There's still one more team that hasn't played yet. Everton will host Burnley, if they win then they will also get 10 points. It might be tough to be number 1, but it's still possible to compete for the Champions League quota.

All big four team success got three points on this weekend and they will faced most pretty solid match because on the middle week have first match of champion league, almost big four team play on Sunday because they will begin UEFA champion league match on Wednesday and Thursday, bad news from Liverpool last night although success defeat Leeds United with 0-3 they have faced Harvey Elliott leg fracture and miss almost one season from primer league and UEFA champion league. Most danger what happen with Harvey Elliott, last night when faced with Leeds United Elliott got a tough tackle from Leeds' Pascal Struijk in the 58th minute and make him has out early on this match, I hope he can back early and could play well again after injury.

I think Leeds is too open against a big team like Liverpool, so it's very easy for Liverpool to score goals. Bielsa should realize the quality of his
players is far below Liverpool, so he should play more defensively. With this victory Liverpool have the same points with Chelsea and Man United,
the competition in the Premier League is getting more interesting. Only a consistent team can win the Premier League trophy, I predict
the dominance of Man United, Chelsea, Liverpool and Man City will last until the end of the season. Because I don't see other than these 4 teams
being able to compete at the top.

The Top four teams will definitely slug it out till the end of the season invariably they all have quality players and have what it takes to win the league, thus no any room for any flop and complacency and Ihope their key players don't sustain any serious iinjury throughout this season.
Meanwhile Liverpool once again show their class with an excellent performance yesterday by thrashing Leeds utd 3-0 could have been more goals had Leeds didn't play defensively.
I wish the young Liverpool Lad Harvey Elliott a quick recovery from his injury and gets well soon.

i agree with you, they did nothing special so far, we can't say they are out of the race to win premier league and we can't say they can win it too, nothing happened yet, the next two matches won't show much too, one against Crystal palace on Anfield and the other one against the weakest team Norwich city, playing against big teams is whats going to show their real form this year.

Yes so far so good they are still on track even though previously some people predicted Liverpool would not be included in the champion candidate
They prefer Man City and Chelsea but at the beginning of the season the composition of the team changed, including Man united who signed Ronaldo so that Man united was the most favorite.

I know the season is still early but I'm glad we've started the season on a high note. Of course we didn't do so well against Chelsea (Chelsea is a superb team btw). But I knew from the onset that we'll definitely beat Leeds even though plenty of people on this thread thought we'll lose. Great game and another 3 points in the bag for the team plus a solid performance.

Lol,,, the best bet huh. Well, it played out though and I'm sure it must have come with some weighty odd in a combo. Liverpool being in a better form this season thus far, yeah they are. Last season, it took a lot in trying to get over the injury and covid restrictions but, we are way past that now.

There game today was a beat down on Leeds, not like I expected anything different anyways. Gradually, all the league is coming together with most of its top teams in there expected place. Only Leicester City and Tottenham that isn't looking well positioned now. Luckily, there is a lot of time for that.

Liverpool were playing very good last season until they lost VVD and then they lost more players. They have lost Elliot this season which I think is a bigger deal than rivals fans think because he has been a 1st team player for them and have looked good. He was playing and making good passes all day today until the injury. He looked like he could have scored a couple of times in the game. Leeds need to start sitting back against the bigger teams and stop thinking that they can press. Leeds were pressing very good for the 1st 10 mins but after that they looked tired and the press was not as intense and that is when Liverpool started to dominate. If they sat back and put all of their players behind the ball and try to counter they would have had a better chance imo.

I was expecting Leeds to give Liverpool a hard time in the match, but Liverpool got an easy winning and probably secured 3 points. They now have equal points with Manchester United and Chelsea. Liverpool started the season with good performance, and if they continue like this, they will fight for the EPL trophy. Their next Premier League match is against Crystal Palace. But, they will be facing AC Milan in their first Champion League match on Wednesday, which I don't think will be easy for them to win.

I think Tottenham should be included in this list once they have all of their players back. The only reason they played bad on the weekend was because they were missing 6 players before the game and then lost Eric Dier their best defender 10 mins into the game. When they have all of their players back they can challenge the top 4. Manchester City have looked good at times but I think they needed a striker. Ronaldo has proven to be a top signing for Manchester United winning them the game on the weekend against Newcastle. I think that is a game that they would have lost last season because they did not have a clinical striker.

To be fair, Leeds are tired after the last season where they played absolutely every game on same pace and it's not like they had so much time to recover so don't expect great games from Leeds for now. Liverpool played their football today and some of the fans had doubts in this season as usually Liverpool don't stay on top for such a long period and yet with Klopp they re-discover the passion to play football year by year without have huge transfers or selling players.

They just want the best for the team they like and they are used to either backing it to the top or desperately wanting to see that team finish the league with a title. 4 match will not determine who will win the title, but the statistics of the wins achieved by a team can be used as a basis for determining who really deserve to be included in the title candidate. That's all I think.

Removal of Struijk wasn't that much of a decisive factor but still having all players is better than playing 10 where in manager is forced to make changes , change in formation , strategy.
