After Ipswich scored after only 7 minutes I thought I was probably going to lose the bet on this match. Because teams like Ipswich can score first and then play poorly defensively. And it becomes very difficult for the opponent to score. Ipswich also played defensively after scoring. But Ipswich's defenders could not perform well against Manchester City's strong attack.

After conceding a goal in the 7th minute, Manchester City scored three goals in just 9 minutes and took a 3-1 lead. Manchester City scored their first goal from the penalty spot in the 12th minute. De Bruyne scored in the 14th minute and Haaland scored his second goal in the 16th minute from deBruyne's pass. Despite leading 3-1, we saw the dominance of Manchester City players throughout the match. Ipswich's players managed only one shot in the entire match.

Oh oops, the match ended not as you predicted it but ended the other way round exactly as you predicted. Brighton are not a team that can easily be won by Manchester United, they need to put that extra effort into the match to see themselves prevail against them. At the end of the first half when Brighton was leading, I don’t have up yet that Manchester United won’t be able to do anything but just as the second half began and they equalised, there was now another hope for Manchester United to take the lead and eventually win the game.

Their second goal which was cancelled for offside will be a painful one for them because if Zirkzee haven’t touched the ball been in an offside position, it would still be a goal for them. With an extra time goal for Brighton, there was no more time for Manchester United to try to equalize again after not utilizing the opportunities they had earlier. They got the possession and pass accuracy, but every other things including shots on target was in favour of Brighton. Ten Hag has gotten his first defeat of the season, let’s see how well he can go from here with the team.

It's clear that they are not going to get something marginal, it's clear that they are not going to end up with 5th place or something, it's clear that they are going to either win the title finally, or they are going to be second. However, if they actually find the chance to win the league this time around, it is going to be insane and there is no way that it would not be good at all. I believe it is going to be something very special.

Arsenal retains their lineup from the match against Wolves. The only change is Timber comes in for Zinchenko. Looking forward to seeing how he helps them solve the problems that Aston Villa will pose on the right wing.

I think Arteta has learned from last season’s lost at Villa park. He knew Zinchenko got them in trouble and made them conceded those goals. Arteta is putting defensive tactics in place to concede less goals this season.

I like that Aston Villa Manager, Emery isn’t playing 4 Center backs across the back line. Saka vs Digne, One to watch. I think Arsenal will have the edge in the game as they rely mainly on their wingers to cut in.

A total disappointment game from Manchester united but I blame Eric Ten Hang on this lose. He made a wrong selection from the beginning. How do you expect to win a game when you have a fit centre forward but decided to keep him on bench? He's the architect of today's failure because he invited pressure on the midfield and defense from the first minute of the game since there was no one in the front to trouble the opponent defense. That wasn't enough, he again took out the creative player in the team while he's in need of goal and still expect the game to be normal. Who does that? It was a well deserved defeat.

In the last few seasons Manchester United has had difficulty winning against Brighton and today we see again that they have wasted points that they could have gotten, but what Zirkzee got was really unlucky in that match after he touch the ball with his knee from a Garnacho kick in goal and in the end the referee declared the goal offside, apart from that, when the match was almost over, it was apparent that Manchester United players has lost their concentration and Brighton was even able to suppress Manchester United defense which was finally able to end the victory over Manchester United with a score 2-1 today, previously I thought that with the arrival of De Light and Mazraoui, Manchester United defense would be stronger, but in fact, in the second goal scored by Brighton player, it was seen that Manchester United defense was very bad at guarding its opponent players.

Honestly, from Manchester United's last match, I know that Manchester United may find it very difficult to defeat Brighton in their home game. Manchester did not play anything special in their last game against Fulham; they were just lucky toward the end of the game, which is why they won 1-0. Also, one thing to note is that for some seasons now, even Manchester United fans know that games against Brighton have always been tough. So, I don't expect Manchester United fans to be so disappointed by their loss to Brighton. Even from the starting lineup information, it was somewhat clear that Manchester United would hardly win the match.

But at least, I didn't expect Ipswich to be able to make a surprise with a quick goal that Ipswich managed to make in the seventh minute. Clearly, the goal triggered Manchester City to make many goals and amazingly, Manchester City managed to make three goals quickly too. But yes, I hope Manchester City is not complacent with a score like this, because Manchester City also still made goals in the second half, which proves their ambition to be able to win with a big score.

Manchester city is in their best moment as they are winning IPS with three goals to one. IPS was the ones that did not allow the sleeping dog to lie because they scored City first and City came from one goal down to take the lead with two goals ahead from their first host.

Three goals within 12 minutes shows that there would be more goals in the second half from City because they lost a lot of chances that should have been converted to a goal but they were hitting the goal post.

Man City always shows his class and the way they played their starting 2 games is good they are trying to build a good momentum in this season too which they carried previously.

Ipswich Town uses their first opportunity to lead the game, but the goal serves as motivation to Manchester City because they were able to score three goals within seven minutes which is very incredible and it shows how well prepared Manchester City is for the season. Manchester City will score more goals in the second half so that they can top the Premier League table with goal difference because they know that they will need goals to top the EPL table as early as possible.

Brighton at the death shock of the Ten Hag,s team and a late goal proved to be a winner for the seagull. What a performance from both teams but a great turnaround from team Brighton. One of the good games we see early in this EPL 2024/2025.

Only a moment of luck came to Ipswich, the euphoria of Ipswich supporters only lasted five minutes, after which Haaland managed to equalize from the penalty spot. Manchester City finally showed their class to Ipswich that they were not a worthy opponent, three goals in just 11 minutes made Ipswich even more depressed. Pep Guardiola men continue to dominate the game so far, perhaps Haaland will score his first hattrick of the season. Haaland increasing sharpness will make Manchester City even more difficult to stop, especially since De Bruyne has returned to his best form as a reliable assist maker.

What I can say is that Erik Ten Hag made many wrong choices, I wonder why he'll start Maguire our De ligt then start Rashford instead of Garnacho, he also subbed Bruno instead of Kobbie Maino who looked tired during the 2nd half and was on a yellow card, this might not have been Bruno's best game but he's capable of creating an impact when he's least expected and the coach should've subbed Kobbie for McTominay instead of Bruno. Anyways Manchester United where very unlucky, their high press was good, team spirit was okay but they made little errors with defense cause Harry Maguire was supposed to clear the ball that led to the opening goal, I wonder why he let it bounce. Amad didn't really shine as expected but he'll improve, he scored the equalizer and gave an assist to Garnacho's goal that was canceled by VAR. That goal would've given Manchester United an advantage to win the match and probably score another goal cause there would've been more pressure on Brighton. I see fans calling Erik Ten Hag out but it's too early, it's just the 2nd game and he'll learn from this mistake I hope he does anyways.
