I agree that firing Ten Hag at this time may not be the ideal thing to do but at the same time keeping him isn't the best either and there are situations that requires drastic measures one of which is this and they can find a way to move forward there after, as keeping him any longer will not be of any good to the team.

This situation should have happened earlier, Eric ten Haag has indulged Manchester United team in a very poor performance. So his sacking is the only expedient, and the appointment of a new coach will once again put the team in its strongest form. Because the performance of the players in the Manchester United team is very good and experienced players but they are failing in terms of strategy in the game only because of the coach. So everyone now just waits for a new coach to be appointed, and start betting on Manchester United again.

Playing against Liverpool would be tougher than what they played against Nottingham Forest, if Chelsea couldn't beat 10men Nottingham Forest is it a complete Liverpool team that they can get all 3pt? It can't happen, at this point Chelsea can't withstand the force of Liverpool and Slot would do anything to make sure he maintains that number 1 spot on the log, losing or dropping point is not an option for the new manager of the Reds. It would be another win for Liverpool but the game might not be as strong as we expected, for me I'd say a 2-1 win for Liverpool against Chelsea.

Their are people out their that are better than him because is not looking responsible for the club at all and I know everyone will be in support for the dismissal of ten but the question is who do they have in mind to replace ten with and I don't think dismissing him now is actually worthy they should just allow this season ends before firing his ass out of the United because for the past to season now United have be baseless they don't have direction and ten is not really helping matters. The management have to think this through so that they don't make another serious mistake and they have given him more chance than he deserves but if it was Chelsea he would have been long gone by now.

And who are they to use when ten is gone before getting a suitable coach for the team because Manchester United actually needs someone to take the club very seriously to bring back that light thay they have lost, no announcement is made yet but sooner or later ten alread knows his faith in Manchester United that is stay is gradually coming to an end on Manchester United and the way forward should be what his currently looking at.

Who will replace Ten Hag is not an issue, there is even no short time given the present level of the premier League because the league hasn't gone too far to say a coach cannot be replaced, after all Jose mourinho was sacked by Tottenham Hotspurs after qualifying them for FA Cup finals, a feet they haven't reached for a long time, but yet the club management didn't have a rethink when they wanted to take that action, so there is no better time to show Erik Ten Hag the exit door. There is no point hiring a temporary coach, I've heard they've approached the likes of Thomas Tuchel, so for a coach of that capacity I don't think it should be on a temporary basis.

No doubt i would say they have been the most impressive team that has picked form since the start of the Premier League. Last year the fans complained a lot about consistency in winning. If they win today the next match they will lose. But this season we have see how they maintained to win in every match they have played even in other competitions. If worst comes to worst they end the game in a draw match.

Its funny how quickly the accolades is been giving to Enzo Maresca instead of the players. Yes, he has tried in directing the team on what to do but we should not forget that the players are more relentless now. They want to win something, at least go to the UCL next season. Palmer contribution to the team has pushed the other players to some extent now they believed they can win every game.

It’s because this season they have dropped in performance the consistency in no more there as it was last season that’s why they have dropped some few unexpected points. Take the match against United as an example, they should have won Manchester United and pick all 3 points but they failed even as Manchester United is struggling this shows that they need to put in more effort to maintain their 5th position. They might do better as the season progresses, they need to do better else other teams will take their place, teams like Brighton and Newcastle are just two points behind so there is no room for mistakes.

This season Chelsea performance has be become great a performed compared to the last season how they was so performing very poorly, this season chelsea area able to conceded a lot of goals after wining several matches they’ve played; as it now Chelsea is maintaining the 4th position in the table, and now that Aston Villa is behind of Chelsea with the same points they need to maintain their consistency against their match, because that’s the main problem that there was facing in previous seasons.

Since Chelsea are able to make some improvements this season they might not find the match so difficult, even thought the Liverpool is going to win them they can also try their possible to reduce some pressure for the Liverpool; because for now Liverpool have dominated the La Liga by claiming the top of standing.

Begiristain step down is not a sudden decision because it has been planned long before now but decided to stay back in one or two reasons. He planned to cut off the work load on day to day activities when he turned 55 years of age but suddenly decision changed when he enjoyed working with Pep Guardiola and changed it to 60 Years, and he turned sixty in August. His decision was made full known by the club hierarchy, currently the club are also in plan to find a replacement before he lives at the end of the season and the person replacing him will start early 2025. According to the club the new director of football is someone they knew who is currently serving in another European club, the name have not been make public but am sure it will be announce before the season ends so that necessary handover will be done for him to continue from where Begiristain stop with is progress of the team.

Chelsea is not fighting for a league title this season and the coach has said it already, Chelsea fighting for the league this season is like adding another pressure to the team, after having a bad performance for the past two years they bounced back by having Enzo Maresca as a new coach, we know that Chelsea is in good shape this season and they can challenge the remaining team but I don't think it is a good idea, Chelsea need to study the big team's like Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester city very well in other to have a good confidence whenever they want to play against them.

The reason why I said Chelsea needs to study the big teams is because Chelsea struggled to win their first game and it was against Manchester City and that shows that Chelsea still has a lot of things to fix before thinking they can win the league title, Chelsea has not played against two or three big team's this season and that is why I'm still doubting that we need to see more games of Chelsea before thinking that they are capable of winning the title league.

Sure. I think management feels like why will they fire him during this hard time when he has achieved some trophies for them before, but still, if you look at the Manchester United position, it’s obvious that they are facing a lot of challenges and their performance is not really improving. That is why some fans feel like firing Ten Hag to bring another person will make things better for Manchester United. However, maybe the management, if they sack him and get a new manager, will think that he will make things better, and he failed to do that. Things will not go the way they want. I think they really know why they keep Ten Hag as their manager even with these hard times.

Fed up, annoyed, that's what's on the minds of the fans right now, what kind of joke does the management want to show by entrusting the future of the club in the hands of a coach who has really not improved in the 2 seasons that have been played.

Relatively Manchester United fans will be definitely disappointed about this news, though there's still a bit hope for Ten Hag, if can learn from his mistakes now and stop being too prideful because of his two trophies while still performing poorly in the Europa competition is and EPL.

Another reason why I think Manchester United don't want to sack him now but rather give him more time, is because I wonder sometimes, which coach would be able to use this current squad without requesting for new signings, since they have spent a lot getting this players and yet many are inconsistent or underperforming

Chelsea performances this season have been so good, and most people never expected such a great improvement from Chelsea this season. If Enzo Maresca can continue with his good performance, then he should be able to end the season in the top 4, but Maresca still has some things to fix in the team.

I don’t think Chelsea are currently fighting to win the Premier League, because we all know that’s going to be difficult for them. All I think they are after currently is to qualify for the Champions League, which I think is possible. From the way the three clubs in the top 3 are performing, I think Chelsea will just find it difficult to compete with them.
