The transfer window is ending and Newcastle still haven't made a big transfer. Maybe Bruno Guimarães can be considered as a good transfer but the general look is not good. They have spent a lot of money for average players so far. I can't say that they have strengthened their squad a lot now. But I still hope that they can get better and stay in the Premier League by the end of the season at least. Even this would be an important achievement for them. Because if they make it, then they would be able to start the next season with a much greater lineup I believe. They would build a brand new and very powerful lineup to play for the top places in the standings.
Newcastle is in awkward situation, they have first to escape relegation at any cost then to build a better team. Top players will not risk joining a team threatened by relegation. Imagine seeing CR7 or Messi or Haaland in Newcastle right now? It won't happen.

Newcastle United certainly will not let that happen this season because they also have the chance to stay in the Premier League next season. Newcastle will face Everton for the next match where victory is the target they must achieve. Norwich vs Crystal Palace will also determine Newcastle's chances of getting out of the relegation zone, so they will fight as much as possible to avoid relegation this season.

We are talking about a team that still has 17 unfinished match to finish the season (Newcastle). We can expect some changes in the table about who will stay, who will be relegated and who will qualify for the Champions League, Europa League and win the Premier League. So everything is still possible at this time.

Yeah. I suppose the difference at the bottom of the table is that no-one is scoring many points down there, so maybe 2 or 3 wins is all you need to lift you out of the drop zone. The only question for Newcastle is how quickly their new players all gel together as a team, and whether they can counter the negative mentality that comes from being a losing team, and change that into some confidence.

It is really unfortunate for Manchester United that Mason Greenwood has been accused of raping recently. This must be a big shock for the team and his loved ones. He has a good potential in football but this incident might even end his football career for good most probably if he is found guilty. The same thing happened to former Manchester City player Benjamin Mendy too. He was also accused of raping many times. And it looks like he wouldn't be able to play for his team anymore too. By the way, if these players really did this, then I hope that they get the biggest punishment they can for it.
This case is outside the context of the match but the impact will be very bad for the reputation of Man United, which is now not supported by the accusations of problems at the end of the match by their players. It was already in everyone's eyes that this kind of case kept coming to the fore. I hope it won't change anything in their squad without Mason Greenwood.

Attitude and respect is most every thing in football and now Mason Greenwood have to face what have did, I think good decision taken by Manchester United without give any help law for Mason Greenwood and not really care what the future from this player. I think his career will ended soon without any agreement with the victim want to make cases close, but I think less chance for him can play football again for five or six years later because what he did will be punishment more than six years.

So true. EPL is indeed the best place to invest, I don't want to criticize other leagues, but if we want to see business opportunities, the EPL is a pretty good place. we can take a comparison with other leagues for example, such as the Bundesliga. investors cannot act freely there because indeed the rules in the league still apply that 51% of club ownership still belongs to CMIIW supporters. In contrast to the English league, it can be said that the largest shareholder will rule. and for newcastle itself I think it's still very reasonable that they have to spend money for now.
Look at City a few years ago before Sheikh Mansour bought it. they also need several seasons to become as strong as they are now
This may be true if the club owners are willing to put in as much money as need for the good result. Good examples are Chelsea, Manchester City and PSG, but if the club is bought just for the sake of interest, as happened with Manchester United, then the result will be another. In the case of Manchester United, one gets the impression that they always want to save money.

Seeing the news of Greenwood's release even though on bail, it can still be interpreted that there is still a suspicion of innocence to him.  On the other hand the condition of the team is not doing well with the mistakes he made, the sponsors of Man United condemned his actions.  And although even being released on bail would be difficult for United to keep him, the terms of his contract could be suspended forever.
For the kind of case that Greenwood has been accused of doing, in the court this will have to be proven beyond reasonable doubt if he wants to walk as a free man and its unfortunate that his been implicated in such a serious offence which has cost him his place at Manchester United. But whatever the case am hoping he pulls through by being innocent because this could end ones career.
Currently Greenword career is on the verge of collapse, although now he is free on bail, but the police investigation into the case will continue to find out the truth, currently Manchester has also suspended Greenwood from the squad and banned him from being involved in any Manchester matches or training until the case finished later.
If we look at all the sound and video evidence circulating right now, of course if Greenwood did do this to his girlfriend, I think that would not only end his football, but he's likely to get a long prison sentence.

Before the takeover, I didn't really mind who got relegated. But now I hope that Newcastle go down. I know that football is all about money, but it's just not fair on the other relegation strugglers if one team can simply buy themselves out of trouble. And I do think it will be tough anyway for all those new players at Newcastle to integrate and start the club on a winning path. They do still have a decent chance of going down, despite all the money flying about.

I see EPL became the league the rich people chose to spend their money investing in sport. The amount spent from these three big leagues has a considerable difference.

What Newcastle's owners did was like a gamble they spent a lot of money on this transfer to get out of relegation which it's a question of whether their coaches have the ability to build chemestry on their new players so that the target to escape from regelation can be achieved.

It's an old pattern - the EPL is the league most suitable for investment and business, in other leagues you can't just pick up and buy a club - there are many restrictions and even prohibitions on such actions.
Newcastle's new owners seem to be doing the right thing - losing a year (in case of relegation from the EPL) is too expensive, so they are making a good investment to avoid it. And in any case, the further development of the club will require even more investment, so why not start doing it right now.

Profitable and long-lasting, especially for a club that is on the cusp of the wind and continues to provide something that convinces soccer investors to become promising sponsors. Seeing the position of Newcastle which is always hotly discussed does not knock its owner to fulfill the wishes of the fans. In fact, if it was done early in the transfer window at the start of the season, it would be much better for them to take a seat without being threatened with relegation.

The investigations are continuing, and this certainly wouldn't do anything to help team spirit at Man United, and that was one of their big problems... it is getting quite difficult to see them finishing this campaign in a Champions League spot. As for Greenwood personally, it seems this is effectively the end of his career... unless he is actually innocent and is cleared of all charges, but given the way things have gone so far, that seems quite an unlikely outcome.

what Mohammed bin Salman was thinking when he first acquired it and then it was as if he would make Newcastle the most elite and royal club now having to accept being in the relegation zone. Isn't it very unfortunate, because 1 year of course the opportunity to make this club big has a lot of potential.

With the spending of several players, the owners hope they are able to escape the relegation hole. I look at the EPL provisional rankings, Newcastle have a lot of chances of escaping relegation. One team above it is Norwich who have 16 points and have 1 more games. The game still has about 17 times they seem very confident of being able to escape the relegation zone. I also feel confident because they are active in the players transfer this month. At least they have some new players at the moment.

Eddie Howe is testing the qualities of a fishing rod that is considered a sizable waste of money. Is it worth the condition Newcastle have to target out of the relegation zone? I think it's still lacking and if Newcastle are serious about being able to buy players who have lethal attacking quality and under the leadership of Eddie Howe it will be a pretty tough task.

Everyone is of the same opinion that indeed Newcastle have sung the opportunity to be in the League and occupy a position with the big players. That hope is quite lost and I don't know what Mohammed bin Salman was thinking when he first acquired it and then it was as if he would make Newcastle the most elite and royal club now having to accept being in the relegation zone. I think Liverpool will destroy them by two goals at least.

looking at the two teams it's hard to say that liverpool will destroy and leicester, this will be a game of goals on both sides and that liverpool will win, liverpool usually have problems in defense and that's not good, it's something bad and leicester has the habit of scoring goals in many games that they have done even when they lose at least they score a goal and that is the problem for liverpool that has not had a good defense although it has improved in some games. betting on more than 2 goals can also be a good option

I think the line up for both teams would decide but from statistics it would be difficult for Liverpool to defeat Leicester city so easily. Analysts are of the opinion on a H2H encounter Liverpool has won 14 games against Leicester while Leicester has been able to win 7 games against Liverpool but this is not a yardstick for prediction. For me Liverpool stands a better chance to win but it might end in a draw
