It good to see Man Utd seating on top of EPL table with a six points lead over Liverpool, I hope they maintain their lead after a hard fought win again Fulham, else the duo of Man City and Leciester City will catch up with them.
Now Manchester City is one step away from leading the standings, it is enough to win the next match with West Brom and I think that it will not be difficult for the team to do it. While Liverpool will have a game with Tottenham after the match against the stubborn Burnley, and Lester will have a game with Everton, the matches are not easy. Manchester United will play with Shefld, and Sheffield knows how to take points from top teams, despite the fact that in this season their game is not going well. United is the one on top with 2 points difference to City but City is 1 short match so City can take over the top position if they win their 1 short match. It makes the league become more interesting to follow, I think the matches between those top teams will be the most crucial matches. United, City, Leicester, Liverpool, Tottenham. The matches of them against each other will be very interesting to watch.

Ozil wasnt even included in the squad list while Juan Mata is on the bench. Bruno is better in that position, besides that there are few other name that would fit the position better therefore he wasnt given chances to play most of the time in EPL match

For Mata, they found Bruno Fernandes and as just a back up option they have Van de Beek as well. There is always a point when teams search for a younger option of a player in that position he plays in. Time for Mata to search for next club I guess. With Fernandes playing a crucial role in almost every match. I don't think Mata will be given much chance to play, only some FA games or so but still they are only a few and only happens after so much time.

You guessed the score correctly. City managed to defeat A. Villa 2-0. They played so much better in the second half and got a truly deserved win. If Manchester Utd don't get a win against Fulham (the score of the first half is 1-1), City will finish the week as the leader.
Fulham have surprisingly good and hard working defense. Really hard to get past. Even the first goal, if not for Areola's error, don't think United would have scored. Bruno Fernandes did get a couple of quality shots off out of which one hit the post and the other was saved but that's just Fernandes's quality. Cant do much about that.
Edit: United do score again, and the defense this time lets Areola down. Should have closed Pogba down but they gave him a bit too much space. Taking nothing away from a long range curler into the top drawer from Pogba. Not easy to do.

It's a bit harsh to class Villa as a 'really weak' opponent - this is a team that put 7 past Liverpool, beat Arsenal and Leicester, and should have taken a point vs Man U in their last game. Mathematically, if they win their many games in hand, they go top of the table ahead of Leicester on goal difference.
I do agree though that Man City will win this one - just not convinced Villa are 'really weak'.
I say really weak in the context that Manchester City is too strong for Aston Villa and not that Aston Villa is a really weak team generally speaking.In that Liverpool game I have said it before it was plain luck and even if Aston Villa plays 100 times during this year against Liverpool that result will never happen again.

I think Ole is making the same decision Arsene Wenger took then when he chased a young player and make more money for the club. This if works would allow you to keep doing this until you have a lot of money that you could spend on basically getting better and better younger players every year, and you sell yours when they get to a good level so that is bad but you get players who are younger but better than your players when they were on that age. So, eventually you have a fairly decent team. This obviously is a risky project because players you get might turn not so good, and that would ruin your chances of getting better younger players or postpone your situations. However if you could potentially do it, United is already good, and they will be even greater.
Can't believe Chelsea still managed to f**k things up this bad. How can it be that they get to loose to Leicester city, not even sharing points with them. Going home without a point in the Leicester city game is one of the worst chance Chelsea threw to the wind. Nah! And just like that Leicester city is at the top of the table, the EPL is just a fired up league this season.
The table looks so balanced the way it is except for the Leicester city at the top of the table. Jamie Vardy is doing a lot for this team and could as well plant them at a good spot on the EPL table this season.

I think Aston villa has a lot to be proud of after the first half with Manchester city, although some chances I think city got that was a Goal bound opportunity but either givitk the keeper or away from goal, except that villa defense has mounted strong on all cities attack and had some chances created at the other end. City will have to get a good pep talk for the second half to change the scoreline to favor them.
