal. Odegard is the bridge between the midfielders and the attackers. A perfect midfielder in the squad. If only they knew level of damage they has done to the Arsenal squad. Arteta will be grieving in pain by now. However, if I am in Arteta's position to fix a replacement for Odegard, I would prefer Trossard to fit in that position. The reason is because he is a very adaptable player, he controls both his right foot and his left foot. Someone in that position can possibly do what Odegard has been doing in the squad. Then Arteta should push Timber a little forward to fill in Declan Rice's space. And lastly Thomas Partey will hold firmly the midfield.
Honestly Odegard is a great players to Arsenal he always keeps his position very strong to avoid the linking up, because the kind attacks that is making during any of their matches is very good attacking; Arsenal can really miss the Odegard and that’s position will be link: Accept they put better squad in that position as replacements.

Arsenal start this season with so much good performances and with how they still so up their performances against any of their opponents they I have doubts that they might not face a much challenge like last season. Because Arteta knows what is right is always put much effort to make sure his teams did the best.

Enjoy the beauty of nature 😊

If Man United can only win against weak teams and always loses to teams that are quite strong, then it will be difficult for Man United to get a good place this season, such as fourth place. Because as far as we can see, currently there are Man City, Arsenal, Liverpool, Newcastle and Aston Villa which look like they will be able to compete strongly. Even Chelsea and Tottenham are still better than Man United so far. So Ten Hag's journey to bring Man United to 4th place feels like it is impossible. But basically nothing is impossible. Because they could rise from next week.
The defeat of Verona must have benefited them in some way, so that is good news for them.  Otherwise, he is not in the Napoli squad.  Verona, while a well-performing team, will still be beaten.  This is really surprising.  They should not weaken themselves and play with the same performance in every match.  So, obviously, they got the opportunity, they did not miss it and celebrated their victory by scoring a goal and also made people happy.  Lukaku also needs to play well or Napoli won't back up every time.  And they should become strong enough that any team that goes into the field has the ability to win matches as well as win matches.
