It's sad to see Salah in a serious decline this year.

The hell with this statement. Salah is still the top scorer in Premier League, he has scored 13 goals so far. He is better last season for sure but this doesnt means he is losing his grip this season

Yes he is, but he scored big majority of them in the beginning of the season. You must admit he is out of form at the moment and not looking anywhere near as sharp as his best version. He lost a bit of his edge even before Liverpool started losing points and now whole team looks flat.

If you compare him to his best version, he is far from it right now but a player cant stay on their best version forever. Even Ronaldo and Messi wont be able to perform at their 100% all the time but If we put it that way then the whole Liverpool as a team isnt performing at their best

To be honest I'd say that Salah is still one of the best though and he will probably pick up his pace soon

On Klopps decision to start some players on bench, I think it affected the general outcome of the game, but sometimes players have to be rested especially when Champion's League is around the corner.

Yes it might but most would agree that Liverpool should be able to win against Burnley even without Salah but yeah shit happens sometimes

You are absolutely right and if I am correct Liverpool have failed to win in 5 consecutive leagues now,  their lost to Burnley yesterday end their unbeaten record in the premier league at Anfield stadium and according to what I read, Liverpool have not experience a league defeat at Anfield since 2017 but Klopp said it all his fault.
Do you agree?
It could have been his fault or not, but the fact is teams will always have a good and bad day in office, No record stays on forever  Wink

Liverpool really shocked me by losing to Burnley in their home game last night. I was waiting for a Liverpool win but Burnley somehow managed to get a win in this. I really don't know what happened to this team in the last weeks. I hope they start winning again soon.

Liverpool is on a bad period right now and it's kinda been like this for 2 months now as if I remember well they struggled a lot into UCL aswell in taking points. Also they had some big lucky games when they won in the last minute or simply got a penalty but the current position in the EPL , reflects their game on the pitch. Also I do believe that United and Spurs and City will be the 3 teams that will fight for the Championship.

One thing I'm afraid for my team United and that is Mourinho took a title in the 2nd year of training in EPL everytime and not only. He went to Real 1st year won nothing , then won title. Went to Inter, won nothing 1st year then the title. Went 2 times to Chelsea, won nothing 1st year, won the title next year. Went to United 1 time , nothing 1st year , almost a title next year but he won UEFA LEAGUE. And now , nothing with Spurs last year.....title this year ? Sketchy , right ?
That's Mourinho for you. He usually uses his first year as a sacrifice whilst he learns how to use the player's potential to the fullest. United gotta be ready for some surprises.

Yeah don't feel bad about it, everyone was wrong about this. It was seriously weird to watch Liverpool needing 3 points so badly yet still end up losing. I guess this is one of those periods where tactics are figured out by many people so it needs changing. People are forgetting that back in the day 4-4-2 was the most commonly used one until 3-5-2 figured was better, we have been ever changing since those days and even 2009 Barcelona with pep (well not pep only, all of Barcelona history) type 4-3-3 total football was one of the best, everyone loved it, mourinho also had his park the bus as well and basically everyone got great with some tactics, what happened in the end?

Gegenpress came about and Klopp was seen as the best manager ever, now that everyone knows how Liverpool plays, I feel like they will get less and less and less good in the end for sure. Maybe not this year but in 5 years we will not be talking about them for sure, this is the signals of that, it all starts this way.

Liverpool's poor results in their last few matches have opened up opportunities for other teams to maximize their strength to win the Premier League. Manchester City is one team that I trust to do.

There are 3 teams that currently stands on top of Liverpool and those three teams will be playing against Liverpool once again. At this point, if any of those three teams lose even once, the overal standings would change as well so it doesnt really matter now even if Liverpool lose because they are still in part of the race for the league title

Aston Villa are going to play a home game against Newcastle tomorrow night. Aston Villa are the 11th with 26 points and Newcastle are the 15th with 19 points. Aston Villa haven't been winning for 3 matches (1D 2L). Newcastle got no win in their last 5 games (1D 4L). I believe that Newcastle will get a win soon but this is not the game for doing it. I think Aston Villa will beat Newcastle here.

The Premier League surprises continued after Liverpool were beaten by Burnley. This is a result that every Liverpool supporter would really not want because it was only natural that they could win the game. Indeed, Man City have been playing a really good game of late, and the bad news is that midfielder Kevin De Bruyne has a very serious injury and will be out for the next 4/6 weeks.
and I think it will affect Man City's game because De Bruyne will be out for a few games, and if Man City don't deal with De Bruyne's injury as quickly as possible, Man United can continue to be at the top.

Yes liverpool are not doing well they are losing points at home and even tottenham are not in their top form and they lost lots of points at home so i think the real threat to man united are man city who are doing great for some times.

Honestly, I did not remember Grealish since the transfer drama to Man Utd. He manages his performance very good in last 2 seasons and this season, I pay more attention on him in Aston Villa match (I did not watch all the matches, only saw highlights). I admitted that I was convinced with his skills from highlight videos. It looks the table does give correct ranking for Grealish.

Grealish is a great player. The amount of work he does in midfield and attacking area is amazing. I am also quite sure that he would be the one name in common names making some key plays , goals , chances created. He has great potential and lot of teams were interested in him but he shut those rumours with contract extension while they were looking for alternative for Sancho.

I think he also is topping the charts in PL who has been fouled the most right now.

I honestly now after seeing yesterday game exclude Liverpool from the title fight and I will call a surprise if Liverpool manages to get on top of the table in the end of the season. Not being able to score the weakest team in Premier League this season it is a major indicator that they are not capable of winning the title.I won my bet under 2.5 goals but honestly I never imagined that Liverpool would lose yesterday night.
Watch the last 5 matches of Liverpool. They could not win a single match. They lost to simple opponents like Southampton and Burnley. I can't imagine that a team that loses against such an easy opponent will be able to win the title this season. Manchester City quickly corrected their mistakes. They will reach the top of the points table if they can beat West Brom in the next match
Liverpool are now experiencing a very difficult time even with low-level teams that can still lose. I saw last night's match, it was bad luck several times in front of Burnley's goal but it did not result in a single goal even though the opportunity was very good but Liverpool had to accept bitterly with a penalty at the end of time.
So if this way is still done, I'm sure Klopp will not win again this season seeing a game that is still not good.
Well I saw the fast movement of 2 Manchester by getting up after from adversity so this title will be fought over both of them.
In last night's bookmaker many don't deny that I lost my bet here.

There is not winning and there is losing. Vastly different situations.

The loss was harsh.

Chelsea has Mason Mount in top players with good average score. I know how good he is in last season but this one, after big transfer of Werner and Kai Havertz, Mount still be the most important and best players of Chelsea.

I'm glad that my prediction was on point. It's sucks to get no recognition for our predictions here but whatever. As long as I win my bets it's not that important I suppose.
I must admit the bet turned out to be logical afterall, I actually had the feeling Liverpool will come out firing, but I was wrong and you were right, the league is presenting surprises to us every single matchday; whoever is champion at the end of it all, will well and truly deserve it.
I wonder what will Liverpool do against Tottenham next week. Manchester teams get the lead and they have no intention to leave it.
Another must win game for Liverpool, every game for them in the EPL now looks like a must win; it's going to be a tough one, I'm pretty sure Mou will try to frustrate Liverpool by sitting back and waiting for counter attacks, that game could go anyway, but if Liverpool lose, I think they would have to start getting ready to relinquish their title.

Globb0, where's Pogba at? hehe. It's hard to imagine there's one man who is consistently carrying Man United on its back [Bruno]. It's nice to see players like Pogba finally waking up and helping the team get the W in previous matches. It doesn't matter if he moves to another club next season as long as the club he currently serves wins. It will add more to his value as a player.
